Great clean dealership with super helpful staff. This last visit the oil change seemed to take longer than usual without communication on why or when the vehicle would be completed. When I finally went to the service desk to check on it. It was ready and sitting outside. I have no idea of how long it had been completed. Overall, still a good experience and I will be back!

I had the easiest and best car buying experience I have ever had last week at Bob Rohrman Indy East Side! My salesman, Tony McCracken, worked so hard finding me exactly what I wanted. He found the perfect Jeep Renegade that I was looking for. He performed a miracle with the financial situation I was in and I was amazed! He even came to get me on the other side of town to bring me in to the dealership to sign all my paperwork. It was so fast and easy, and everyone was so friendly! I have told all my friends about Tony! He’s got real sales skills! He means what he says when he says he can get you in a vehicle no matter what financial burden you have. Didn’t find the problem causing battery to drain power . They keep telling me it doesn’t happen to them but I keep having to charge battery because it’s dead ( new battery installed by Nissan). Something in the electrical system keeps running and drains the battery but they can’t seem to find it and tried to say it’s alright but it’s not
