Persistence without the high-pressure sales tactics. That would perfectly describe my salesman Scotty and how he was able to help me negotiate one of the best deals I have ever gotten on a vehicle. And I've bought (too 😆) many vehicles over the years. I thought there was ZERO chance of getting what I needed for my trade-in towards the new Ford Maverick I was wanting in order to make a deal possible. And initially, I was right. Scotty's sales manager stepped up and made me a very fair offer for my car, but the numbers still weren't working for my budget. I was about to leave when the sales manager asked me to give him a little more time to see what he could do for me. He came back out and absolutey BLEW MY MIND 🤯 with a bigger offer for my trade which made getting the Maverick possible! Even Scotty looked shocked! 😅 Now I have no idea how he was able to do so, and I'm not promising he can do it for you as well. But if you are buried in negative equity on your car but wanting or needing something else, then go give Scotty and his manager(s) a chance to work something out for you.

I recently purchased a 2025 Tahoe from Chevrolet of Canton. The process was seamless. A shout out to Lee Baggarly ( Sales manager)and Micheal Natellin (General Manager) they made this process simple! I have taken my Tahoe back for the first service(oil change ,tire rotation) and the repair of my console due to a minor crack . The service team Sam Penny ( Service Advisor )Lee Baggarly, Jason Duncan (Service Manager) and I am unsure of the name of the technician who replaced my console but I could not be happier with the service I received. I have purchased and traded vehicles frequently over the years at various dealerships but I must say Chevrolet of Canton has by far been the best dealership to do business with. We also purchased my husband's truck at Chevrolet of Canton 5 years ago. We have been pleased with both purchases. This is the first time using the service team but I can tell you that the customer service was 5+ stars, Sam was quick to respond and answered all my questions, his costumer service was excellent! I have encountered poor service on a prior vehicle purchase at a dealership further south of Canton and was a little nervous about having my Tahoe serviced, Sam and his team were great and I will be taking my Tahoe back to them for the next service. Thank You!!!!
