We driving from Utah home to Alabama and the rear shocks on our Volvo S60 began leaking. The closest dealership, in Albuquerque, told us they couldn't get the parts for several days. But they called Volvo Cars OKC, a day's drive away and on our way home, and found that they could get them sooner. Kristina at Volvo OKC had the parts ordered and they arrived the morning after we got into OKC. We made ourselves at home in the dealership, which was very comfortable, and Kristina told us she hoped to have us on our way by 2:30. We were out the door a little after 2. Without her help we would have been spending several extra days in Albuquerque rather than heading home. And when we got the car back, not only did it drive like new again, but it had been washed and vacuumed -- even with two weeks' worth of luggage and other stuff in the car. We couldn't ask for better service and if we lived in OKC we'd definitely get our Volvo serviced there. Kristina rescued our vacation.

The dealership has issues. The first time we tried to buy a car we had issues. Didn’t buy a car. Everyone got a little upset w us.
So we tried it again had a good salesman, everything was good. Had the car 2 years, then it started running bad. Blue link would freeze everything up.
The issue the car had running bad, I was told by a mechanic that the dealerships where notified to fix issue before selling the cars. So ended up costing me $624. Which if it was suppose to have been fixed the dealership should have stepped up. I liked the Hyundai it drove great lots of room, good gas mileage. It did take a little over two months to get car fixed do to getting parts. Covid issue.
