Scheduled a service on my SLK because a/c wasn't blowing cold and also had a brake alert/warning showing on the control panel...not only did they do a thorough diagnosis of the a/c system and determine it just need evaced and freon, but the alert was due to missing sensor wiring harness-which is not necessary for the car to run correctly....and given the current pandemic situation, and being unemployed since March, I really appreciated the openness/honesty/integrity of Julie Praitano when she advised me that I could go without the harness-AND did not misguide me towards a more expensive/unnecessary a/c repair, as other dealerships/shops very well may have...I'm going to strongly recommend this service department to EVERYONE I know-as well as the sales department, as their workers were kind/professional/curtious as I waited in the service lounge.

I am "still waiting" for my dealer to apply more pressure on Corporate to resolve my issue with a fuel gauge that does not always give correct reading and/or the reading changes by itself indicating that I do not have the correct level of fuel in the car. Almost $2000 in parts/labor have been spent thru my auto service contract (which cannot be renewed do to high costs against it) and the problem still exists for almost a year.

I had appointment to have front license plater holder installed. It was my second attempt as I had inquired previously about getting it done and was told I did not need appointment however when I showed up on the day I stated that person had been promoted and the customer service person stated that I would need an appointment. I was not pleased that I now had to return on another day! I will make sure next time I am told I do not need appointment to get that person name and request that promise be honored as stated. Its not good business to have staff make promises that business will not honor.

We experienced an odd A/C issue with a used Jeep bought from this dealer beyond their control or knowledge. Turned out to be a broken blend door in the dash which was causing cold air to flow along tubing to rear seat for heat, which caused condensated water to form on outside of vent tube and wet carpet. These guys went the extra mile to discover this elusive issue and repaired for us. Truly going the extra mile to make the customer happy with the sale.

Brought my Sierra in for an oil change and tire rotation. I mentioned to Kyle, the service adviser, that was a knock in the front end when I turned the wheels fully to the right or left. Kyle checked the service bulletins and found a bulletin to tighten the control arm bolts. They had my truck serviced and the control arm bolts done in about an hour. I would recommend Chris Myers highly to anyone.
