Three times I went out to Hemet Dodge (which I would not recommend) for repeat work on a leaking transmission. Three visits, honestly not 100% sure what they did as I received a few different stories from different technicians, but in the end they were unable to come to a solution. Following a post on the Challenger online forum regarding the repeat leak, Dodge Cares reached out to me directly, opened a case and recommended DCH for service.
Called, made appointment and when I arrived met with Rudy there at DCH Service. I explained the situation, history and that I had a case number opened up on the matter. Rudy reviewed the history of the car service with me which was extremely helpful as I have only purchased the car recently (not from DCH Dodge). Seeing the service history that the dealership had was insightful.
Following a quick review, it was determined that the transmission remained an issue so a rental was arranged for as the issue was covered under warranty.
Rudy kept me informed of the progress and the recommendation by the DCH team to have the entire transmission replaced as opposed to trying another pan or gasket approach. A transmission had to be ordered so was informed it might be another week, seeing as I dropped it off just before the Thanksgiving Holiday.
Transmission was replaced ahead of schedule, rental car was covered and service was completed timely, in a friendly manner and with periodic notifications on status.
Really appreciate Rudy’s time on this, Dodge Cares for reaching out to me directly and their assistance in brokering the replacement of the transmission as opposed to trying to patchwork something together.
My previous car was a Chrysler 300 which I owned for 15 years, 255,000 miles and little to no major maintenance needs. Great cars and appreciate DCH for their work on this issue.

Do your research before heading in to this dealership. I was initially offered $4,500 less than what Kelly Blue Book stated my trade was worth. Also stick to your guns. I stated I could only put $3,000 down, and was told by Dodge that they were trying to do their best to get me approved, 15 minutes later they asked me if I could put $10,000 down (they made it seem like it was difficult to get me approved and made me feel like I had to put down the additional funds they suggested to get approved). In the end, I put down $3,000 and still got a good interest rate. If I would have taken the first offer for my trade and listened to the recommendion of what to put down I would have spent $11,500 more than needed. They ended up calling me later and offering me a good deal for my trade, but the whole process was far from ideal.

I drove 100 miles to purchase my 2021 Toyota highlander platinum here, It was there low pricing that caught my attention then after calling and referred to the sales guy Brendon, I made that decision to go that very same day. Brendon was very professional and quick to respond, you can feel that you're being taken cared of. When we got there, Brendon took us into the vehicle and explain the new features and specs. He is knowledgeable because he is consistent with what I've researched online. We test drove the SUV and went back to the office to start the hardest part of the buying process and that is negotiating. Even though they have the lowest price within the 100-200 miles from where I lived, I opt for the costco pricing which they are partnered with. I am not going into details about costco pricing but it was a really good deal, There are ups and downs in the negotiation process but Brendon and Morgan (sales manager) worked with us to be able to make it happen for me. To make it short, we got the vehicle that we wanted at the price we can afford. The signing was a breeze and Wendy (Finance) respected out request that we are no longer going to get any additional options at the moment due to maxing out my monthly payment. The car was clean during the walkthrough and gas was filled at full. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for cars. It was worth the drive for me and I am definitely coming back on my next future purchase.

I arrived at my appointment for the installation at 9:45 am. I was told that I may need to leave it overnight. I was not happy since I planned to wait for the process to finish. I spoke to the service manager Brian (sp?) He did not provide a card. He told me the appt. was only for check in and not the work. He said my email should’ve explained. He offered to honor the original price that was advertised, and I went in and bought the car today. Great deal, and my salesperson, Tony, was very helpful, not pushy, and a pleasure to work with. I went in on 4/3 to test drive a used car listed at $17,600. I left around 1:30pm, and told my salesman I had a few other cars I was interested in driving. Later that day, I contacted my salesman to make an offer on the car, and he told me to come in Monday as offers must be made in-person and they were closed Sunday for Easter.
Monday comes around, and I called my salesman to make sure the vehicle is still in stock before I drive down. When I called to check availability, he tells me the price has increased from $17.6 to $20.3k — a $2700 difference. I told him I’d do the deal today for the $17.6k the car was listed at when I viewed it and when he had told me to come in on Monday to make the offer. The manager declined.

Of course I miss having the shuttle available and I know it's because of covid, And I'm sure it's difficult for the dealership as well.
