In for service, out with a new car! I recently had a service visit at Findlay Toyota Flagstaff for my Sienna's dashboard display (a simple software update) and after inquiring about its towing capacity, I traded it in for a new Sequoia!
I was really impressed with the level of service from my salesperson, Cadence Stewart. The paperwork was easy. But where he really stood out was when he went above and beyond by driving the Sequoia the next town over for delivery! He was so patient while I unloaded the Sienna. A hunormous Thank You, Cadence, and apologies for the late drive back and to your detailing team! Truly amazing customer service! Thank you, again!
A shout out to Cadence's supervisor, Matts Hanssens, for facilitating this. I also saw some familiar faces like Kyle Brobst and Isaac Salas, who sold me the Sienna a few years back. I even had a great experience with the Finance Manager, Will Thomasson, as he was patient enough to go over the various warranty packages and answer all my questions. All of the staff I dealt with were knowledgeable, professional and supportive. It was a pleasure doing business with everyone but especially Cadence. It always imparts a great feeling to the customer to see that level of teamwork and experience exceptional customer service. Cadence is an asset to the team.
The dealership facilities were clean and comfortable with a spacious waiting area and free beverages but I especially appreciate the friendly, attentive and professional customer service.
Overall, my experience at Findlay Toyota Flagstaff has been outstanding. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for great customer service and a range of vehicles tailored for different needs.
I will definitely be returning.
