I bought a GMC Yukon Denali 2015 in January of 2016 at this dealership.. It was driven in Phoenix for a year. The service department has been helpful since then. A couple items were under warrenty. I have over 125,000 miles on it and plan on having it for a good while yet. All 4 of the lights went out through the years. Never had that happen on a car before. of course the movie screen in back is out for the second time and I'm not willing to drop over $800 to fix it. Recently had to replace torque converter etc.. I guess it's better than a whole new transmission. The service dept. has always been helpful. Unfortunately they know me which is good and bad.

Beware of questionable workmanship if having a Moon Roof Shade Replaced and do NOT expect a return call or email from Superstition Auto Nation's Director Mr. Thomas or the Manager Mr. Wolfe.
Approximately 09/16/20 I had my Moon Roof Shade replaced due to the clips broke on a 2 year old vehicle. The cost was over $900.00. The shade is working. About 2 weeks later I notice the inside roof liner was sagging and very noticeable from the front windshield.
My vehicle was returned on 09/30/20, I was told this inside roof liner would be fixed. They would glue it back in place at no charge. Then there was a change, the liner was not fixed. Supposedly this was not caused by the replacement of the Moon Roof Shade. Mind you this was not an issued until the shade was replaced. I spoke with the Director Mr. Thomas and he stated the drop was due to weather, the vehicle not being covered and he didn't like how chevy had designed the Moon Roof feature. He stated he would contact his chevy representative to see what could be done and he would get back to me. Needless to say I have heard nothing. I emailed Mr. Thomas and the Manager Mr. Wolfe (not sure of name, but email was from the sign by the cashier; email@example.com. Needless to say I received no response.
I have been doing business with Superstition Auto Nation off and on since 2012. This has left me a very dissatisfied customer and I will share my experience with others.

I recently bought a used Truck from this dealership. I like the truck and the salesperson was good and patient. However, when I got to finance, I was told they needed to upgrade the car alarm. It was made to sound like it was a house issue that they would take care of. I looked at the contract and found out they charged me almost $1200 for a horrible $85 KARR alarm system. I went back to the dealership to dispute the charge, and have been waiting 1.5 hours so far for the financial manager to show up. I would not recommend this dealership, because no matter how nice the salespeople are, in the end, it is the financing that matters most, and I would not trust this finance manager. As much as I like the Truck, this has cast a dark cloud over the whole experience now. Finally, after the regional finance manager came in to the store and the original financing manager showed up a couple hours later, the matter was resolved. The almost $1200 Charge was taken out and the purchase contract redone. During the time though, he continued to try to get me to accept the Car Alarm lying to me in the process. Lastly, the environment of the dealership greatly leaves something to be desired. It is not cozy, but rather sterile and lacks any real comforts for the extended waits of the customers. My suggestion: Go some other place else if you can, or be very weary of the financing manager.
Harassement - Bad management
We have a complicated complaint with this dealership. We purchased a used vehicle, financed it through our out of state bank and were called by the finance department a week later to say the financing had not gone through. Contacting our bank we found this dealership had not done the paperwork that the bank requested. The salesperson called us minutes later to harass us about our credit scores, their trust in us being misplaced, whom we had talked to at our bank, what was their number and our account information on and on leaving us feeling bewildered. He said,"I know who I talk to in our banks finance department, Debbie! You dont know who you talked to??" Only to find out minutes later that this dealerships fax machine was broken, and they had not received the necessary paperwork. So the problem of financing was all THEIR error not ours. The appology we asked for from the salesperson for his rudness and disrespect was not forthcoming. We had already put over $600 out of pocket on this vehicle for tires, oil and filter change, detailing, new headlights,etc.
I highly recommend using ANY other dealership than this one.

It took 10 calls to get through to a person at AutoNation and then I left my information and did not get a call back. I was calling because I took my 2016 Corvette in for an oil change that has 3800 miles on it and a two months after I got the car back and had it in a show I realized there was damage to the bottom underside of my passenger beneath the door and it looks like that somehow when they put the device to raise the vehicle they jammed it in too far! Needless to say I won't ever be going back to this dealership for anything !!

Beware of the deal that is too good to be true as they get you in, GET YOU TO fall in love with the vehicle and waste your time. At the end of 2 hours the deal is not what it seems to be. All of a sudden it became a salesman error and the Mgr. says, error made!! it will cost you $15,000 more all while the salesman plays dumb. Walk out and buyer beware of the cars sales business as it's all a scam, bait and switch BS at this dealership.
