I have been a Lester Glenn customer for 4 years. I recently visited their showroom hoping to purchase my second car from them. I was treated with nothing but kindness. Ed listened to what I wanted, and he did all he could to make it happen. He seriously went above and beyond to work with me and make the trade in process so simple. I hadn't purchased a new car in several years and the process for purchasing has changed in the interim, so I was a little intimidated when I walked into the dealership. But my experience turned out to be relaxed and not bad at all! My salesperson, JB, was great at walking me through my options and helping me find a car that was the best choice for me and my budget. If I had known it was this easy and the staff were this supportive, I would have done it it years ago. There was no pressure and just a genuine interest in our needs and abilities. Thanks to JB and the other staff for making the process so enjoyable.

This was my first maintenance visit and I was very pleased. I visited your service center in the past (other family members purchased from Maxon) and it was not a smooth running shop. Thankfully, it changed for the better. I pulled in, was met by (I assume) the manager, he immediately got me checked in on the computer, and sent Ron, my service advisor, out to set up my services. It was a pleasure to deal with knowledgeable and courteous folks. The only "issue" I had was the person I originally spoke to on the phone said I couldn't get Valet service. So I drove down to Union. She was wrong and the staff was very apologetic for the error.
. I bought my vehicle from Felix Shaulov, who I thought was an incredible sales consultant, and I believe I will feel the same about the service center.

As a first time buyer of a car, there is a lot of pressure and one is very naive, however with Brandon I felt I wasn't being taken advantaged of. I knew fully that I had the power to leave whenever I wanted and he was knowledgeable as well as understanding my ignorance of certain things. I am very critical when it comes to car dealers and Turnersville passed with flying colors. No nonsense negotiations and the most surprising thing was that they were not pushy. In the past whenever I made the initial phone call the dealer wanted your phone #, your address your 5 year plan etc. I originally spoke with Brian and he answered all of my questions without the 3rd degree, and they didn't call me back (via caller id) and pester me like some dealers in the past have. Do your research, be knowledgeable on the vehicle that you desire and Turnersville will do everything to make you a satisfied customer.

Watch the FINANCE DEPARTMENT!!! Don’t allow them to charge one penny extra that you did not agree to even when you pick up your plates. Make the Dealership OWN UP TO THEIR promises and MISTAKES. The customer should never pay for their errors period.

You are better off going to another dealership or walking across the parking lot to "HONDA". I have nothing but positive experiences from OTHER dealerships. I had the Air Bag light come on all of a sudden. I called DCN to make an appointment. I spoke to the service manager Allan, and explained to him about the problem. He assured me that it is under warranty and if they ran the code and if that is that, then they will replace it for free. If not, then they would let me know. I set up the appointment for Sat early morning. Went there, and the service lady (I am sorry, I did not get her names) took down all the info and asked me to wait in the waiting room. I was waiting anxiously and feared that I would end up paying lot of $$$ for this. About an hour later she came & said that I am all set, they took care of the issue. I was thankful. They had told me that it will take me an hour & had my car ready within an hour. Thank you

The Dealer had me sign a paper for a $100.00 Dollar Referral form and reneged on paying me after buying TWO NEW 2018 IONIQ CARS. I called and visited the company numerous times, and each time I called they assured me the money was on the way. Over a month now since our purchase, and we are still without any resolution. I spoke to the managers the told me they would resolve this by talking to the owner but i'm sure that was a lie as well. The cars are great but the management can't be trusted and this my first Hyundai. I got my fiance to buy one and they me beat out of my hundred dollars. we are first time buyers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
