PURCHASING A NEW 2018 DODGE DURANGO - RLBeye
This is my third vehicle purchase from this dealer. While every purchase was a pleasant experience, this last purchase was by far the best. All the sales staff were friendly and helpful. My salesman Willie, listened to what I was interested in, worked to find a vehicle that matched those interests and then worked to structure the best deal. The whole process was stress free and enjoyable. I drove away in the new Durango I wanted and know that I will continue to visit this dealership for my service needs as well as any future purchases!

Awesome experience - tatum001
I have bought my last three vehicles from Chapman and from IKE. IKE is professional and kind I would not use any one else. IKE went out of his way to get the car we wanted and finally brought a car from the MFG and tracked it every day. Great Job IKE...
STRESS FREE - Malibro

Fast, friendly, easy - racer772
Went in knowing what I wanted, and they help me get it. Never felt pressured while I was there. And I walked out feeling like I got a good deal.
Service Department Awesome! - emlee5134
The issue with our GMC Terrain took more than one visit, but Gary kept us apprised of the situation the whole time via calls, and Jody was there to see that we were picked up and delivered to our destinations. Travis is a techie wonder...very knowledgeable! Five Stars and Kudos to Findlay GMC!!!
Unnecessary oil change. - Thomas J Mozako
Thought I needed oil change due to the mileage shown on the window sticker. The mileage shown was when the last oil change was performed, not when oil change is required! Dealer changed oil , did not check mileage on my 2017 Grand Sport. If they did they would have known oil change was not required. This was one of the free oil changes that came with the purchase of Corvette. I am now out one free oil change due to their incompetence .
Fair, Honest - Chris Young
I drove four hours to this dealership. After my experience, I would have driven 8. They are awesome!!!!! Fair, honest, straight forward, no BS. Wow. Can't say enough about Glen Lehman. What a sales rep!!!!!! Honest, fair no BS and follow through. I am a fraud investigator with 30 years on the job. Glen is one of the good ones. Way to go Lawley Auto Group. Finance Managers are, well, Finance Managers, but the guy at Lehman Honda rocks. No pressure, honest great guy. Thanks Lehman Honda.
Ask for Blair! - dmeier
Long story short...understanding the purchase of a new vehicle is a long process with the obvious negations, Blair was amazing in his patience in dealing with myself and my brother via text through out the purchase. Everyone was very attentive and kind.

He.was very helpful and was very knowledgeable about my truck and made it easy for me to know how everything worked. He is a great salesman, a great asset to this dealership. I’ve highly recommended him to my friends. I also want to mention Mike Richie in finance, what normally has been a nightmare In the past, mike made it a very pleasant experience.
Liz is the lady in the Biz for Garrett Motors - Anesiaestrada
I have bought two cars personally from Garrett's (my family numerous) and every time we go and see Liz. She is always our go-to when looking at vehicles and getting the ins and outs of what vehicle we might get. She goes above and beyond! I bought my Chevy Cruze brand new and it was such a seamless process from trading my Chevy Malibu in, to getting my car.
On the front end of sales it was amazing (Liz), to the individuals who handled my loan (Abram), to setting up my first maintenance appointments (JD and Marcus) it all has been and continues to be top quality. I've experienced first hand how shady car dealerships can be and the whole process of owning a car from another dealer and Garrett's stands out well above the pack.
It all comes down to walking in, speaking with a friendly sales Rep Named Liz and now being part of the Garrett's family. I know anytime I have an issue with my car they are just a call away, and that is reassuring as a young, mature or old car owner.

Answer to your email. - chevtrk17
These comments are in reference to my first service visit. Initially, the visit was a little disappointing in that I showed up at the reserved time only to wait what seemed like an unreasonable time for someone to even acknowledge I was there. Lots of other cars waiting as well. Eventually someone did check in with me and confirmed that I had an appointment. But then, they left me waiting again for someone else to officially check me in. So my arrival was 9:00 am and I finally went into the waiting lounge around 9:40. My vehicle waited another 20 minutes before it disappeared into the shop. From this point the service experience was very good. The service time was timely and although I had passed on the exterior car wash they washed it anyways. I even had two salesmen try to sell me yet another car. The three dollar credit at the snack bar was a nice touch, but then a cup of free coffee would have been nice. Oh! There was free coffee if you knew where to look. The only other down side was I had decided to check some pricing on extra's for the new vehicle and waited in parts for 15 minutes and couldn't get any help and gave up. Everyone was busy and I guess that's a good thing, but I'm sure I'll purchase what I was looking for elsewhere.
As for the vehicle purchase, it went seamless with the exception the vehicle didn't have floor mats. "No problem I'll put those on order and call you when they come in" I was told. The call never came so I checked in with our salesman during the service and the solution was to rip them out of another vehicle. Well! This was fine except they came out of a vehicle being driven by someone and they were dirty. A little disappointing! Also, obviously my truck was probably missing floor mats for the exact same reason in that we purchased new but the vehicle had been driven several thousand miles and probably had the original floor mats ripped out to give to a previous customer. If and when that happened, one of the two plug devices holding the driver side mat was ripped free and was just laying on the floor. I gave that to our salesman at time of purchase. Now that I have mats, I realized there is a hole in the mat without that plug. "No problem I'll get one for you and call you", I was told once again. That was several weeks ago and I'm loosing faith there will ever be a call.
The Body Shop cut corners on my deer experience - David B
I hit a deer. I took it to Kingman Chevrolet body shop to be repaired because Allstate works with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The Allstate experience is wonderful however when I got my car back the morning of is the body shop manager if he had checked the bulbs for my passenger side to match the ones on my driver side that were broken. He said no. I told him that the headlight bulbs were not Originals. I asked him if I could purchase the correct ones and have them put them in and he said no. I took it to Walmart to have them installed and found out that one of the connectors, the high-beam, the lock clip is broken. Wal-Mart electrical taped it closed for me. The low beam is screwed into place. This is totally wrong mechanical work. I noticed on the estimate that no light bulbs were on it. Even though the headlight was completely smashed. Allstate stated that all the leadership needed to do was put in a secondary request to cover these additional materials needed. I think all they wanted to do was get the Allstate checks what they already had in hand to get my car pushed out the door so they could cash the checks.
Dealership is only has good as its people.... - AZROYAL
Doug Bonham is hands down the most knowledgeable and customer focused while trying to find solutions for Chevy and its customers. As a business I can respect that. Business needs to make money or they wont be around to provide on going service. However trying to find a win/win with customers at a fair and justified price is the challenge. Doug has this skill. AutoNation would take a BIG loss if Doug ever leaves that dealership. For I know myself and others would follow him. Its about people...a car is a car / truck is a truck. Great job Doug! I have purchased over 30 vehicles from Doug for my business and personal. He takes care of my service and sales....cant speak highly enough of him....
xxxxxx DONE with their so-called "service" dept - Sira Hodge
In the year that I've owned my 2013 Camaro I've had to have the fuel injectors replaced twice, the battery, the radio, the Hill Start Assist, and then my clutch went bad. Their excuse about my clutch was "well the 100 point inspection when we sell the car only indicates that the parts are working, not that they're worn out." Well that's just great! This car only has 58,000 miles. The warranty didn't cover the clutch because it's not considered a "moving part." So Autonation wanted to charge me $2500 for parts and labor, but didn't provide me with an itemized statement for the parts. I found a local mechanic who did the job for less than $1,000. Hey, it's not covered by warranty anyway, so why not. Anyway, when I took it in because the Hill Start Assist wasn't releasing on hills (caused the clutch to overheat, probably because the clutch was burning out anyway), they gave me some baloney about using the E-brake on hills. It took my husband dumbing it down before they finally understood that the Hill Start Assist needed adjustment. My radio was cutting in and out and they replaced it under warranty, but now the new radio is even worse and I'm still having to pay for Sirius XM with fewer features! I don't know why the fuel injectors went bad twice in six months. They said I had to use premium fuel, so now I do. I hate dealing with so-called "service advisors" who have absolutely no mechanical knowledge and don't listen to you. I hate the fact that I have to have my husband talk to them. I hate the fact that my Camaro has spent so much time in the shop in one year. And then they give me hassle if I want a rental vehicle so I can get to work while they "analyze" my car. Don't get me started on how they quoted me $600 to fix a flickering headlight, and later on when I took the car to get the headlight fixed, the price suddenly changed to $1100. I'm so xxxxxx DONE with Autonation that I don't even care about the extended warranty anymore.
Don't try to do anything out of the ordinary with them. - Larrysk65
Other than ordering an accessory that wasn't a fit for my truck the purchase went well. The sales associate, Robert Hill was excellent. Please ask for Robert Hill. Really little could have been better. He is a nice guy, who's mission is to sell you a vehicle and to make sure you are happy. ASK FOR ROBERT HILL.
Auto Nation I Come Home! - Blumanrock
I want to thank Mike Riley, service advisor who may me feel really good about Auto Nation again. I come back home again! I took my 2014 Chevrolet Equinox to Brake Master, to do a oil change, because I didn't agreed with Auto Nation going to making an appointment. What a mistake! Because, brake master didn't do the job right, where on Friday, June 8, 2018, just before noon, when I was headed to the bank. Well, my oil pressure indicator came on demanding to turn off my engine. Make a long story short, oil sprayed all over the engine. Had to have the vehicle towed to Auto Nation, missed a day of work too, had to walk to Fry's get SRP power credit. Find out from Mike Riley, that whoever did the oil change, which was Brake Master, was the reason forking out $547.38 today! However, Mike told me, that brake master paid for the oil change, after I threatened to bring my attorney into it. Here's my point, take your vehicles, whatever the make is, to the dealership for repairs. I'm lucky my engine didn't suffer any major damage. I paid $30,000 for my Equinox and I depend on my vehicle to get to work. I'm 32 miles one way to get to work. So, I gave harsh review last time, which was truthful about how long I there one time. But, Mike & others made up for that, for the fact that I had an appointment this Monday. Mike got my vehicle back to me, this late afternoon. Again, thank you Mike Riley & the rest of the team at superstition Auto Nation in Mesa, Arizona 85206!
So very dishonest - KC2016
I foolishly went to Earnhardts because I thought they could be trusted. They can not. I purchased a used 2016 Chrystler 300C in January (WINTER), only to find out, 4 months later (SUMMER) that my AC Evaporator has a leak, it has been leaking a long time, I was told that by another Dealership that diagnosist it, I was quoted 2k to fix. So I called and spoke with the service manager at Earnhardts and told him how taken advantage I felt, because I bought this in the winter, I had no way of knowing the AC didn’t work right. This was a pre-certified used car, which means they either didn’t check it, or they knew I would be past my 2 week window, and past the manufacturer warranty when I figured it out. The Service manager said he could MAYBE get me the employee discount, I has not happy, told him I felt this was very unfair. How sad you would take such advantage of a person over 2k, sad.. I all so tried talking directly to Chrystler, but they claimed, I did not meet their “goodwill” criteria because I didn’t purchase from an authorized Chrystler Dealer... what.... Earnhardts could have very easily extended “goodwill” but of course, did not. I will never trust an Earnhardts again, or buy another Chrystler product.
Scam Artists - TK
Offered a 2017 Chevrolet Sonic for $12,703.00 with a dealer discount of $3,000.00 which brought the total to $9,703.00. Me knowing sales fees doc fees title and registration would put me close to the original asking price I was comfortable making this purchase. Brad told me that the Bradley advantage Plan discount was for a $3,000.00 dollar trade-in. I was upset but said okay I'll trade in my Cadillac. Then he only wrote up $1000.00 for trade in. On top of that put $1000.00 cash down which I never wanted to do. Bringing the total sale to $14703. Out the door. Hours later the price changed online. I called Parker and spoke with Jake. Discussed this with him and mentioned I took a photo earlier of the deal from there website. Jake confirmed the Bradley advantage discount plan and said it was only for the Lake Havasu location. Funny that this vehicle is located at the Parker location. Shame on you guys conducting business this way. Many don't shop local because of this very thing. I will take my business to a larger city where they don't scam you and rip you off. The last time I will do business with them.
Greedy and manipulative - Karen Groves
Tried to buy a used car from these guys. They wanted me to pay 8,000 more than the car was worth, pay off 4,000 more on my trade in so they could resell it and make even more on that deal. Beware!
Bad Service - Gio
Very bad service, save your money and don't take your vehicle to get work on here because you will be scammed, they say they will do something as simple as your oil/coolant flush but they fail to do so. For any service just go somewhere else.
