He went above and beyond for me in all respects (he even gave me a driving lesson in a parking lot, in the rain, to reeducate me as to the finer points of operating a stick shift). He was responsive to all my questions/concerns and addressed them all most expeditiously. When a minor concern arose, he assured me they would take care of it, and took immediate action to do just that. Carole in finance was just lovely, no hard sell, just ensured I had what I needed. Sam in service was also great. Plus, I LOVE my car. If you can buy an automobile here, do.

We ultimately decided to purchase another brand, but I'll be keeping an eye out in the next few years for a cx-90. So fun to drive.
