This review took me too long to post... but some time ago the Service Department at A&T installed my OEM splashguards on my Forester. Excellent, clean, neat work and very prompt.

We arrived 30 mins. early, and the staff let us enter the service area, straight away. We opted for the EXTRA service, such as vacuuming, windows cleaned, etc. All were completed at a high level. Plus a free oil change. Life is GOOD!

I’m always given the best service when I’m here. I bought my car in 2017 so I have been here frequently through the years and they have kept my car in good shape. They let me know when there’s something that needs to be fixed. I really like the videos to show me how they look over my car. It’s easy to get scheduled. And if I need a loaner, they will give me one all the service staff at the desk are very helpful and I did get to meet the service guy who worked on my car as well. I trust them to get the job done. Jack as usual has been extremely helpful.

This dealership is second to none!!! All the employees I encountered were so kind and helpful. The maintenance I had done was done quickly and efficiently. The techs performed the service as though he/she was working on his own vehicle. I wish I could have dealt with this dealership when I was in the market for a used subaru. I would have purchased a better vehicle and would have been treated like a customer and friend of the dealership, instead of being insulted and mistreated at the dealership where I made my purchase.

We are very unsatisfied. We brought our almost new 2024 Impreza, our first Subaru ever in our family, to have it serviced on September 8, 2025 !! When we picked it up and got home, we realized! That the inspection is due in September 2025. Why didn’t they see that? Now I see a whole week later that I’m getting a notice that I have an inspection due! This is totally unacceptable. We have had Hondas for 25 years and they always gave us Exceptional service and watched out for when our service inspections were due! How much more time do we have to spend at the Subaru dealer? Now another visit because you didn’t see it you took a picture of the car on all sides and the inspection sticker, but you did not service it! We should not have to pay much more when we go back on September 22, 2025 to have this car inspected! Sorry for this bad review but I can’t get over it question!
