Made the phone call and made a deal over the phone. had a three hour drive to go get the truck where I was met with the truck out front and was Gabriel Walker...very courteous and informative. It seemed like the time between the test drive and actually going in to fill out the paper work was a bit lengthy. Paperwork department was very nice and got thru that in no time. The follow up(s) with Gabriel has be beyond the call of duty...good job to Gabriel.

But didn't want to drive home to Pullman with the light still on. I took the vehicle to O'Reily for a free scan — no results. Decided to visit Speck Hyundai down the street. The service I received there was EXCEPTIONAL. The service lady greeted me warmly, talked to me while I waited for the technician, and when the technician did arrive, he diagnosed the car quickly, solved the light issue, and ensured me the car was safe to drive — and no charge.
