Bought a 2017 Tahoe. Called and made an appointment to see the truck. It was ready for me when I got there. Everyone was friendly and helpful. One small issue with the truck on front sensors and they already have a appt setup for me in service and a loaner car ready. I would recommend using this dealership.

I have been getting my 2005 GMC 2500HD serviced here since 2005 and could most likely get a lower price at non dealer service centers. But I have always been treated well and have never felt that my service or repairs were anything but professionally done. Mark Arbuckle has been my service adviser I believe since the start and has always been up front and helpful. I look forward to seeing him when I need to have my truck serviced.

Extreme disappointment - Oberosler
I purchased a 2017 Chevrolet Cruz. It has less than 600 miles on it and is back to this dealership fo the third time because it stops running and the check engine light comes on. They have just been replacing pats without any true troubleshooting. Sadly it has been brought to the district manager and he appears to be fine with this course of not really fixing an obvious major manufacturing defect.

Had to have a alignment done under warranty and tires needed replaced. Took 4 hours and refused to warranty tires even though truck only has 6k on it. When I originally got there for my appointment they had no idea what I was in for and told me they were booked. The communication internally must be bad if you can make a appointment but not know why the truck is in. Good luck and enjoy the coffee bar.

My wife and I were looking to purchase our first new vehicle. We had done much shopping around and found that Kingman Chevrolet Buick had the best customer service and deal within 500 miles. We took home a new Chevy Malibu and have been very pleased with the level of customer service we have received even after the sale. The service department has been great about letting us know about specials and even let us know that our first oil change was coming up and called to setup appointment. Will definitely be going her for our next vehicle. Thank you all again for making the experience so easy and enjoyable.

Worst service and customer service ever and i mean ever. - Your worse nightmare
The worst experience ever. Started out by having the service department performing a routine oil change and literally after driving off with my car about 3 miles down the road the car over heats really bad. Had on star get it towed back to the dealership. They couldn't diagnose it. Went from replacing starter to the battery to the cooling fan assembly then a week later the engine went out. Been dealing with the general manager Jay and have told him time and time again I want my car replaced due to their service error. Nothing was wrong with my camaro when I dropped it off until after they serviced it and yet they can take full responsibility for their mistake. All the general manager does is give me the xxxx run around so I'm getting ready to file a complaint with the BBB not against General motors but against him and the dealership for failure to make the problem correct. This has been going on since Dec 23 2017. So whatever you do don't take your new cars or trucks to get serviced here or you'll wild up in a big ordeal like myself and they won't do anything to help you. Trust me I've tried day in and day out. Get completely nowhere with those clowns. To top it off the General Manager is a big piece of xxxx nothing but a little xxxxx hiding behind his desk like a little girl doesn't want to fix the service departments mistake of xxxxing up my camaro... I'm still waiting for the compression results which I asked back on Dec 29th when me and my boss requested on a recorded line to show proof that the engine did fail on its and not to some wrong doing on the service part. I feel that they are hiding something from me since they are not showing me the evidence to prove what they are telling me in the mean time I will keep adding to this review and will continue to do so until justice is served. I don't care who in the dealership take a the hit that's not my problem anymore so it will be who of you to resolve this issue which has been going on since the 23rd of December and no one has come forward with the honest to god truth I guess no one over there has the xxxxx to do so just as I thought. I will post this exact same review at all places I can in regards to this dealership and it's management I'm done with them blowing smoke up my xxx. I was born at night but not last night. How do you like them apples and if they have to take a pay cut due to all this so be it maybe they'll learn not to xxxx with me ever again. xxxxx in their court now.

They don't even try to sell, because if they did they would have worked harder to help us go home in a new truck with a payment to fit our budget. The sales man was incompetent, didn't know his business. I guess they didn't want my business, so they can keep their trucks and put them where the sun don't shine. Horrible customer service.

My salesman Sean G was great and easy to deal with! His Boss Geoffrey B. was a total liar and I would never do business with him. As a matter of fact, I didn't buy the car that night. I actually walked out! It took a few calls from Joe and a few texts from Sean G to even get me to come back to the dealership! I hate dealing with people who lie to me (especially for no reason)! Geoffrey is a crook and should be fired!!

Went their with the expectation that we would buy the car through Costco auto program. All documentation says our vehicle was included in the costco deal. The dealer sad it wasn't and everything went down hill from there.
After fighting tooth and nail to get the equivalent of the Costco deal we had to fight them over our trade in. They claimed that they could only give us wholesale vale because they would sell the car to a wholesaler ... we originally bought the car from a Earnhardt Buick dealer and new they were lying to us.
I told them that I expected to get the Kelly Blue Book Dealer trade in value for our car. After escalation up the chain of command they finally gave in. When the paperwork was finally prepared we did not look carefully at the final add on and got socked for $1500 in charges that we should have rejected because we had already negotiated the price. Overall a nightmare. These folks will steal you blind.

Service department took advantage of my wife selling flushes - Ribert3532
My wife was pressured into a coolant and brake flush just like jiffy lube got in trouble for doing, 1 min later she called advisor back and told him only oil change no flushes wanted.
Advisor ignored her change and did the work charging her 374.47 for the work. Not wanted. I’ve trued to get satisfaction but nobody cares. Highly recommend not going to this dealership

Very bad service, save your money and don't take your vehicle to get work on here because you will be scammed, they say they will do something as simple as your oil/coolant flush but they fail to do so. For any service just go somewhere else.
