Mr. Frank provided my wife and myself with absolutely great service. Our 2004 Audi A4 Avant 3.0 incurred a engine cooling system failure; the repair was very difficult. It took 10 days to get all the needed parts, install them and test the car. Mr. Frank continued to daily inform us in detail about the progress in repairing the car. Ronald made my whole service experience easy and comfortable. He went out of his way to make sure I felt at home while waiting and offered to drive me somewhere locally while I waited for my car. I just stayed in the waiting room but it’s was nice that he offered. Ronald also gave me realistic time estimates for the work, and I was pleasantly surprised to find out the service department had finished well under the projected time. I was shown a variety of options of different services that Ronald was willing to have added to my ticket but wasn’t pressured or lied to in order to increase the price. It felt comfortable and right. Ronald and Neillo far exceeded my expectations. Thank you.
