Poor service no follow up - Ex service manger
Had our vehicle for 3 days and each day I had to call them to find out what was going on. Some BS about trying to finding a part from another dealer. Ended up getting from their distributor but again no follow up call to let us know what was going on. Could have driven the vehicle for 2 days while waiting for part. When the dealership reads this they will know who wrote this but I don’t care because I come from a customer service background and what I experienced was very poor service. I would never recommend this company for repair work.

I found the car I wanted on Moss Bros website, arived at the dealership, the car was still available. I waited for the finance dept to do their thing, and was out of there in 2.h hours. I went at 6pm on a weekday. I have never left any dealership in that short amount pf time. I expected a 3-4 hour wait. And I love my car! Thank u Moss Bros.

I arrived just after 11am and was told it would take 1.5 to 2 hrs for my oil change. I had forgotten my phone so I wasnt aware of the time. At 230 rep comes to tell me they are working with only 1 rack but my car is next, do I want to continue waiting? After already waiting 3hrs, YES Ill wait. Finally at 4pm my car is going for the complimentary wash. It wasnt just me, there were other customers who were not told about the wait. This dealership has no problem wasting their customers valuable time. Our family has bought several cars here. There are no other Jeep/Chrysler dealers close by. The service dept has NOT improved. I would like to meet the people who have had a timely service at this dealership. The worst part of the wait time, I should have been done in time to pick up my grand daughter from school.

I bought a 2016 JGC SRT from this place. I LOVE my car and cannot stand the people that work at West Valley Chrysler Jeep.
First off, I'm not here to bash this business. I'm here to leave a fair and thorough review so my credibility is not lost. To get right into it, I had my financing already done with my bank. Price on the JGC is already agreed upon. I've done this SEVERAL times.
I'm texting a salesman named Nelson. I let him know my bank is sending the check out for the car overnight mail so instead of coming on the night we agreed, I said I'll come the next day so they have the check in hand and no issues. Plus, no big deal right? What's another day to wait and make sure things aren't rushed. Well, common sense ain't so common for Nelson.
Nelson says "it's ok, just bring the pre approval from your bank and you can take the car home tonight. We work with X bank all the time so we won't have any issues".
I take a $60 Uber ride to the dealer to then be greeted by another sleazebag saying he just needs my info to "verify my identity" and brings out a credit application. I promise you I could have gone ape shxt at that point, but I kept my composure. This guy literally lied to my face saying "I wouldn't lie to you.." (the irony right?) so I cautiously omit some info if this really is needed to 'verify my identity' (because normal people don't use I.D.'s anymore) and the xxxxxxx comes back after 10 mins saying he needs to run my credit to take the car home tonight.
Now remember, the deal has been done, my bank has already sent the check and I can easily sign DMV papers and pick up the car the next day but Mario and Luigi can't use their little brains to think hey maybe we shouldn't have told him he can pick up the truck tonight since we're gonna ask him to run his credit anyways, but nah, they rather waste my time and money and almost lost a sale. They probably wanted to try to get more money by seeing if I would finance with them, but I'd never do business with them again.
They gave me a loaner car which was fair, but had a quarter tank of gas. I went on my way and came back the next day, they got my check and signed papers just as I've normally done.
The guy in finance was cool, but even then they sent him the wrong file so he tried to expedite my process but the other goofballs had to mes sup just one more time.
Oh and on my way home my dash displayed a "service active suspension" light and i thought to myself of course and then thought should I take it back to them for service? HELLLLL NO!!
If you're still reading this, thank you and make an informed decision if you plan on buying a car from here. I know a majority of dealerships have a bad rep and I know salespeople have a tough job to survive and feed their familes, but a little integrity and customer service goes a LONG way. I'll never refer a family or friend to this dealer and ask that you do your research to see if you should do business with them as well.
Lies. Waste of time. - Nathan
Do you enjoy being lied to and having people wast your time? If so Bravo Chrysler is the place for you. I negotiated a price for a used 2016 Expedition, and asked twice about dealer add-ons (nitrogen filled tires, door guards, alarm system, etc), and was told twice there were no add-ons. Well, after spending nearly 4 hours, and having them do a hard credit pull, the lies became apparent. Lupita (or Lupe), informed me that there was a pre-installed car alarm that cost $1,495, and that it was humanly impossible to remove the alarm.
I did not end up buying the car, and management (Cesar) was indifferent to the switch and bait that took place. It would be best to avoid Bravo Chrysler, and Lupita. If you do go there don't let them pull credit until you get a written cost for the car you want. Don't believe the lies that come out of their mouths. Also, if Lupita tries to interact with you, ask for someone else, someone with honesty and ethics.

I took my car for an oil change. Was told it was going to take 1.5 hours. After 2 hours of waiting inside, I come outside to see my jeep still parked in the waiting area. Other cars behind me got serviced first. Highly unorganized, not enough staff, not so welcoming. I received my car after 5 hours.

Avoid Randy that was my salesman he was a lousy one at that I would not recommend this dealer it’s a waste of time and you never receive your prize with your winning number on the flyer they mailed to me so the flier said that I won one of three prizes 25,000 cash or a 70 inch TV or $100 gift card I don’t even think this dealership had a event coordinator was in there to days in a row never received my prize with my winning number he offered me a smart watch Well that was last month sale event I really wanted to buy the Dodge journey but he acted like I wasn’t going to get my price unless I did buy a car so I tried talking to sales manger by phone an he was as bad as randy so I never did Receive my prize an ended up Telling the suppose of sale manager that he could shove the Dodge Journey If I could post a picture of that flyer I would but it won’t let me I can’t figure it out but this dealership wasted two days of my time false advertisement Janky Janky sales man I ask Randy for a copy of the Carfax he tells me that cost money I couldn’t have a copy until I signed the deal Yeah if you got time to waste they will tell you anything to sell you a car don’t matter if it’s true or not even lies to my kid she wanted the prize she didn’t care 100 gift card or 70inch tv she would been happy with either one these guys r just fake liers an cheats wonder if anybody got there prize

Then proceeded to blow up only 2 of my tires and sent me in my way with no explanation. A week later my light came back on and Noah jumped in to help me. He was so amazing.
