(Sales Manager) is very quick and direct about juggling the #s and totally respects that I do my homework. The finance department always informs me of available of upscale products but doesn't try to force them on me. Joel and the rest of the service team have never let me down. The customer service at Cochrane Subaru in Butler so awesome. They always are there to help when my car has an issue. They recently squeezed le in to figure out why a tire was loosing pressure. There was a nail in it. They patched it up, checked fluid levels, battery, etc., and put it through the car wash. Problem fixed and I get to leave in a shiny, clean car. Awesome.
