Spoke with Marlon over the phone before coming an hour away and they had the car ready for me to test drive as sons as I arrived. The salesman Adrian, was very professional and told me everything I needed to know. He was straightforward about everything, which was great. Worked out a good selling price and got me into a newer car after a long day of searching for a vehicle everywhere else. There was another gentleman that worked at the front desk beside Marlon, forgot his name but he did exceptional as well making sure I had warranty and everything for my vehicle. Overall, great place to buy from! Highly Recommended!

Mclaughlin Ford service was very good, techs are courteous and friendly. They need to upgrade their customer waiting area to better accommodate folks waiting on their vehicles. There is only one table in the area with 4 chairs around and other chairs around the interior walls. There is no place to put a cup of coffee, etc., except on the floor or on the table with other customers. This waiting room needs to be updated and made more customer friendly.

I PURCHASED a 2021 ford ranger tremor from Beach Ford in February 2022 and my whole experience is beyond perfect WHY? Because it has been 3 weeks and I still look at prices of other dealers pre owned rangers and none compare to the price that Beach Ford finalized for me others are any where from $500 to $1300 over for a lariat ranger and not even being a tremor .So people do your research and compare Beach Ford sells quality pre owned vehicles for less

Tony Rodriguez the general manager has no interest in following through with correcting the failings of his sales staff. John the salesman failed to process new car order and then promised to sell a stock vehicle at MSRP as a remedy. all staff stopped returning calls. never followed through. if you leave negative feedback Tony will say he wants to make right. He never made contact. going to buy two new cars next twelve months from another dealership in Charleston.
