The most impressive was the care and concerned that I received from Misty my service consultant. My rating for her would be a 15+. She is a very humble, respectable, professional and timely person. She responded to my concerns in a very timely manner and kept me updated. I’ve had other service persons make me feel like I was a bother but Misty made me feel like she was happy that I came FSF for service. Initially, I spoke to Misty and friends telling me to check out 2 other service dealerships. There prices were a little less than FSF, but it was the conversation and caring friendliness from Misty that made me come back to Five Star. Some people are born with that gift and she is truly one of them. Everyone was nice and professional but she really stood out.

Dave’s professionalism, courtesy, and helpful attitude made the buying experience smooth and stress-free—something I truly appreciated as a first-time new car buyer. Went trade in shopping he got me a good trade in value and he sold me on a Nissan Frontier. There was a paperwork discrepancy that in the end was my fault but Athens Ford and Michael did right by me in correcting it and I really appreciated that. Overall it was a really good experience and I’d definitely go back
