I found the Kia EV3 with desired trim and color via Kia - hopsonx4

I found the Kia EV3 with desired trim and color via Kia inventory, called Paramount, made a deposit to hold the vehicle, and arranged purchase/pickup. Tim and Tony were fantastic in facilitating the purchase since I was driving down from the RIchmond area to buy the car. They provided detailed information on the price, discounts, process and prepped the car including fully charging it as requested since I had a 250 mile trip home after purchase. Both were professional and friendly and made the car-buying purchase easy and enjoyable.

I purchased my first call from Kia when I moved from New - summergirly1015

I purchased my first call from Kia when I moved from New York to Raleigh and it was the best buying car experience I’ve ever had. Told them what I wanted what I wanted to spend and they put it together. I also went for my recent first oil change and they are very organized. They explained everything prior to getting there. They told me how long I was gonna be there and it was a great experience.! Keep up the good work Kia and Tim!

By the time I got to Kia, I had already test-driven - Sujeylee

By the time I got to Kia, I had already test-driven multiple vehicles that day. I was tired, I knew what I wanted, and I basically walked in with the energy of: I have places to go, people to see, and chaos to create—so let's get to the numbers. 😂 Levi handled me perfectly. He listened to what I wanted, answered my million questions, didn't pressure me, and most importantly, didn't waste my time. He was patient, straightforward, and made what could have been a stressful purchase genuinely enjoyable. And somehow, I walked out with a 2027 Kia Seltos X-Line in Magma Red Matte that looks like it was specifically designed to cause problems. 😂❤️ I named her Nyx, and I am absolutely obsessed with her. If you're shopping for a Kia, ask for Levi. Especially if you already know what you want and appreciate someone who can keep up with you. He made the whole experience easy, fun, and memorable. 10/10 — would absolutely buy another intimidating red vehicle from Levi. 😂

Trey made the process smooth, Clarence made sure everything was handled correctly, and Seth went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend asking for Seth, Trey, and Clarence if you want a straightforward and stress-free car buying experience.

I've been a loyal Kia driver since 2015. - giftologist14

I've been a loyal Kia driver since 2015. And in 2023 I leased a Kia Sportage from Dutch Miller dealership. I had a great experience and no problems....until now. My lease was up in May and I came in on March 21 to understand my options. The sales person was extremely helpful and got me into a new Sportage lease that day. The problems began when trying to get my registration and plates. The dealership said they would handle transferring my existing plates over to the new car. However that didn't happen right away. In April, I received a letter from the DMV stating that they had received notification that my insurance on the old lease had ended. When I called to talk to Dutch Miller about it, I was told that the "girl" who does the dmv work was out sick, but she would handle it and give me a call when my paperwork (registration) was ready. Late April, I hadn't heard back so I called again. She was still out and the finance person said he would find out what was going on and call me back the next day. Crickets..... I called in early May, concerned because my tags expired May 30th. I was told, they were working on it and should have something by the end of the week. I texted, I called. Finally yesterday (May 26th), Ali the dmv person called me to explain that they weren't able to get it taken care of because the DMV had put a hold on my plates. Here is the timeline as it was explained to me: March 21 - signed the lease April 15th - registration paperwork submitted to the DMV (by this time a hold was already put on the plate. May 26th - Spoke with the DMV "girl" and a manager. They were going to see if they could rush something through. Made an offer to pay property tax... May 27th - The manager called to say I could pick up my paperwork. So here I am, 3 days before my plates expire. I have to take a day off work to get my plates renewed because it's too late to do it online and the DMV still has a hold on my plates. Had they just taken care of things or given me enough time to handle it myself, I would have. At this point, once this lease is up, I will turn in my car and NEVER purchase from Dutch Miller again. I don't usually do bad reviews, because it's generally unfair, but I know that this is an ongoing problem. I can accept that things happen, but communication would have alleviated so many problems. I had to call and text repeatedly (enough that the receptionist knew my situation) because no one would return my calls. Dutch Miller, your back office is losing you money. Forget that it is costing you customer good will and reputation. It is literally pulling money out of your pocket, because I will never come back to Dutch Miller to satisfy my car needs and based on reviews, I'm not the only one.

HORRIBLE experience. - genebradbury

HORRIBLE experience. I test drove a Lexus ES 350, talked numbers with the finance guy/manager. Had a pickup date scheduled and even had a $10,000 cashier check from my bank. And the sales guy Matthew called me the morning of pickup and said the car was not available. It had been sold. Royally screwed me over. HORRIBLE...

Purchased a Kia Soul from Leith Kia today and could not - beachgal1967

Purchased a Kia Soul from Leith Kia today and could not be happier with the whole process. I spoke with Michael Draper by phone this morning and told him my situation, what I was looking for and where I wanted my payments to be. He did some figuring and called me back and said he could make it happen. I went to the dealership at noon and took a test drive with Nermin Soliman. She could not have been any nicer! She was super friendly and knowledgeable. She was by far the nicest sales person I have ever encountered. Jaray Sampson was my finance manager. He did every single thing that Michael had promised me earlier. At no time did anyone try to upsell or try to change the numbers around. I would recommend all of my family and friends to Leith Auto Park Kia without hesitation. They made the car buying process easy. Thank you, Michael, Nermin and Jaray!

My wife and I bought a used 2019 KIA Sorento and worked - Kendallcharles922

My wife and I bought a used 2019 KIA Sorento and worked with Simon and it was a great experience. Within 6 months ,we started having electrical issues that kept killing the battery. The dealer tried very hard to diagnose the problem and couldn't find the problem. I was mad and asked the owner to take the car back and it was a bit of a fight but they finally took the car and we were able to purchase a new 2025 KIA Sorento S model. We worked with Brandon Johnson, and he was great to work with. I give the dealership a 3 out of 5, but Brandon a 5 out of 5. He was great. Yes, I would purchase from him again.

Just purchased a used Lexus from Sale Auto Mall and the Sales representative "Paul Jarman" was great to work with. Pricing was excellent and service was fast and easy. There was a manager who helped with the sale who was great to talk to while we waited for our paperwork. I will definitely purchase my next vehicle from Sale Auto Mall and recommend it to all my co-workers at Moen Inc.

Buying a vehicle is often considered a stressful - marshalladm4545

Buying a vehicle is often considered a stressful experience, but Jeff, Kyle, and BJ completely changed that for me. I felt respected, heard, valued, and—most importantly—comfortable throughout the entire process. I never imagined that I would be considering a Kia, but on a whim, I decided to stop by and take a look at their Certified Pre-Owned vehicles. I am so glad I did! From the moment I walked into the showroom, I felt welcomed. There was no pressure—just warm, friendly greetings and a genuine willingness to help. Jeff Williams became my salesperson, and he is an outstanding representation of the Kia brand. From the beginning, it was clear that his priority was understanding my needs rather than simply making a sale. He never tried to oversell me or steer me toward a particular vehicle. Instead, he let me take the lead and patiently followed. He answered every question and addressed every concern without ever talking down to me. Most importantly, he encouraged me to take my time and choose the vehicle I would truly be happy with. Then I had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, Kyle. He is honestly one of the most pleasant GMs I have ever encountered at a dealership. He naturally joined the conversation between Jeff and me without taking over or making his salesperson feel overlooked. Talking with Kyle felt more like talking with a friend than negotiating with a General Manager. What impressed me most was that Kyle never focused on telling me why I should buy the vehicle. Instead, he asked, “What can we do to meet your needs?” That simple question made a huge difference. From there, we discussed pricing—not through pressure or back-and-forth tactics, but through conversation, laughter, mutual respect, and an understanding of each person’s perspective. We ultimately reached a decision that we could both feel good about. Then there was BJ Wade, the Financial Manager. BJ was equally patient and professional. Whenever I didn't understand something, he took the time to explain it again without ever becoming frustrated. He walked me through the available extended warranty options, clearly explained what was necessary, and distinguished those options from the things that were simply nice to have. What really surprised me was that BJ actually encouraged me to take a day to think about everything before making a decision. He reminded me that, at the end of the day, I needed to be completely comfortable and satisfied with my decision—not overwhelmed or pressured into anything. I actually had fun at this dealership! If this is the kind of customer experience Kia strives to provide, then this team is doing an exceptional job representing the brand. Thank you, Jeff, Kyle, and BJ, for making what could have been a stressful purchase such an enjoyable experience!

I had a very frustrating experience with this dealership - Sarahmayton89

I had a very frustrating experience with this dealership while trying to purchase a vehicle. I was provided multiple out-the-door price quotes in writing, $34,572. Later, the price jumped to over $37,000. I was then told the vehicle could only be purchased for about $36,600 if I financed through the dealership, even though all information was already provided and correct. This was especially frustrating because I already had bank approval for financing and had arranged for someone to take time off work to help me complete the purchase before the pricing changed. Refusing to honor a written quote under these circumstances felt misleading and unprofessional. Only one employee admitted that the tax calculation for my state had been their mistake, which was a relief. However, the next person I spoke with didn’t seem to care and continued giving conflicting information. At one point, I was told taxes were “my responsibility,” despite being quoted out-the-door pricing. I also asked to speak with the general manager who supposedly approved the pricing, but was repeatedly told he was unavailable. During one conversation, a representative raised their voice, which was unprofessional. I was ready to purchase immediately if the quoted pricing had been honored. I would advise future customers to get a fully itemized out-the-door breakdown upfront and confirm all details before committing.
