I love Portland Volvo and my car! - Pj280855

I love Portland Volvo and my car! This last visit was disappointing as I was given a number to text if I had questions, no one replied, no one told me an estimated wait time like they usually do and upon leaving my tire pressure light came on so I had to go back a day later. I had my tires rotated and balanced. Not my usual experience at all I also asked for extended warranty plan info and am still waiting. Thought I would have it sooner.

I purchased a 2026 Audi SQ8 Prestige with the black optic package, and I believed Kierstin was exceptionally helpful before visiting the dealership, and easy on the eyes. Audi Falmouth is truly lucky to house such an exceptionally skilled internet team.

We just bought a 2021 RAV4 which is my first Toyota - jamesfowler138

We just bought a 2021 RAV4 which is my first Toyota vehicle ever. I had the pleasure of working with Ryan Crocker. I really loved his laid back and relaxed personality which was perfect for my endless questions and lack of experience with buying a new vehicle. He was very patient and friendly and never made me feel bad for any difficulties I may have had in the process. I love our new RAV4 already, and I will ask to use him again for any future trade-ins or new purchases.

Easiest car buying experience I have ever had! - Chris Hadley

Easiest car buying experience I have ever had! I live close to 8 hours away from the dealership, so I was a little hesitant about doing a deal from that far away; however, Dorian and the team made this a very easy process. They were willing to deliver the vehicle right to me and pick up my trade. Pricing was far more competitive than dealers closer to me, and they paid a high value for my trade. From start to finish, I never felt pressured, and I received timely answers throughout the entire process. I would not hesitate to recommend Macdonald Motors and would definitely shop here again in the future!

Our second new Hyundai Santa Fe purchased from Paul at Darling’s! Throughout he was informative, answered all our questions and got us the exact car we wanted. His overview of the 2026 technology was thorough and stress free for us oldies! 14 years ago he was great and just as pleasant and dedicated during our purchase as he was today. Nate followed up with the financial segment in the same manner! The “ dynamic duo “ making the process seamless. Thanks gentlemen.

Daniel K was extremely knowledgable about EV cars and - eric.bridger

Daniel K was extremely knowledgable about EV cars and chargers. The IONIQ 5 we bought was our first EV and Daniel made us extremely comfortable in making the switch. He knew much about the car but also helped us understand the issues in getting a charger setup in our home garage. Was very friendly and easy to access through the whole process, test driving, investigating, and the final sale.

Have a recall on my 2020 Camaro. - jpeters31

Have a recall on my 2020 Camaro. I called to make a appointment to have it done. Was told only do it at 7:30 or 1:00 which does not work with my schedule. At this point I asked to speak to the service manager and was on hold for 15 min and finally hung up.I thought the whole idea behind service was to work with your customer not here. This is the second time could not even get first oil change done because couldn't get a appointment time that works for my schedule. Also guess they don't care about the safety of their customers and family.

I ordered a 2025 NX 350h. - Lmgreen48

I ordered a 2025 NX 350h. In a beautiful bronze color. I was always kept up to date on the status of the car and delivery date. When it arrived Tim notified me and set up a convenient time for the sale to take place. That day went very smoothly…all the paperwork was ready for me to sign. I received lots of information and instructions on the new features and I felt confident to drive away! Love the car. I know that if I have questions or need further help with the features I can call and make an appointment.
