I can't say enough wonderful things about Porsche Woodland Hills, and the terrific staff there, especially Kris Assad! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Kris was our sales representative, and when I say that he is the nicest, friendliest, most attentive person you could ever want to meet, it's an understatement. My son and I had been visiting the dealership periodically, for over a year, trying to decide what to purchase, and we finally did...but through all that time, Kris never once pushed anything on us or diminished his attention to us. He (and the rest of the team) welcomed us so warmly every time, and we felt so comfortable. Once it came to our purchase, that process was terrific as well. It was the best experience buying a car that I've ever had! A huge thank you to everyone at Woodland Hills Porsche, and especially Kris Assad!!

My electric Taycan was completely discharged as I got home at midnight and even the 12volt battery was dead because the car had no power i was partially on my driveway but my charging cable did not reach. Had ro leave it like that overnight. I contacted Santa Clarita service dept in the morning and told.them of my situation. The technician. I spoke with was completely helpful and rght away told me that the foreman could come out and assess the situation. Brian called me in 20 minutes that he was on his way. He jumped started the car so he could access the trunk and power the 12v battery and open the charge port. He ran a diagnosis and then pulled out an extension cable so I could charge. I am so gratefully and thankful for the excellent customer service skills of the service department. What a life saver.
