The sales staff are super nice and accommodating. Have had a few issues with the service department especially with them keeping you up to date when things are taking longer than expected. Also have had an issue with a creeking noise in my steering. Said they checked everything and greased everything but still making the noise.

Palman has been a good dealership for my automobile repairs. My concern is that on my last visit I was not informed of the surcharge for shop consumables. It was not the amount of the charge that bothered me it was the simple fact I was not informed. My thought is there should be signs posted in the service area by the service desk where the service writers are located to inform the customer can clearly see it as well as the service writers verbally informing the customers this charge will be applied to each invoice.
