I went into the dealership last week to replace the battery in my key fob and Francisco in the service center was extremely helpful!. My car had not started that morning and the customer service representative from Mazda had suggested that I either replace the battery in the key fob or get a jump start for my car. Luckily after waiting about 20 minutes and playing with the door locks on the key fob, my car finally started.
That afternoon I was able to drive to the dealership and was introduced to Francisco. I explained to him what had happened and he told me that if that were to ever happen again, I could in fact use the key fob to start the car by holding it next to the start button. I have leased 3 Mazdas with the push start feature and never knew this information. I was even more surprised that the CSR from Mazda didn't share this information with me. I am very grateful for Francisco's kindness and the information he provided!
Great Service at Lancaster Mazda - Gary Alan Craig
Lancaster Mazda Service is the best. Just recently, my son Ryan's Mazda 3 brokedown, and was disabled due to battery and drive belts. AAA towed the car to Lancaster Mazda at night. The next day, I worked with Jeff and Todd, and they were amazing. They got the car in that day, a busy Friday, and had it fixed and ready to be picked up at the end of the day. Ryan was then able to make it to work on Saturday. I have never been disappointed by Lancaster Mazda, they are awesome, and Jeff and Todd are Saints. They go above and beyond the call of duty, and I greatly appreciate it ... Gary Craig ... :-)

My daughter recently had her windshield replaced at Sussman. She purchased a 2018 Mazda CX5 from a different dealer, closer to home. I called the original dealer, where she had purchased the car. They refereed me to a private business in NE Philly. I was very leery of going there, because my daughter's car has the head-ups display, rain sensing windshield wipers etc. If the job is not done correctly, all of the high tech stuff won't work properly. I called Sussman's service department and spoke to Gary Daniels. He gave the heads up on what the entire process entailed. The windshield had to be ordered from Mazda I agreed to have Sussman do the repair. Could not ask for better service, and a great customer treatment. Gary went out of his way to help us, even though we didn't purchase the car there. Gary also had a free loaner waiting for us when we dropped my daughters car off. This was the best customer service experience I have ever had from a car dealer. Again a big thanks to Gary Daniels and the entire staff at Sussman. You won't go wrong dealing with the folks at Sussman.

Firstly, I have purchased 4 cars from Ray Price and up until today have been very satisfied. I know it's June, and Monroe Co is about to go green in Covid mitigation. Even with green, it's still required that people wear masks indoors........especially the employees. It's the reason why PA's numbers are dropping while other states are rising. Today I noticed the entire sales staff was not social distancing or wearing masks. Customers who were waiting for service were wearing masks and the service personnel were wearing masks. What Ray Price was saying was my health doesn't really matter to the sales staff. I'm not sure if I'll be purchasing another vehicle from Ray Price. They better get their act together or they too will suffer the catastrophic business loss from this pandemic. It really matters to those of us who are taking this pandemic DEAD serious!

The service department took 3 hrs to figure out I needed a capacitor. They charged me the highest hourly rate for that as well. I took it to them bc they are suppose to specialize in Jeeps. If that was not bad enough my Jeep came back with grease all over my driver side mat, grease on the side of the jeep outer door. Wires were left hanging down and not put back into the bracket. I asked them to put a fuel gauge in, they left all the metal shavings all over the Jeep floor and on the seat. They told me the gauge worked for a little but then stopped working. Instead of completing the job they just left a none working gauge. I sent the General manager an email about the issues with photos of the damage . After three days I heard nothing, so I sent the email to the Owner, I then received an email from the service Director telling me I would have to wait 5 days before they would clean the damage to my Jeep. He said, he would have his team clean up the grease and put the wires back and would give me 1 hr of free service to get the gauge working. If it took them 3 hrs to figure out a capacitor, I can imagine the time it would take for the fuel gauge. After paying $601.00 for the bad service, damage done to my Jeep, and a none working gauge, I would be foolish to bring the Jeep back to the dealership. I have worked at two other professional Dealerships in the past. I went to Ladd-Hanford bc I thought they would solve the none starting problem faster than others since they are a Jeep dealership. It is a simple 1978 6 cylinder Jeep. I wish I would have read the other reviews before taking my Jeep to Ladd-Hanford in Lebanon. After I told them I would not bring the Jeep back, they just said "Sorry for your troubles" that was it.
Very poor service - Emerson
My son had to cracked tire in a period of one week. Tires purchased from Faulkner Madza and still 60% good. He paid for the first replacement and a week later another tire cracked. He was told it is still safe to drive 65 MPH on the tire. Are they insane to think anyone would believe that. They just saved $200.00 to lose as many new car sales as I can tell people this story and show them the picture of the SAFE tire. Let the public decide what they would do or trust.

The service manager Kathleen Must loose potential customers on a daily basis. Be warned, DO NOT bring your car here. They will screw it up and make you pay for it the next time your being the car in.

I brought my 2007 Mazda RX8 in for air bag replacement I believe in October 2018 "don't have the paperwork with me" Upon returning to pick up the car I noticed an H crack in my passenger side dash which was not cracked when I brought it to the dealership. Brought the car back to discuss the crack only to have nothing done about it. Went back yet again only to receive a paper from upper Mazda management stateing that the crack is normal "xxxxxxxx" NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I SEEN CRACKS IN ANY VEHICLE I'VE BEEN IN FOR AIRBAG RELEASE" it is now September of 2019 and still has yet to be fixed. All I want is my car to be in the same condition it was in when I brought it to the dealership, not some excuses on how this is normal. The only thing you seem to send me are papers saying how you would like me to trade my vehicle in on a great deal from your dealership. With service like this I would never purchase a vehicle from Mazda....

I estimate my savings to be around $10,000-$15,000 total.
I would never go to a dealer without them. They really go to bat for you. How can you really go wrong since the service costs nothing out of pocket.
They have also sold several cars for me.
My mercedes, the dealer offered me $37,250 for it. Abruzzi got me $42,750.

Absolutely horrible experience and subpar level of customer service. They sent wrong part number and then entered into a nightmare scenario trying to get correct part sent out to me. Customer service was absolutely useless and after speaking to 4 different agents in 2 countries was no closer to any resolution of my issue. Finally, just drove to AutoZone and picked up correct part; it was a little more expensive, but well worth it considering the amount of time and hassle I experienced trying to work with Auto Parts Warehouse. Good reminder that you truly get what you pay for and that sometimes it well worth paying a little extra.
