Absolutely Terrible Experience – Stay Away!
I tried to return my leased Jeep today as the lease is ending, and I was absolutely shocked at how unprofessional, rude, and completely unhelpful the staff at this dealership were. Returning a vehicle should be a simple, documented process — but apparently not here.
The salespeople flat-out refused to provide any kind of receipt, written confirmation, or even a basic acknowledgment that I returned the vehicle. They wouldn’t document the return date, time, mileage, or vehicle condition — nothing. They expected me to just drop the keys and walk away, completely empty-handed, and said I would “hear from the leasor.” That’s not just lazy — it’s reckless.
When I asked for something in writing for my own protection, they got defensive and dismissive, as if I was being unreasonable for wanting basic proof of return. This is not how you treat customers, especially at the end of a lease when accountability matters most.
If you’re considering doing business here, think twice. They clearly have no interest in customer service, transparency, or professionalism. I would never lease or buy a vehicle from this dealership again, and I strongly recommend others steer clear unless you want to be treated with total disregard.
