When I first came to Porsche San Francisco. I felt very welcome by everyone. The consultants are service . Michelle Gent is super helpful knowledgeable and professional. The conversation via text is safe and very clear. I appreciate that. Michelle follow up with me a week later regarding spark plugs that need to be replaced. I was really pleased that Michelle inform me that spark plug needed replacement as Porsche changed their policy instead of four years to three years, that is wonderful Michelle. I am very impressed with the service and the service was excellent. Keon and Eric helped me to understand more of the the feature of the car. Everyone was very nice and have a good energy. Thank you so much and by the way, I like the hot chocolate from the café delicious

This is a really friendly and knowledgeable service department. I took my 2001 Miata here to get an oil change and diagnose the check engine light. My main contact was Phay and he took the time to explain everything I needed and why, and in a manner I could understand. (I had some contact with Alex, who was equally as friendly and knowledgeable.) There's no attitude or talking down to people. They make you feel welcome here. Phay made sure I was getting the discounts from my coupon (the dealer emails monthly specials to customers on the email list). They make texting an option to communicate about the status, repairs, and costs. I used both texting and a phone call or two. My Miata is now running great and feels as zippy as the day I bought it. This Miata has not needed much of anything major over the years, so the items they repaired were definitely due for it. I got a loaner car while they did the repairs. I recommend taking your Mazda here. It was a good customer experience and as stress-free as having a car repair can be! I also liked that they were familiar with working on my older Miata.

A few weeks ago, I inquired, online, about a vehicle on their website. Almost immediately, Jose Garcia called me and was able to schedule a time for us to meet that day. When I arrived, Jose was there to greet me and had the vehicle on display. He was extremely well versed on the features of the car. The credit application process was very simple. Literally a QR code. During the negotiation process, Jericho stepped in to work on a payment plan that I was agreeable to. Jose suggested that we go on a test drive and I was sold. The gentleman, in the financial department, was extremely efficient as we worked through the financing and paperwork. Jose, and the team, made the whole process very smooth and effortless with his professional and friendly demeanor. All in all, I had a great experience with Jose and the team at Fremont CDJR.
