I love the fact that my appointment was on time, everyone was professional, there was no hard, sell, and the waiting room was comfortable and clean. My service person Andrew was great at keeping me informed, and I had an easy and quick checkout.

I took my car in for service and tire rotation, as well as some concerns that I had. When I arrived I met Yve Cosgrove and she patiently, thoroughly, and efficiently entered into the system every issue that I had, which was a rather lengthy list! And she did it with a very friendly attitude. I was impressed with her expertise and the desire to enter my concerns into the system as perfectly as possible.

I want to specifically commend the Sales and Service teams (special thanks to Teddy and Don in Sales and Darin in Service). They were exceptional, kind, and transparent. They took the time to explain every detail and followed through on every promise, delivering a truly premium customer experience. Unfortunately, this was completely overshadowed by a very unprofessional encounter with the Finance Manager. I was called 'unreasonable' and 'greedy' simply for asking for clarification on finance terms and deal mechanics. Most insulting was having my ability to make payments belittled. Matt treated my questions as an inconvenience and was visibly impatient and rushed; sitting in his office was suffocating. His lack of basic professional courtesy made the process so stressful that I actually handed the keys back and walked away from the deal. The lack of professionalism didn't end there. After I handed the keys back, Matt told me a sales associate would come to complete the return, yet he failed to follow up with anyone. I was left standing around the lobby in limbo, left to guess what was happening until I finally sought out Teddy who was kind enough to step in and helped save the deal. Honda was my first car, and I have always felt a strong sense of loyalty toward the brand. It is deeply disappointing that one individual's behavior and total lack of accountability can single-handedly ruin the hard work of the sales and service departments and ensure that I will not return to this dealership.

I found the vehicle I wanted on line and set up a test drive with Harold two days later. The car was ready to go when I arrived. It turned out the car didn't exactly fit my expectations. There was no pressure to buy it and Harold showed me other possibilities. I did test drive another, but decided I would keep looking. There was no attempt to dissuade me and I left feeling pleasantly surprised. I would certainly go to Gulf Coast again if I was in the market for one of their vehicles.

Do not buy a car from here! Purchased my Ford Edge 2020 with 34,000 miles back on March 18, 2024. Car completely died on May 18, 2024. Had the car towed to local Ford dealer. As of Aug 13, 2024 car remains at dealer with no indication of why the vehicle can’t be fixed. When calling the original dealer (back in May) being told that Kevin who sold me the car no longer works there and there is nothing they could do for me! They sold me a bad car and are doing NOTHING to help me. This place is a scam!

I purchased a Mercedes-Benz a 2003 C240 from Daniel who apparently coded the car because I wasn't 3 mi from there and it come up with 3 malfunction upon taking it to a Mercedes-Benz auto mechanic whom then proceeded to tell me that it was going to take $2,200 to put the car in good working order Along with having to put new tires 600.00 and a new headliner 450.00. Of which I did not mind the tires and headliner. However it needed a great deal more than those 2 items. The control arms were shot, it needed valve cover gaskets , alignment, along with many other things. After I paid Daniel top dollar for the car and now I can't seem to get a hold of anyone in reference to my title transfer and my sticker for my tag that I was charged $220 for so as far as I'm concerned that dealership is nothing but a xxxx rip off he knew he coded that car before I got there so when I drove it it didn't show any codes at all and then all of a sudden three malfunctions pop up so yeah as far as I'm concerned they're xxxx rip off and I sure would like to get my sticker for my tag and my title where the xxxx are they at I purchased the car a month and a half or two months ago and haven't seen anything so apparently they just pocketed that money as well. So if the owner reads this please let me know that I have not gotten my sticker for my tag and my title. I guess its time to report them to DMV, along with contacting my attorney. They are a xxxx poor company to do business with.
