I'm the annoying customer that brings his own financing and doesn't opt for the extended warranty. At no point did I feel pressured by anyone at Concordville Subaru. Everyone was so kind and it was a refreshing experience at a car dealership. Cassandria was on top of everything and was a pleasure to work with. My daughter is real enjoying her new car. 10/10 Will be back when it's time for my mid life crisis purchase of an STI.

My service experience took a little longer than I thought it would, but that was probably my fault. The car was inspected, oil changed, new tires and alignment. I could have used the shuttle service if I wanted. The waiting area is comfortable and well-stocked.
