He was very thorough with all the details and answered all my questions throughout the entire process and even the next day he helped me with more questions. The entire staff there was great. When I left, I felt like I'd known them for a couple of years even though I had just met them all that day. I'm very happy with my new truck and I'm glad that I had the opportunity to meet Dustin and all the other great people there. Horrible experience dealing with the the warranty company. We spent over $3,000 on a warranty that wouldn’t cover the repair bill based on the verbiage of the claim. My truck was repaired, Fidelity called it an adjustment. Claim denied… I was fortunate enough to have the service manager reach out to a ln additional contact, and the claim was accepted. I appreciate the extra steps taken for customer satisfaction…

Purchased a car for my mother at Christmas, Neel and Rob (I believe they work at Cadillac) Wanted to get here a new Buick for Christmas, they went above and beyond, they held the car in the back till it was time for the surprise, they let me take it one day early so my mom could come and do the title work the next day. They even loaned me a giant bow for the day. They dealt with a ton and back and forth and us changing our mind before making the final decision. They went above and beyond for us. They were patient, friendly and thoughtful. I highly recommend coming here.

It was impressive from the beginning from getting to know the history of the dealerships to actually meeting and chatting with the President of the dealership Ms. Janelle Ross. The salesperson Bill was very personable and didn't mind me asking questions about the car. He wasn't too pushy and was so down to earth. They were very accommodating once I made my purchase helping to make sure I was able to get my vehicle once I purchased it. Ian was great. Will did a nice job explaining some of the paperwork.
