Alex did a great job - I luv my chocolate
If u want a good salesman ask for Steve Farrell ... I gave him a run for the money. But when it was all said and done I got what I wanted.. I'm a very up front type of person and I want it my way or it's the highway. I left the first time not getting what I want bcuz of some idiots didn't know what they were doing and not understanding what I was wanting and coming back with things that I told him that wasn't what I wanted. But the next day I got a phone call from Steve Farrell to Come Back In to work a deal to make what I want to happen and sure enough he did it I'm happy with my 2018 Chevy Silverado I got a lot of incentive and everything I ask for so I'm very pleased with Steve I recommend him very highly.
Jimmy Mendez -Internet Sales - Happy Nez
I was searching for a great deal for over a month. Labor weekend was the weekend to shop for a vehicle. We went all over the valley shopping but Courtesy Chevrolet was the one. Jimmy Mendez was upfront and helpful.

Awesome buying experience!!! - Kathy Garcia
I want to start out by saying that I am an employee of Henry Brown and work in the service department. That being said, I have worked places that you get pushed behind "Real Customers" as if you weren't important. I was never treated like that.. Hubby and I were not sure what we wanted so we took many test drives...Willy was patient, kind and very professional with us. He was never pushy or made me feel like I was wasting his time, even though I felt like I was. Once we chose our 2019 Chevy Traverse, everything went quickly and smoothly in finance with David Ide...... Again he was not pushy, super nice and professional. Mike Miller the Sales Miller made sure I was getting the best treatment along the vehicle buying path... and that I was!! I watch all the salesman here on a daily basis and really like them all and like the way they deal with customers... Thanks for making my buying experience an awesome one!!

Honored their warranty on dealer installed tint - Gary from Chandler
I bought a Chevy Malibu new from this dealership. At the time there was an indication that the dealer installed window tint had a lifetime warranty. After about 5 years the visibility out the rear windshield started to deteriorate and it became very difficult and a safety issue. When I asked Rick Pool from the service center, he investigated the issue and let me know it would be covered. He also arranged to provide a loaner since we are more than ten miles away.
I like working with Rick. He is friendly, easy to work with and is more conscientious and courteous than your typical service advisor.
When the time comes it is very likely I will be heading back to this dealership for our next Chevy vehicle purchase. It's not as close as some of the other dealerships but I value the friendly service and trust that they'll take care of issues after a vehicle purchase.
Awesome Customer Service ! - Ledbetter
I called my Service Advisor Joshua. Explained I have an engine light on, and gave him the code of what the problem was. He knew right away what was needed. I needed a auxiliary battery for my Auto Stop feature on my Malibu. I was able to bring in the same day and only waited a little bit. Great response and Service as always.
Amazing - Debbie maxwell

Service Department Awesome! - emlee5134
The issue with our GMC Terrain took more than one visit, but Gary kept us apprised of the situation the whole time via calls, and Jody was there to see that we were picked up and delivered to our destinations. Travis is a techie wonder...very knowledgeable! Five Stars and Kudos to Findlay GMC!!!
Excellent Service - camariexs3
am a second time Lawley Customer and I will not shop anywhere else but here. Everyone is a pleasure to work with and they answer all my concerns when purchasing a vehicle. I couldn't ask for a better place then Lawley's to purchase my vehicles.
Excellent service - Michael & Monica
Robert Manning has the best customer service. He gets his job done.
We bought our trucks there and have them serviced there. I hope this message gets out and more people will come .
Thank you Robert for the Service and Steve for selling us the trucks.
Blair Is The Man - paranda
It was an absolute pleasure working with Blair Wilkes on our recent car buying experience. Blair was very professional and patient throughout the whole process. He listened to every reasonable and unreasonable offer we made. In the end we left the dealership with a new Colorado, feeling good about the deal he helped us secure. We obviously worked with other people during the whole process but Blair is the only one that gave me a good feeling throughout the whole buy.
Wonderful Service & Sales - margew
After buying at least 8 vehicles from Larry Green's we wouldn't go anywhere else to get our next car. A competitor from Prescott tried to get us but we said no we buy locally and are very satisfied with this dealership. Anthony was great when we brought our vehicles in for servicing so when he mover over to sales we wanted him. We feel like we are family there & are treated very well. Would buy from them again in the future if we need to.
Great experience - Johnwayne5

Liz is the lady in the Biz for Garrett Motors - Anesiaestrada
I have bought two cars personally from Garrett's (my family numerous) and every time we go and see Liz. She is always our go-to when looking at vehicles and getting the ins and outs of what vehicle we might get. She goes above and beyond! I bought my Chevy Cruze brand new and it was such a seamless process from trading my Chevy Malibu in, to getting my car.
On the front end of sales it was amazing (Liz), to the individuals who handled my loan (Abram), to setting up my first maintenance appointments (JD and Marcus) it all has been and continues to be top quality. I've experienced first hand how shady car dealerships can be and the whole process of owning a car from another dealer and Garrett's stands out well above the pack.
It all comes down to walking in, speaking with a friendly sales Rep Named Liz and now being part of the Garrett's family. I know anytime I have an issue with my car they are just a call away, and that is reassuring as a young, mature or old car owner.
Screwed me out of 8 grand then sold me a car with 5000 mile! - Buddy1192
I am elderly and has had some medical problems. They sold me a car with 4300 miles on it and charged me the price of a 2017. They then hooked me up with a crackpot finance company called "Allay" I will never do
any businnes with these crookss. I am just now seeing what happened. My name is Jesse Capello
Worst customer service experience - Fernandaz92
Purchasing a vehicle from Fisher has been the most frustrating process.
1. Before purchasing the vehicle I was promised the issue with the vehicle I was purchasing would be fixed without a problem. No mention of a manufacturers warranty was made or having to go to a different dealership.
2. After the purchase was made and I wanted to schedule an appointment for the defect on my new vehicle, the salesmen insisted that nothing could be done to fix it at their dealership and that I now had to go through my vehicles manufacturers warranty.
You can all imagine the disappointment and frustration at a situation such as this. Salesmen and managers will make any claim and assurance to persuade you into purchasing from them. I will never refer any business to this dealership. Their lack of commitment to their empty promises and causing me extreme inconveniences in getting my car to a different dealership for an issue they should have taken care of themselves is beyond irritating.
Horrible/Unprofessional - Feels Cheated
Terrible experience here. Commitments not honored. Excuse after excuse, delay after delay. Really disappointing experience. I have no confidence in the work done, no confidence in what they say.
The Body Shop cut corners on my deer experience - David B
I hit a deer. I took it to Kingman Chevrolet body shop to be repaired because Allstate works with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The Allstate experience is wonderful however when I got my car back the morning of is the body shop manager if he had checked the bulbs for my passenger side to match the ones on my driver side that were broken. He said no. I told him that the headlight bulbs were not Originals. I asked him if I could purchase the correct ones and have them put them in and he said no. I took it to Walmart to have them installed and found out that one of the connectors, the high-beam, the lock clip is broken. Wal-Mart electrical taped it closed for me. The low beam is screwed into place. This is totally wrong mechanical work. I noticed on the estimate that no light bulbs were on it. Even though the headlight was completely smashed. Allstate stated that all the leadership needed to do was put in a secondary request to cover these additional materials needed. I think all they wanted to do was get the Allstate checks what they already had in hand to get my car pushed out the door so they could cash the checks.
Poor service and management - autoEngineer
After experiencing a "Check Engine" light and loss of power while driving, I was advised by OnStar to take my 2018 Equinox to Autonation Chevrolet in Mesa for service. I took the vehicle in that same afternoon near the end of the workday to get a diagnosis of the problem more specific than the code for "intake air restriction". After two days, I called them and was speaking to the Service Manager, rather than the service writer, only to be told that the problem was due to a "mis-installed" by an "aftermarket" repair shop, and that because it was not repaired originally at the dealership, I would have to pay $139 per hour for them to replace the part (the intercooler), even though could "go out on a limb" and warranty the part itself. When I told them that didn't agree with the charges, and would take the vehicle somewhere else for the repair, I was told that I could not get my vehicle back until I paid $277 for their diagnosis of the problem(which was actually a mis-diagnosis. I later found out that they did not properly inspect the part, so I didn't get what I paid them $277 for.
I don't have any complaints about the sales department, having purchased vehicles from Autonation before.
xxxxxx DONE with their so-called "service" dept - Sira Hodge
In the year that I've owned my 2013 Camaro I've had to have the fuel injectors replaced twice, the battery, the radio, the Hill Start Assist, and then my clutch went bad. Their excuse about my clutch was "well the 100 point inspection when we sell the car only indicates that the parts are working, not that they're worn out." Well that's just great! This car only has 58,000 miles. The warranty didn't cover the clutch because it's not considered a "moving part." So Autonation wanted to charge me $2500 for parts and labor, but didn't provide me with an itemized statement for the parts. I found a local mechanic who did the job for less than $1,000. Hey, it's not covered by warranty anyway, so why not. Anyway, when I took it in because the Hill Start Assist wasn't releasing on hills (caused the clutch to overheat, probably because the clutch was burning out anyway), they gave me some baloney about using the E-brake on hills. It took my husband dumbing it down before they finally understood that the Hill Start Assist needed adjustment. My radio was cutting in and out and they replaced it under warranty, but now the new radio is even worse and I'm still having to pay for Sirius XM with fewer features! I don't know why the fuel injectors went bad twice in six months. They said I had to use premium fuel, so now I do. I hate dealing with so-called "service advisors" who have absolutely no mechanical knowledge and don't listen to you. I hate the fact that I have to have my husband talk to them. I hate the fact that my Camaro has spent so much time in the shop in one year. And then they give me hassle if I want a rental vehicle so I can get to work while they "analyze" my car. Don't get me started on how they quoted me $600 to fix a flickering headlight, and later on when I took the car to get the headlight fixed, the price suddenly changed to $1100. I'm so xxxxxx DONE with Autonation that I don't even care about the extended warranty anymore.
Don't try to do anything out of the ordinary with them. - Larrysk65
Other than ordering an accessory that wasn't a fit for my truck the purchase went well. The sales associate, Robert Hill was excellent. Please ask for Robert Hill. Really little could have been better. He is a nice guy, who's mission is to sell you a vehicle and to make sure you are happy. ASK FOR ROBERT HILL.
EASY - SERVICE - Hercules11

Rude Service Manager - Shawnee
They lie and say they did work they never performed and charge you for it , the most horrible service since it changed to Earndhart Chevy
Scam Artists - TK
Offered a 2017 Chevrolet Sonic for $12,703.00 with a dealer discount of $3,000.00 which brought the total to $9,703.00. Me knowing sales fees doc fees title and registration would put me close to the original asking price I was comfortable making this purchase. Brad told me that the Bradley advantage Plan discount was for a $3,000.00 dollar trade-in. I was upset but said okay I'll trade in my Cadillac. Then he only wrote up $1000.00 for trade in. On top of that put $1000.00 cash down which I never wanted to do. Bringing the total sale to $14703. Out the door. Hours later the price changed online. I called Parker and spoke with Jake. Discussed this with him and mentioned I took a photo earlier of the deal from there website. Jake confirmed the Bradley advantage discount plan and said it was only for the Lake Havasu location. Funny that this vehicle is located at the Parker location. Shame on you guys conducting business this way. Many don't shop local because of this very thing. I will take my business to a larger city where they don't scam you and rip you off. The last time I will do business with them.
Greedy and manipulative - Karen Groves
Tried to buy a used car from these guys. They wanted me to pay 8,000 more than the car was worth, pay off 4,000 more on my trade in so they could resell it and make even more on that deal. Beware!
Bad Service - Gio
Very bad service, save your money and don't take your vehicle to get work on here because you will be scammed, they say they will do something as simple as your oil/coolant flush but they fail to do so. For any service just go somewhere else.
