We stopped by the dealership to look at a new Tacoma, looking to downsize from 2 trucks to one. Bob McClain was able to take both of our trucks in trade for a new Tacoma. We did not feel pressured and the closing of our deal was very pleasant. Lisa Alsept went over all of the features and set up our phones to the Bluetooth. My husband purchased a Toyoya Crown during the sale everything was great. He took it for inspection it's not customer friendly to go from the service area to the waiting room. Especially for a customer who's on oxygen and can't walk far. About a month or two after the inspection a friend noticed that the Left lug stud was missing. When my husband called Toyota they didn't want to own up to the missing lug. I took the car to Mr. Tire was told that the lug was stripped when it was taken off. Mr. Tire in Fox Chapel repaired it replaced the lug. Check all tires before leaving this dealership during inspection etc.
