I ordered a Ram 1500 on 2/6/2026. I had never ordered a vehicle before. Mike Turovsky and Cliff Babcock helped me through the whole process. The pricing was very reasonable and way better than other dealerships. I picked the vehicle up last week and have been absolutely loving it. Junction did a great job helping to speed the process of ordering/building/delivering. Even before I picked it up, they took it to a third-party store that installed a tonneau cover, so that when I picked up the vehicle, it was ready to go. I sold my Kia Telluride to Junction at pickup. They give me a very fair price. The process was also very smooth. This would be the second vehicle I have sold to Junction. Overall, after 3 different transactions with Junction, I would be very happy to work with them again and recommend friends and family to do the same.

What I love best is you make and appointment first. Once you get to the dealership you check in… discuss the work to be done… you are given a print out of what you agreed on and given the cost of how much will will pay. Options are given for transportation if needed or the option of waiting in a very nice waiting area. I was given a phone number of an immediate contact if I had any questions or concerns while they were working on my car. Just love it there.

Outstanding purchase experience. I’ve also had service and maintenance done here on my 2017 Bolt EV. If you’re considering buying a car buy here. This is doubly true if you’re considering an EV. They handled warranty repairs as my warranty was about to expire. No issues no hassle just fixed right. Came in for service again today and no games just got me in and out. My experience with them has been so good. I’ve called GM to let them know how well they have made me glad I purchased a GM from them.
