I am giving a 4-star rating as my first experience with them was not great. Had an appointment to have recalls fixed, I was told they had the parts, and it would be a two hour wait. I had to wait as they had no loaners, and I was fine with that. When I arrived, they said my car would be done tomorrow and I said that will not work so just save the software update until they have a loaner. I was there 15 minutes, and they came and said my car was done, I said already and they told me my appt was to take pictures and then order the parts which they had told me they had them there. They did make it right which I am thankful for. They brought the loaner car to my house picked up my vehicle. And when it was done, they brought my car back and took the loaner back. So that being said I will use them again and everyone there is so friendly.

Noticed a truck on their website, stopped by Louisburg Ford to see the truck. Jimmy Baker was my sales associate and showed me the 2023 Ford F150 Supercrew XLT Sport 4x4 with 15k miles. I really liked the truck, it was well optioned for its trim level, options found in higher trim level trucks. I decided to trade out of my 2016 Ford F150 Supercrew XLT 4x4 with 80k miles. The newer truck was priced fairly well based upon the current market trend. The entire process went extremely smooth, Jimmy did a great job during the negotiations, was extremely transparent throughout the entire process. I have owned many Ford vehicles over the years, have never had any issues with them. I would 100% recommend Louisburg Ford and Jimmy Baker if you are in the market for a vehicle.

We are on the road on a driving trip and lost our GPS and link. I called the Olathe Lincoln service department to see if they could do a quick check on it, since we are so far away from home. The service rep was quite rude and basically told me to not bother coming in because they are so busy. You stuck on the road made no difference to him. And if we came in there would be no guarantee they can provide any assistance. Quite a response. Certainly this is not a place I would ever do business with.

The last two times we have been to Matt Ford we have had bad experiences! We have left both times and went to other dealerships and gotten what we had asked for on trade in! Both times they tried to steal our trade in and both times we walked! Each time they said good luck getting better deal! Both times we went elsewhere and I received over $3000 more for my trades! Unbelievable experience! Then when you say something to them they have a million excuses!

I drive 30 miles one way to have all service and repair work done on my F150 even though I didn't purchase it there. I know they are busy but they always treat me fair, give me an update during the service and I use the Ford Pass app on my phone to earn points, check for recalls, view service recommendations and updates. Any Ford dealer can service your vehicle but Victory Ford does it right the first time and the service department is great to work with.

This was my first experience with this dealer. I was greeted by a sales consultant almost immediately. I told him I had done my homework and wanted to test drive a specific preowned vehicle, which he arranged in no time. Upon my return, we started the negotiations and was very pleased by his low-pressure attitude and willingness to work with me. He lowered the price on a vehicle that was already a bargain, authorized brake work my mechanic had recommended be done before I bought, searched for little extras I asked for. Had the car paid for, brake work done and title in hand within four hours of walking onto lot. Seemingly honest, very efficient and helpful.

If I could give them a negative star review I would. Do not take your car to this dealership. My Ford Fiesta broke down and I took it to our local mechanic to look at it. He identified the transmission as the issue and told me to take it to Ford because my car is not anywhere old enough or high enough mileage to have this issue. I brought it in and told them exactly what he told me including the transmission oil being black. Swafford said it was a warranty issue and "fixed" it. Last week I left work to go to my car and it would not accelerate or reverse. Transmission again. I had it towed back to them. They are claiming they never touched the transmission fluid even though they replaced parts and serviced it. My transmission is now completely burnt up and my car is undrivable. They are telling me I have to pay them 7000 to replace a transmission they screwed up on a 5 year old car That is under 100,000 miles and has been regularly serviced.
