Angelo and Keith made the purchase of our certified used Subaru Forester a pleasure. Angelo listened to our needs regarding type of vehicles, milage, and pricing then arranged for us to drive two types of Subarus. Explanations of safety features, mechanical features and electronic features were comprehensive and patiently repeated to us seniors as needed! Angelo gave us a tour of the maintenance department and made personal introductions to staff there. Keith answered all our questions regarding extending warranties on the Forester to cover electronics and tire wear. The process of selling our used Honda to this dealer was pain free. We were offered appropriate market value. The financing process for the car was smooth and understandable. The only surprise in this purchase was the decency and good will by all staff involved.
