We are very unsatisfied. We brought our almost new 2024 Impreza, our first Subaru ever in our family, to have it serviced on September 8, 2025 !! When we picked it up and got home, we realized! That the inspection is due in September 2025. Why didn’t they see that? Now I see a whole week later that I’m getting a notice that I have an inspection due! This is totally unacceptable. We have had Hondas for 25 years and they always gave us Exceptional service and watched out for when our service inspections were due! How much more time do we have to spend at the Subaru dealer? Now another visit because you didn’t see it you took a picture of the car on all sides and the inspection sticker, but you did not service it! We should not have to pay much more when we go back on September 22, 2025 to have this car inspected! Sorry for this bad review but I can’t get over it question!
