I purchased by Honda CRV from Russell & Smitth, - nbailey

I purchased by Honda CRV from Russell & Smitth, subsequently assumed by Doggett Honda Med Center, in April of 2019. I have had all services to keep my car running in super good condition here throughout the 7 years since purchase. All of the customer service contacts have been great, including Thomas Tran who worked with me most recently when receiving routine maintenance.

I am very satisfied with how Dave Everett my service - harpold

I am very satisfied with how Dave Everett my service advisor helped me with my car. What stands out about Dave is his honesty and mechanical knowledge of Hondas. Dave was very transparent and upfront about pricing which I appreciate greatly. I told him I was looking for a dealership and an advisor that I can trust going forward and that he met all of my expectations. Also, also what stands out about Dave is his patience. Dave spent a lot of time with me on the phone and was very patient with me as I asked him multiple questions.

We arrived merely to look at the used vehicle, not - chuffman1969

We arrived merely to look at the used vehicle, not thinking we would be able to purchase one without returning when we had more time. The tine of day was after 5:00pm when we arrived. Tony came out to greet us. Tony was knowledge able , courteous, respectful, and clear in his way of dealing with us. Not the old irritating car salesman who nobody wants to see coming. Tony just told us he was there snd asked what type vehicle we had in mind when we do make a decision. We told him what she wanted and he pointed out a couple of vehicles that matched our response. Tony went and came out with keys and handed a set to us of one we were looking closely at. He then told us to take it and come back when we are done checking it out. He went back inside and left us to do whatever we felt necessary to check it out. No pushy salestactics and no rushing us. We loved the vehicle. And after driving it we told him we liked it. Within 15 minutes we were approved. Our credit is not the greatest. Its average at the most. We drove off in the vehicle with paperwork completed in hand before 7:00pm. Thank you to the entire team at Greg May Honda in Waco Tx. We are still very pleased. .

I made an appt for an oil change. - latina.heat551

I made an appt for an oil change. They were offering a pkg which I opted for. When they tried to do the tire rotation, the lug nut got stuck when trying to remove it, so they couldn't do the tire rotation. I need to hv the lug nut forced off & break the stud. So I need to hv that done. I was very irritated.

Updated Review: After having issues with the Service - Kevin

Updated Review: After having issues with the Service Department & Manufacturer, Big Star Honda's General Manager Karl L. came through for the win. He investigated our issue and completely corrected it in a swift manner, while taking full accountability. He also reimbursed us for the manufacturer’s defect that they initially charged us for. That is how you keep loyal customers! We will use and recommend Big Star again.

More Than a 5 Star rating if there ever was one needed. - MarceloSATX

More Than a 5 Star rating if there ever was one needed. The greatest fear of any motorist is having an emergency repair situation when traveling. I am not from El Paso but on the Friday the 26th of September an unfortunate circumstance concerning my 2025 Honda Accord bearly a month old needed some serious ER type service while traveling from Las Cruces back to my home town of San Antonio. I left Las Cruces at 4 a.m. and just as I was leaving El Paso I pulled off to get some gas. It was still dark and I misjudged a curb duing my exit/ entrance into the access into the gas station resulting in some serious under-carriage damage. I had to turnaorund and head to the nearest Honda dealership. God and his angles were watching over me. I was ther at the dealership an roughly anhour and a half before opening. There was a porterwaiting at the gate then Sally Zubi showed up to aid in opening up the dealership. She was so kind, caring and empathet to my situation and assured me that they would take care of me. Allowed me to use the facilities to try and relax. Nestor the parts dept. expert did a search and found exactly what was needed to get me back to SA safely and said it was a part that was rarely in stock but was on site. Then Richard Guzman and Bobby Dominguez arrived. This team of immeadiately gathered in the parts dept. and asked me to wait in the outer seating area. I was later called in and taken to the garage area. All but nestor were present and they had me take pics of the damage and told me the plan of what could be done to get me back safely and at what cost. These individuals have my highrest admiration and respect. They are in the people business to serve it just so happens it is in the auto indutry. Quality , empathy, and caring. They could have taken me for a ride but were so upfront and honest in there approach that they have restored my faith in the sevice industry in general. These are a special group of people and El Paso Honda is beyond blessed to have them in their emplyment. The city of El Paso has a gift in this dealership, bar none they are legit and are genuine in what they do for their cusomers. Thank you so much!!!

I had a fantastic experience working with Katie Hnath at - rodriguezjesse05

I had a fantastic experience working with Katie Hnath at Hill Country Honda dealership. She provided excellent service and worked hard to get me the absolutely the best deal on the Jeep Wrangler. What I appreciated most was the no pressure approach ; I felt extremity comfortable working with her and was easy to talk to . Ultimately. I did not purchase the Jeep , but that was because of the engine size. I decided to go with a V6-not a reflection on her service. I would highly recommend her as a sales person. She was terrific. .

After having a definite issue with my service call, and giving the service department a 1 star, I just wanted to say that Service Manager Chad Molock contacted me almost immediately. He was very apologizing for my disappointment in my service encounter. Chad is definitely what being a great service manager is all about. Thanks again Chad for your professionalism and understanding. Lynn Shirley
