I went to Fiesta Honda and everything seemed smooth. Although it was smooth I felt as if the customer service was o.k. The salesman and the other sales manager I worked with seemed like they only cared just enough to not seem like a's. This made every minute uncomfortable to a degree, I felt like all I was happy with was the car, the price a bit, and just felt awkward through the process when I was with these guys. The only saving grace I believe was... Angela at he food counter in the morning shift, Vicki at the reception desk and Christopher(salesman) that day. Nonetheless great price, both good/helpful and figity/awkward people.
The old saying personality makes the company is true. And this place misses the mark but still gets 3.5 stars

Of course this was many yrs ago, but it was Dec 18th( I believe) 1998. I was a single mom driving an old boat of a car. The other dealers in Conroe wouldn't give me the time of day, by the way. Found the perfect car (unbeknownst to me @ the time) from a wonderful salesman (who cared). I drove that '96 Grand Am til 2007 when it finally died w/ 433,000 miles on it. And I have told everyone! Unfortunately, I moved away from the Conroe area. When I've been close, couldn't afford to "shop" for a car. I may be in the market still yet, & may still pay them a visit.

I traded in my Honda 2016 CR-V in South Florida that I have bought from Freeman Honda and I've contacted Freeman Honda to have cancel my extended warranty, they've asked all the information that they needed and after several weeks they have done nothing.
I been calling for several weeks to speak with any one in finance department even I have left messages and not luck, honestly I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with this service, sorry Honda company but this is not the way to treat a customer that just recently bought 2 brand new Honda vehicles.
Very disappointed and very upset for this situation and I hope that someone from high level office could read this.

This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from Orr Honda in Texarkana. I traded in my 2013 Honda Pilot for a 2018 Honda Accord. Based on my research, I felt I recieved a really good deal, below MSRP and a very good trade on price. The dealer was Brad Morgason. He was very knowledgeable af the Accord and answered all the questions I had. The sales manager, Steve Lucas, was very helpful in closing the deal. I had mentioned that I had lost my wedding ring a couple weeks back and to keep an eye out for it in my Pilot. Even though I had looked several times, 3 of the Orr employees searched it again. Although they didnt find it, they tried. I've only had my accord for a day, but so far, I love it.

My experience with this dealership was totally different from any other dealership I have visited. Charlie Martinez was my sales representative, and he did an amazing job of finding a car that met my needs and budget. Before I left, I notice some white paint on my car and informed Charlie about it. He told me to come back in a few days and he would have someone get that off for me. I come back a few days later and Charlie true to his word had someone get the paint off. Not only did he help with the paint situation but he also had my car washed and put gas in my tank.
Marcus McCrae assisted on the financial side by explaining my options ,contracts,and addressed my concerns. He was very patient with me with all my questions and gave me advice for being a first time car buyer.
Both of them were friendly and their willingness to help me exceeded my expectations. I did not feel pressured one bit about buying the car like at most dealerships. They definitely made my first car buying experience nice and easy, and I would definitely recommend this dealership to others!
