I had an excellent experience with Schaller Honda. Everyone was cooperative and helpful. JJ Jinks, in particular, was outstanding—he listened patiently, answered all my questions politely, and supported me through every step: providing quotes, explaining different models, arranging the test drive, following up regularly, and finally delivering my car. The facility was great, and the staff were highly professional. The delivery was on time, and the paperwork was completed quickly. I also want to thank Dylan Celone for his expert suggestions and friendly attitude throughout the process. Thanks to both JJ and Dylan for making my car-buying experience incredibly smooth. Overall, I would rate this as my best experience so far, and I would definitely recommend Schaller Honda to others.

It was so easy to schedule a service appointment right away. I was greeted immediately by Andrew and Joe, they are so respectful. Chris was excellent, he explained everything and took care of my service needs. Jason Aller the service manager checked in with me, as he always does. He made sure I was well taken care of. Rich Conrad GM also made sure I was well taken care of. While I waited several staff checked in with me. Brooke cashed me out and is very professional and kind. All the staff are incredible and I’m so fortunate for Curry Honda and their multiple years of service.

This dealership was fully transparent!! We negotiated the sales price and out the door price all over the phone with the Sales Manager, Mike Maresca. He took the time to walk me through the numbers and was a complete professional. He set up an appointment for us to come in the next day. Once we arrived at the opening of the store, the vehicle we wanted to purchase was already staged and up front for us to view and drive. Mike had the salesman, Carlos Scaloni already briefed and the process was seamless!! We test drove the vehicle, finalized the purchase and left the dealership in an hour!! Very professional staff and respectful of our time!! I highly recommend this dealership and if you get the chance to work with Carlos Scaloni and Mike Maresca you will not be disappointed!

While dropping off her CRV at Bedard’s in Cheshire last Monday, my wife took more time than usual to come out of the building. When she opened my car door, she said, “You’ve got to see this car.” We’d been talking about possibly buying a new vehicle soon, but I thought perhaps in the fall. She wanted me to see the red Honda CRV Hybrid Sport L on the show room floor. Well, I couldn’t disagree with her—it was a sharp-looking, comfortable hybrid, which I particularly liked. While she drove me to work, she asked what I thought. I told her I liked it, and we agreed that she go back and speak with Jarod, the service manager we’ve gotten to know and trust over the past 13+ years. Jarod introduced my wife to salesman Hayden, who wasn’t pushy (you don’t push my wife). By the end of the day, my wife was driving home in her new Honda Hybrid, I was following in my new (her former) CRV, and we retired another Honda after ten years of service to our family. We appreciate Honda’s quality products and are loyal Bedard customers; they’ve earned our loyalty.
