I went to the dealership last month for an oil change and tire rotation on my Jeep. I was greeted by staff that was friendly and professional. After checking in, I was invited to the very clean and accommodating waiting area. Within 25 mins. my Jeep was ready and I was out the door. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

I was happy my car was ready for me on 7-25 @ 1:30pm. Still don’t understand the reason for the unexplained alarm and what caused it go off. And what to do to disarm the alarm if it happens again. Was disappointed I was not offered a low cost rental for the time my vehicle was in the shop.

Best dealership hands down! After 3yrs & 5 dealerships REFUSED TO do the 3 air bag recalls on my 2008 Dodge Charger and totally disrespected me, EAST HILLS DODGE ACED IT! 5 dealers said....My car is too old for the dealership, we don't service your car, you didn't but it here, it's gonna take up to 3 weeks to do the recall repair and take it to another dealer! These other dealerships (Bayside Dodge, Garden City Dodge, Security Dodge, Westbury Dodge, cant remember the last one) were rude, inconsiderate and flat out nasty! EAST HILLS DODGE TOOK MY CAR RIGHT AWAY AND FIXED ALL 3 AIR BAG RECALLS IN UNDER 2 HOURS AS PROMISED!!!!! If I decide to buy a new Charger it will be from East Hills Dodge! The staff was respectful, friendly and most of all experienced. Thank you East Hills Dodge, thank you very, very, very much!

Service was excellent!!! IT WOULD of been nice for NYE to help me out on bill .being the car only had 70000 miles and with blown head gaskets... I called Chrysler themselves and filed a complaint about cars problem...Chrysler did pick up $4400 of bill which was awesome of Chrysler, overall im pleased ..still sucks I had to pay $3000 but definitely better than $7400

It’s always a great experience when I have to bring my car here for service or just maintenance. It’s a clean shop and the staff are so very kind and caring. Michael Trevett the Service Advisor really takes his time to explain everything and he truly cares. My car needed a pretty expensive part but they all made sure I would get well taken care off. I appreciate that. Kelly Quinn in customer care fillies ui with me right away to make fire everything went well. She was very caring as well. Great place to have good service and good customer service. I plan on continuing to bring my vehicle here for a long time!

just wanted to pop in for an update, my jeep is in the process of needing some warranty service, i made the mistake of calling another dealer near where i would be for work, oh what a disaster and how unwelcome can you possibly make someone feel on the phone, i then proceeded to call Jeep Wave Executive Customer Care, John over there immediately helped me out, popped open a case# for me and told me to call Bill Volz which is what I did, they have always taken care of me with this Trailhawk, and also with my previous Liberty, great sales and service departments all around, cant wait to have my jeep fixed to leave another glowing review for the BV team, thanks to all and I will miss having Joe Verde around in service, what a great guy, looking forward to working just as closely with Jim, rumor has it he is just as great as Joe was

Repaired the engine of my 2012 Chrysler Town & Country Van. This was the second major repair they dd for me. Like the first, which was a warranty repair several years ago, it was timely done with no surprises, and they went out of their way to accommodate my schedule. In addition, they didn’t change the labor estimate even though the technician replaced the intake camshaft in addition to replacing all the rocker arms and valve lifters on the back bank of cylinders.

Klye is there 350% for me I need something and he makes sure I get taken care of. Services on my vehicle or anything else I need my car cleaned my kids vehicle. He is very helpful. Jeff Mckee is there to take care of all my vehicle purchases. He finds me the color I want and the style I want . Awesome to work with. I can be a pain to work with. However he over looks that and makes sure I'm well taken care of . There was an issue on this new Jeep but he looked into it sat in with a meeting they had about a fix and ordered the parts and got it taken care of.
