Well I will say that the salesman was very pleasant to work with, the manager was fine as well. I wasn’t treated poorly, although they did offer a very lowball offer for my vehicle trade in the beginning. That’s just par for the course. In the end, I believe I got a decent deal in my new Land Crusier. The only other thing I will add is that it was disappointing as I had a total of one new Land Crusier to chose from. Also, there were no 4 Runners available, and I didn’t see any Rav 4. It looked like they had 3-4 Tacomas, and maybe 2-3 Corollas. The lot was pretty bare except for a few used vehicles. The customer service was good. Finance was friendly and not pushy on selling me added products which I appreciated. I would return in the future.

In for service, out with a new car! I recently had a service visit at Findlay Toyota Flagstaff for my Sienna's dashboard display (a simple software update) and after inquiring about its towing capacity, I traded it in for a new Sequoia! I was really impressed with the level of service from my salesperson, Cadence Stewart. The paperwork was easy. But where he really stood out was when he went above and beyond by driving the Sequoia the next town over for delivery! He was so patient while I unloaded the Sienna. A hunormous Thank You, Cadence, and apologies for the late drive back and to your detailing team! Truly amazing customer service! Thank you, again! A shout out to Cadence's supervisor, Matts Hanssens, for facilitating this. I also saw some familiar faces like Kyle Brobst and Isaac Salas, who sold me the Sienna a few years back. I even had a great experience with the Finance Manager, Will Thomasson, as he was patient enough to go over the various warranty packages and answer all my questions. All of the staff I dealt with were knowledgeable, professional and supportive. It was a pleasure doing business with everyone but especially Cadence. It always imparts a great feeling to the customer to see that level of teamwork and experience exceptional customer service. Cadence is an asset to the team. The dealership facilities were clean and comfortable with a spacious waiting area and free beverages but I especially appreciate the friendly, attentive and professional customer service. Overall, my experience at Findlay Toyota Flagstaff has been outstanding. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for great customer service and a range of vehicles tailored for different needs. I will definitely be returning. POOR SERVICE - Trucker

The service department is a joke . I had my engine light come on after changing the battery and getting a oil change at someone other then Toyota . They told me because I didn't use Toyota motor oil thats why the light came on. So I had them change the oil to Toyota oil. They turned off the light and charged me to do that also. The light came back on before I even got home. I took it back and told them about the oil thing and they looked at me like I was nuts,. I showed them the work order that show that. Then they said we will have to take you motor apart . I said you guys don't know what your doing and you not touching it again. Took it to ford and traded it in . Don't go to Tim's Toyota if you want good service.
