Ralph was excellent to work with! - Cris

Ralph was excellent to work with! Due to my hip problems he went above and beyond to show us the car in Appleton. We live in Green Bay so it was so much easier to see this awesome car and not drive as far. That was a big positive to our buying decision. We followed him to Fond du Lac and bought the car. Plus he knew the Toyota model very well and answers all our questions.

I went in to look at the Durango with no intention of - LBISH

I went in to look at the Durango with no intention of purchasing it that day. I had had a bad experience with Russ Darrow in Milwaukee in the past, so I was hesitant to go. Working with Joe and Jon on the purchase of my new Durango got rid of any hesitations I had. Joe was very responsive to my questions and helpful. Jon was able to get the finance rate that I wanted. I got a decent price on my trade-in. I ended up leaving that day with my new Durango. So far everyone I've talked to at the dealership in West Bend has been great. I wouldn't hesitate to go back in the future.
