I took my car to Freedom Chevrolet on Friday for repair of the camera. It was working fine, but had gone blank one month earlier. I was received in the large repair check in area. From the 1st interpersonal contact, from the analysis to car rental, they were caring and interested in my concern. Natalie was great, then she took me to the car rental booth, Belinda was as the same and caring kind nature as Natalie. She put us in a brand new model with only 4 mi. on it. The following Friday we picked up our car, and as they were unable to find a cause for the problem there was no charge, I mean absolutely no charge, no charge for the research, and no charge for the rental. Quoting one of my favorite films, “Inconceivable”. I will be returning for repairs/service, or purchase from now on. Freedom is my car store. Thank you so, so much

Don Ringler employees always provide quality work. I took my truck into the dealership this past weekend for a routine oil change. Because the employees at Don Ringler always go above and beyond, they found a leak in my water pump during their multi-point inspection. Luckily, it was covered through my warranty and they were able to get it replaced before I came back. Billy was in contact with me the entire time, and within an hour of dropping my truck off the oil change was done and the new part was ready to go! Thanks for all y'all do!

Very positive experience with Service Department.....from price to scheduling to completion of work. I found Service Advisor James to be helpful, courteous, explained the process & was generally nice to deal with.
The shuttle service offered was a welcome bonus. The driver Efram has been with ValMark a number of years, he knows NB well, is a careful driver & was pleasant to chat with.
Covid safety protocol is in place, no worries there!

Candy was very awesome, polite, friendly and professional. She checked me in for my normal routine oil change and notified me of a recall on my airbags that I wasn't aware of. She asked if I would like to schedule an appointment to repair the recall or just wait extra time for the repair, so I told her since I'm already here just go ahead with the repair.. She kept me updated on the status of my suv and even offered me to use her doordash if I wanted to order lunch because I would be there for a while. To me that was outstanding customer service because she has shown that she cared about my personal needs and my suv. Thank you Candy!!!
