Very helpful, friendly dealership. - jr.ashlee

Very helpful, friendly dealership. Just like dealing with old friends. Highly recommended. Buying process is seamless. They are always willing to do dealer trades on new vehicles if you need something specific but would rather not wait to order one.

Mark, your Service Manager, has been carefully attending - Alan

Mark, your Service Manager, has been carefully attending to my vehicles for the past 5 years. I have complete trust in the quality of work that comes out of Ozark Chevrolet. Trace, who leads Service Maintenance, has been outstanding. I’m excited to begin our 7-year warranty and service journey with our new 2025 Blazer. He was fantastic during our first check-up and took excellent care of everything. Thank you, Ozark Chevrolet!

Absolutely superb! - CARL.ORAZIO

Absolutely superb! Subaru here in Columbia has provided our family with expert service (and sales) for over a decade. All staff and management are genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had an 8am appointment today and they serviced my Subaru Forester promptly. I was impressed to see photos included in my receipt of the work they performed. I’m pleased to see that it continues to be a well-managed dealership.

Duron was patient and kind and helped figure out - jamesmaritabrown

Duron was patient and kind and helped figure out financial package that we didn't understand. Jordan set up our cell phones in the vehicle. We realize we have to use the technology to really understand it but I am very intimidated by it all and alarmed that so much learning is done on the screen. Both Duron and Jordon were very friendly and receptive to letting us call with questions. My husband and I both realize we should probably have had one of our children help us make such a big purchase.

Went in to buy a Hyundai Palisades, Ryan Anderson ( our salesman) was very personal and friendly. He knew the product line well and worked not just for the dealership but also worked to get us the deal we were satisfied with. Coming from a former car salesman, outstanding job Ryan!!! Also a shout out to Rich (salesman manager) and Sonny (finance) for making our deal problem and pressure free. Will definitely refer others here!

Initially, I did not have the best experience, but I tend - John Hall

Initially, I did not have the best experience, but I tend to not overall rate a local company because of an initial mistake, but more how they handle things when there are challenges. Cody the manager was very responsive and understanding to my feedback. I actually think he probably read "Hug Your Haters" written by my friend Jay Baer. All someone wants to do with car shopping is just get a price that makes them want to buy the car. At 2nd shot, that's what Cody did. The process was easy and Carson + random new guy on his first day (sorry forgot your name, but you were cool) were super friendly and fun. Actually asking me questions in a way where they seemed to try and get to know me while I was buying. The finance guy didn't try and oversell me on something I didn't need and was just straight forward. Then Cody even double checked on me at the end and offered to help with something I cared about in the future. That's how businesses in our area should be about things so we should encourage these types of things. Overall, the result was something I would say was good and I think me sharing the feedback will actually help them. Running businesses are hard so sometimes grace is needed and then when it happens then there's a good experience that results. That is what happened with me.

We've been bringing our cars to Daniel for several years now. Everytime he goes above and beyond to take excellent care of us and our vehicles. He will literally battle with Extended Warranty companies when they push back. Couldn't be more satisfied with the service we get with Daniel and Springfield Nissan!

I want to thank Mike and Joe @ Joe Machens for the great - ddbuckner2003

I want to thank Mike and Joe @ Joe Machens for the great service I received. Due to an inspection by Bommarita Ford, I thought they sold me a lemon when actually Bommarita mis diagnosed the problem. Joe Machens retrieved my car from Bommairta's and fixed my car at their expense. Any bad feelings I had about Joe Machens are gone and only great things to say.
