The staff were all exceptional in customer service. Clyde was super great to work with, no hassle, no delays in getting me in my new ride. I particularly like that he at no point tried to “sell me” on the vehicle. No sales tactics or pressure, I test drove it as he sat professionally quiet in the back (my brother was up front with me) and when we returned he simply asked “what do you think?” Then we proceeded to the financing.
The dealership itself I’m mostly impartial on. It’s not bad by any means, and the 4/5 stars doesn’t reflect any of the staff, but rather facility amenities. Every other Mercedes dealership I’ve been to simply has better drink/snack options. This one does NOT have bottle water, but rather a water station where you’re getting filtered surface lake water. That’s quite a disappointment for a dealership of such a renowned automaker. It’s truly my only complaint, snack selection has been far better at other Mercedes’ dealerships but that’s not a necessity. Just being to other Mercedes dealerships and seeing Mercedes branded bottled water, or locally sourced spring water bottles led to tremendous disappointment in this one for only having filtered tap water. Also, while you’re waiting for financing to do their part, if you decide to watch tv on the couch by the sales desk there is no remote so you’re limited to viewing muted news channel with no subtitles/captions.
