BUYER BEWARE! Not even worth one star! TOW YOUR VEHICLE TO A PROFESSIONAL GM DEALERSHIP. The service department puts on non OEM GM parts without the customers authorization. I ONLY USE GM OEM PARTS ON MY ESCALADE! I found out they put a refurbished junk caliper on my 2015 Cadillac Escalade from a local orileys part store that is now rusty after a few car washes. My glove department is broken from this dealership replacing a cabin air filter. I now have a blower motor noise that wasn't there before. I have a terrible vibration in my front alignment that wasn't there before. My vehicle is worse off now than it was ever before. I called management and they will not do anything but lie and blame elsewhere to make them look good like they have done nothing wrong. I have never ever seen such an unprofessional GM dealership in my life of being a valued gm customer. All I have ever owned is gm vehicles. The employees and management I dealt with should be ashamed of themselves of how they lie and cheat the customer. I sure hope the owner or owners of this dealership hears about this and reaches out to me. I cant post any pictures here but go to google reviews and yelp reviews and you can see the shady work this service department has done.

I went to Sands in June and spoke with Victor Morales I told him what was going on with my car and he stayed 100% I know what it is, it's the transmission let's get you in let's get it fixed so I trust him leave my car with 100% guarantee work satisfaction two year warranty under so many miles there and so I get it fixed for thousands of dollars. I go back August 31st to have my car looked at to go out of town Moe helps me turns out my alignment is off my tires are no good and I have a oil leak so again for a few thousand I get it fixed. I pick my car up September 6th and realize there's a hissing noise September 9th at 7 am I call Moe and let him know, I call Moe back that afternoon at 5 to let him know my car no longer drives have my car towed to Sands Moe calls me back September 11th to tell me the hissing noise is due to the oil leak. That there was more oil than anticipated amd that affected the power steering and the reason why my car does not drive is because of transmission fell complete apart from the inside. As a customer how are we to know car language like a wee across Arizona to go 101 on fixing cars and come to find out Victor Morales supposably left Sands six months ago how could he leave Sands six months ago when I was there nothing three months ago and he helped me all together I paid 3,451 two different times Sands is a big company that I think could afford to fix someone's mistake but yet the service manager J black just sat in his chair and said I understand I understand I understand unfortunately I can't fix something on a car from what someone said or didn't say I can't go back. I don't know who messed up whether it be the service Guy The Tech Guy or the service manager all I know no one wants to take the blame I will never go to Sands I would never refer anyone to Sands I recommend you never go to Sands once again Sands is a big company that does not stand by their word or the quality of the work it looks like to me they are just in if for the money.
P.S. I informed J Black I am just going to get my car bring it home he said " what are you going to do with it do you want to trade it in" it makes no sense to pay 20,000 (paid off) on my car 1,200 new rims 3,451 to fix what they said wrong for me to just leave it there and trade it in and have a payment when they're just going to fix it and sell it again for probably 15,000 no thank you J. Black

I bought a used vehicle with numerous issues I was told repeatedly they would be fixed by the sales man and the sales manager ..... some are even factory dealer recalls ... dealer refuses to repair vehicle says they sold it to me “as is” and they are not obligated to do anything ... they even lied and said there is no lemon law in Arizona and of course when I found out there actually is a 15 day lemon law in Arizona ... it was already to late and past the 15 days .. just the amount of time they gave me the run around .... never buy anything at Larry green they are crooks 100% only reason I give 2 stars is because the finance guy was pleasant to work with .... finance guy good .... salesman epitome of evil . And sales manger satan himself

I have been to multiple Chevrolet dealers In the past for service and had mediocre to terrible service. I called and set an appointment with Dan Simpson phone experience was great. went in to get an alignment on my truck after installing a lift and steering wheel leather was coming apart. While I was there Dan advised me of upcoming maintenance that I was aware of that was due in a couple hundred miles I assessed him and he passed my expectations so I told him let's get the maintenance done, just to give an idea of what this means to me... I am a ase certified automotive technician and typically do all my own maintenance and repairs just for peace of mind that I know I did it and was done to my expectations with that said he killed me with his professionalism kindness and knowledge all in one conversation. So I decided to bring my traverse in for a problem with it as well and got the exact same attitude and absolute great service from mr Dan Simpson. I thank you to sands Chevrolet and Dan for the great service and experience with the service department keep up the good work!

Came in here because well its a dealership and of course they would do a good job, right? No. When i arrived there for my appt i showed david the broken bumper that i stuffed in my trunk aswell as the tore fender covers not thinking he would use them I waited 2 hrs when i came in for them to check out my car i thought they were working on it but no. Anyway after the 2 hrs of waiting in the waiting area david takes me to talk about the vehicle he said the new peices will come in all black and we have to paint them etc. i said ok cool and after all that he says you will have to pick up the car tomorrow and that was fine with me now i come back next morning the bill is whole $650 i sign the paper or whatever not looking at my vehicle before hand and these "professionals" had zip tied the broken bumper that was stuffed in my trunk back to my vehicle as well as the tore fender covers. Completely over paid for that pathetic work. Anyone would be furious i used the rest of my savings and there was no way of me fixing a problem that was supposed to be fixed in the first place especially after spending $650 my bumper is now tore off once again this dealership is trash

We are moving from California to Texas. Our truck broke down in Flagstaff, and we needed to replace the truck with another truck that could tow a big load. We found Terry Marxen Chevrolet and ended up purchasing a used truck. Manuel Soto was amazing, there was absolutely no pressure. He helped us through each step of the way. Keith was terrific, and everyone we met at the dealership was friendly and helpful. It would be worth the drive to do business here!

On January 2019 I took my car in to follow up on a recall notice. My car was burning about two quarts a week of oil. I was considering a purchase of a new vehicle. The service manager told me my car needed to be checked and the work needed was under warranty with the manufacturer. They said my car would be tied up for at least a week so they gave me a new loaner. Since I have had my car back, it runs better than ever and no loss of oil. Everyone gets worried when they take their vehicle in to get it serviced. I have never had such a great experience with a auto service department anywhere in my life. This place is very clean , service orientated, production motivated and quality minded. I highly recommend them.

I purcased a vehicle in 2014 and had a great experience with AutoNation Chevy. I returned to purchase another. My salesman for both purchases is Roberto Reyes. Roberto is a gentleman, he listened to what my needs were, he's not pushy, didn't try to put me in a vehicle I didnt want. Roberto found the vehicle I wanted. Roberto is the reason I returned to purchase my 2019 Silverado. Roberto takes the time to explain everything about your vehicle. During the purchase I met Lisa Kuchta, I'll call her the financing guru. Again Lisa listened to my needs and put my needs first. She got me the best rate, explained eveything I needed to know about the financing and warrantee. When I was here I felt like I was family. I would reccommend them to you if you're looking to buy a car or truck.

Jason Hassey's team was absolutely amazing. He and Dakota and Heike made our car buying experience so painless. He got the car he's in love with, at amazing interest rate, for a great price, with great value on his trade. We were finished in 2.5 hours total.
They listened to what he wanted, they understood what he was looking for, there was no smoke and mirrors with the financing or payment options, or pricing. The experience was quick and painless.
I will be buying my next car from them, and probably every car after that. I will also be telling everyone I know to go see them. The car buying process is not something over pleasant - we all know that. The dealers need to make money, and we all want the best deal. But when two parties come together and are both realistic, and deal with one another honestly and ethically, the result is often great. That's the experience that we had.
Definitely, without a doubt, give them an opportunity to earn your business if you're looking for a no bullshit experience.

i took my equinox which i leased almost three years ago in for its annual service. i had made an appointment the day before online. i must say thatleasing the car was a good experience in general. everyone was very nice and helpful. i like the equinox so much that i have decided to but it when the lease is up in a month, but the weak link in their business is the service managers.two out of three visits for service i had RUDE, CONDESENDING, ARROGANT JERKS who should never ever have a job dealing with peoiple. the issue is not what they say, but how they say it. the work that was performed was fine (i assume) becuse i did not see what was done. i just take their word that they did everything correctly. also the serivce manager tried to upsell me to clean the fuel delivery system at 14,500 miles. also the air filter on the heat and ac system. all for around 300 bucks. any fool can read the service maintenance schedule as know this is not neccesary. so while the leasing/ buying experience was ok, ( they are car sales you know), i will never take my car back to them again. if the management reads this, i hope they are smart enough to fire the idiot servic emanagers and hire and trasin them to respect theircustomers.
Harassement - Bad management
We have a complicated complaint with this dealership. We purchased a used vehicle, financed it through our out of state bank and were called by the finance department a week later to say the financing had not gone through. Contacting our bank we found this dealership had not done the paperwork that the bank requested. The salesperson called us minutes later to harass us about our credit scores, their trust in us being misplaced, whom we had talked to at our bank, what was their number and our account information on and on leaving us feeling bewildered. He said,"I know who I talk to in our banks finance department, Debbie! You dont know who you talked to??" Only to find out minutes later that this dealerships fax machine was broken, and they had not received the necessary paperwork. So the problem of financing was all THEIR error not ours. The appology we asked for from the salesperson for his rudness and disrespect was not forthcoming. We had already put over $600 out of pocket on this vehicle for tires, oil and filter change, detailing, new headlights,etc.
I highly recommend using ANY other dealership than this one.

I hate to do this but this place is absolutely terrible. They have had my brand new truck for 2 months!
Bought a 2018 Silverado from them in January 2018. I hardly drive the truck (12,000 miles as of 11/2019) as I have a company vehicle. Company truck went into the shop so I had to drive my personal truck. While driving I noticed a terrible clunking metal on metal sound from the rear end. I took it into the dealership and my advisor told me it was a known process that they had to first replace the shackles and then the lead springs, which they accomplished and told me the truck was fixed and ready for pick up. 3 days later, the sound came back worse so I took it back. They looked at the truck and said the rear lift blocks were missing and that was the problem. Those were installed, problem was still there. They then said wheels and tires, which also was false after placing stock wheels and tires on it. After many failed attempts I was told the last thing they could do was rip apart the rear end and make sure nothing was wrong internally. Rear end was never in fact taken apart and the truck is still on their lot with them saying “GM wont let us touch the truck anymore.
2 months with a BRAND NEW truck and they can not/wont fix the problem because “they aren’t making money on the project. Why buy brand new for a warranty that doesn’t get honored. They have still not offered anything to fix/make the situation any better
I have always been a chevy fan but after the experience I have encountered at AutoNation I will never purchase another chevy again, especially from AutoNation chevy. If I can inform anyone looking to buy a vehicle or get service from this dealership I would highly recommend saving yourself the hassle and going elsewhere

they just need it to fix the dashboard clip, they order the wrong part, i left my car there, they wrote the wrong phone number, never receive a call from them, i call for an update they told they order the wrong part, by that time it already past 4 hours, i took my car back, they re-ordered the part, again never call me again, have to call after 2 weeks, then they told me they got the right part, left my car again, they call me this time after 3 hours telling me it was fixed, car was not fixed same issue telling me that it just need it a little bit of sunlight to get the dashboard to sit.
