When it counted, the service department was incredible. I needed a new transmission, which they advocated to get me through warranty. After success in that, they quickly completed the work and got my car back to me. They even provided a loaner while my car was being serviced.

I went to Auction Direct because both of my daughters have previously bought a vehicle from them. I had also found a vehicle online that I thought may be the right fit for me. I had been looking for a vehicle for months. Joe got right on it and located the vehicle. After a test drive I decided that it was the vehicle for me. The buying process was very smooth. 5 Stars to Jay Riascos, my Salesman, and Dylan Wilhoite, the Finance Mgr who handled my purchase!! I spoke to Jay over the phone before coming in and explained my situation and time constraints. When I arrived, he had 3 cars ready for me to test drive, exactly in my price range and within the payment I was comfortable paying. Jay was honest and did exactly what he promised to do. He never once wasted my time or tried to upsell me or bait and switch. He was a straight shooter. I was completely impressed and felt cared for every step of the way. Dylan in finance was honest with my choices and never made me feel pressured to sign anything. He walked me through all the numbers patiently and was super clear about everything. Dear Mr. Hickman, I had the pleasure of meeting Jordan Lasure; service advisor, last month. After visiting many dealerships, Jordan listened to my plea and had no issue assisting me in finding a solution to repair my 2005 Chevrolet SSR Pickup Truck. He introduced me to one of your mechanics that was familiar with this classic vehicle. His knowledge of and expert troubleshooting was impressive to say the least. Jordan is an excellent communicator who kept me informed during repairs. I picked up my vehicle better then I left it. I did this review because Jordan wouldn’t let me walk away unsatisfied. His can do attitude won me over immediately! Everyone in the service department was professional and treated me with respect every time I visited service.
