My wife and I recently leased and then purchased a car from Audi Arlington, and we had an excellent experience from start to finish. Shawn, our sales representative was knowledgeable, patient, and very professional. He made the entire leasing and buying process smooth and stress-free. He answered all our questions clearly and made sure we felt confident with our decision. Mohamad, the manager, was also very helpful and supportive throughout the process. He worked with us to make sure everything went smoothly and that we were satisfied with the deal. Thomas assisted us with the service contract, and he explained all the coverage details carefully so we understood exactly what we were getting. We truly appreciated his transparency and professionalism. Overall, the team at Audi Arlington provided outstanding customer service. I had a TERRIFIC experience with Lindsay Volvo. I live in WA state, but the model I wanted was only available on the East Coast. I submitted internet inquiries to several dealerships, and Seamus at Volvo Lindsay got back to me the next morning. I was nervous it would be hard/impossible to lease across the country, but Seamus made it easy and quick. He was super straightforward and honest in his dealings, and had a contract in front of me with zero surprises that same day. Graham was terrific in helping me get signed up with VCSF and helped with paperwork plus some tips about this unusual car, and Markell their manager prepped the car for shipping on their day off since my shipper came by early. After the car arrived here, there was one tiny issue (temporary plates not included) and Graham responded to my email and fixed it on a Sunday! Outstanding job my all involved! By far the best car buying experience in my life and the most trustworthy dealers I've yet dealt with. Could not be happier with everything.

Purchased an older used vehicle remotely from MemberCar. Anthony Paz the sales manager was friendly, approachable and handled all of my information requests about the vehicle in a timely manner. Mr Paz was even willing to put the vehicle on a lift for me and record video of the chassis. MemberCar was willing to deal on the asking price when some vehicle issues were disclosed before the sale. When the vehicle arrived and I saw it in person for the first time there were some additional surprises found. I recondition older cars so this will just be another project. Not fully meeting expectations on condition can be the nature of buying older used cars remotely. Not everything about a vehicle can be communicated through pictures and videos and there can be more risk vs cost paid than anticipated. Overall I would consider a MemberCar vehicle again because of the way the staff works to assist a remote buyer. They handled the transaction quickly and professionally and kept me informed through all stages of the buying and shipping process. They also have shop capabilities on site which is helpful.

I recently purchased a 2026 Highlander Hybrid Platinum. My salesperson was Gary Rogers. He was great!! Gary answered ALL of my many questions from deciding which one I wanted to buy through how do all these new features work! No question or concern was too small to address. Additionally, he returned my calls promptly. There was no pressuring me to buy a certain model. Of course, he presented options and things to think about, but the final decision was mine. After my car arrived, I dealt with Angel, finance manager and Melissa, inventory manager. Both were very friendly and professional. Gary stayed involved answering questions and navigating me through the purchasing process. This is our family’s 3rd purchase from Miller. This 2026 Highlander replaces my 2005 Highlander. We also have a 2016 Highlander. Because they have always treated us with respect and because of their professionalism, we keep coming back when we need to upgrade our cars. We get all our service performed at Miller. Our service adviser, Dimas, is wonderful! We truly appreciate working with him. I would definitely recommend Gary and all of Miller’s supporting staff when buying your next car from Miller.

This review is for the service dept. Debbie stack is AWESOME! Not only did this dealer take care of all of the issues i had with the car but they also did the state inspection and updated the software for free. Debbie is very professional and kind on the phone. She called back every time i left a message, even if there wasnt much to say. When they finally did the warranty / out of warranty work on the car it was done in just a few days and she invoiced it out immediately so i could pick up the day it was done. The work the dealer did was also spot on. Very clean, everything they touched looks brand new and untouched. Excellent workmanship! Thanks again for the awesome service and i'll definitely be coming back if i need anything else.
