Fantastic experience, great people. Extremely helpful and willing to work you. Never once did we feel pressured to buy. Our salesman Jamel was so friendly and eager to help with any questions or concerns. He made sure that the car we bought was going to be just how we wanted it. The finance dept was also very good. The gentleman who help us was great. We never felt pushed to get or buy anything additional that we didn't want. Overall we had a great experience at Ourisman Honda of Laurel. We will recommend it to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. We would also definitely buy from them again.

We wanted a very specific car that Audi Bethesda had on hand. An 2025 Audi SQ5. We found it via Cars.com and contacted Jimmy to check it out. We live in Cleveland, OH, so had to do all our due diligence remotely. We were able to get additional details on the car, including a great walk-around video Jimmy did for us, to help explain what particular options we on the car. The car was exactly what we were looking for, and we were able to come to a fair agreement on price. We drove down to Bethesda a week later and picked it up. Jimmy was great throughout the whole process.

Ismael was helpful and very quick to respond to my questions. The technician, Shane’s, inspection video was very clear and concise. Upon pickup, Nate at the front desk was very professional and kind. One reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I was recommended to get new spark plugs for $600 at 84,000 miles when my car just had them replaced at Fitzgerald Subaru Gaithersburg at the 60,000 mile mark. If I hadn’t inquired about the previous work at the other dealership, then I would’ve paid unnecessarily for the expensive replacements. Hopefully you can integrate databases from all Fitzgerald Subarus to prevent this mix up from happening in the future. Secondly, I found my car unlocked in the dealership parking lot upon pick up. If it is outside on the lot, I would appreciate for it to be locked when not being attend to in order to prevent theft of my vehicle and personal items. Thank you.

Jared Bowman was amazing to work with. Great communication and very upfront about the cars I was looking at and what to expect. I came into the dealership several times while shopping around, and Jared went above an beyond and was easily the best salesman I've worked with (including from other Mazda dealerships in the same ownership group.) The only ding on the experience is on the back of house operation. I went out of town and told the dealership I would have to receive ownership the car on the Friday after New Years. I was called by one of the managers and was told the car was ready to be picked up after the porters/service center had a whole week to prep the car and get the state inspections/emissions/CPO done. I came in to pick it up and all the sales and dealership stickers + adhesive was still all over the car and windows, empty gas tank, and the car was covered in bird crap as it was parked under trees after it went through the inspections. Needless to say, Jared and I were both quite upset. Jared made it right by jumping the car to the front of the line and got the car filled up, cleaned, and ready for me in under 30 minutes. I would still recommend this dealership. Was by far the least stressful experience I've had car buying.

The dealership provided me with a loaner car for 48 hours while my Audi was being serviced, which made the process very convenient. Marcus, the general manager, handled the situation with exceptional professionalism and care. They even delivered my new Audi directly to my residence and picked up the loaner car, which I greatly appreciated. I addition, they provided me with a complimentary first-year service. Upon purchasing the vehicle, I also received an excellent trade-in value for my Lexus.and a great discount on my new Audi. Overall, I'm satisfied with a service and recommend this dealership.
