I am writing to share my review regarding my recent purchase of a 2021 X3M and my fantastic experience at your dealership. From start to finish, the process was seamless. I flew in from Denver and was kindly picked up from the airport, where I was even greeted by a receptionist upon arrival. The vehicle itself was exactly as described and pictured online. I drove back to Denver a very happy new owner. I also want to personally thank the manager Brad for his exceptional service. I encountered some issues with a few missing parts, but Brad took care of everything promptly, even after the sale was finalized. Thank you for such a positive experience.

He not only brought the car to me to test drive, but later the same day he took me to my credit union to pick up the check to purchase the Cadillac. The lot was closing at 6pm and he talked to finance and arranged for finance to wait until we could get back there with the check so I could drive home! Briefly, I had been without a car for 5 days due to a car accident in April, where my Cadillac was totaled by my insurance company and I was stranded due to unusual circumstances.
