Exceeded My Expectations For Leasing My Acura RDX - Red RDX
I visited Rick Case Acura because I was looking to lease a 2018 RDX. My salesperson was Kimberly and she exceeded my expectations in her knowledge and willingness to deliver great customer service. She provided a proper presentation that allowed me to understand the vehicle's features. I decided to do the lease and then comes the hard part for me and that is the negotiation. Kimberly and the Sales Manager were great to work with and assisted me in getting a good deal.
I picked up my RDX the next day and the process was smooth. I was introduced to my service contact person, the service manager, and the cashier.

THIS IS WORTH READING! Buying a car can be a tedious, lengthy and frustrating process. When I went to Delray Acura in Delray Beach, Florida, to trade in my lease I thought I had found the gem of car dealerships, but BOY WAS I WRONG! These people made the process look so easy and speedy but what a messy job they did and as a result, I am stuck with a $1000 bill I was not prepared for. They promised to pay the remaining balance on my previous lease and they did not keep their word. When I called them to let them know there was one payment left from the previous car they refused to pay for it. One more time, they proved, once again that car salesmen are all about personal gratification and the bonus they will get. Obviously, sales are more important that long lasting relationships; no need to tell you they completely lost my business. BUT WAIT! THAT IS NOT ALL! When I left the dealership I left with the wrong car, I was driving without insurance and registration for an entire week before they realized they had given me the wrong car and that I had insured and registered the one parked at the dealer. Hopefully, reading this will keep you away from this place; if you absolutely have to go, make sure you know every little detail and if you owe anything from the previous lease have it crystal clear, because they will not move a finger to make sure the information is correct, especially if it is in their favor. It is a shame and I am beyond upset. I hope they can rearrange their way of selling and adopt a more honest way of conducting their business. With this review, I only intend to save people the aggravation of buying a car there.

Acura Customers Beware!
I do not trust any dealership that ignores Acura/Honda recommendations and procedures. Ferman Acura performs power flushes on the transmission with BG fluids and BG additives with a BG machine.
Acura and Honda are clear: only OEM fluid is to be used and additives are never to be used. In addition, Acura/Honda strongly warns in Service Bulletins that power flushes are not to be performed, as they can cause more harm than good.
Ferman Acura (and Crown) are more interested in selling non-approved services that Acura and Honda specifically say not to do.....and they do this to upsell customers, and in doing so, they void warranties and can potentially cause problems due to the non-OEM service.
It should not be so hard to get an Acura dealer to perform the manufacturer’s recommended service (a 1x Drain/Fill....not a flush, and never third party fluids and additives). I take great care of my vehicle and follow maintenance to the letter. I only wish area dealerships like Ferman (and Crown) did the same. This is why I travel to Gettel Acura in Sarasota. I can trust Gettel to get the job done, right! Ferman and Crown will never see this customer in their service department again.

I recently purchased a fiat 124 Spider from Scanlon Acura sight unseen and could not be more pleased with the purchase experience. Bob Cohan, the sales associate that assisted me was excelent; he responded to my numerous questions promptly and provided detailed photos and videos to assist in my purchase decision. There was no high pressure to purchase just honest answeres to questions and a genuine concern my expectations were being met.
I will not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from Scanalon Acura in the future.

Not only was my problem not fixed (and paid for in full) but the car was in worse shape after it left the garage. They created a drain on my battery. They claimed that the problem was the battery. I purchased a new Acura battery from them and a week later the new battery was dead again. They do not answer phone calls. Ten days with the new battery, the car cannot be boosted. I am still trying to get their attention with no success.

My husband and I visited this dealership on Monday morning, June 11. We were ready to buy a car as we had done our homework. The salesman said they did not have the car on premise (2018 MDX Advance) but could locate one at another dealership. We reached an agreement based upon them locating the vehicle. I was asked to make a $500 deposit which would be returned if they were not able to locate a vehicle. They had until the end of the day, Thursday June 14. They were to keep me informed throughout the process. I did not hear from them so on Tuesday evening I called. The salesman said they think they located one - I reiterated the deadline. I heard nothing except for a text to my husband asking if we would take a AWD instead of FWD. I was buying the car but he texted him. I said no. I heard nothing again so on Thursday I called. The salesman said they would not be able to locate the car. I asked when my deposit would be returned to me and he said by 5:00 pm and would email my receipt. I also said that we would buy a 2019 when they came in since it was obvious there were no 2018 and keep me posted. Nothing was done and I called the Sales Manager Friday afternoon. After explaining it all over again he said he would return the deposit and text me when completed. It is Saturday night and still no deposit returned. This is the worst service ever. Don’t trust your money with Fountain Acura in Orlando.

I will like to warn potential customers about the risks of trusting this dealership service department with your maintenance needs.
They are scammers that practice deceiving techniques. I was at the dealership for a simple oil-oil filter change and a four wheel alignment. The service advisor informed that the vehicle has a rear main engine seal leaking. He also added that the oil pump was leaking as well. He quoted $1,600 plus shop supplies and taxes. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. My garage kept 2006 Acura TL has only 55,000 and has been well maintained. We never observed evidence of any oil leak on our garage or drive way. I asked the service advisor if he could show me the leaks. There was oil on the undercarriage but I realized that the oil was new and not coming from the car. They had sprayed new oil over areas of the undercarriage to create the impression of a leak. I asked for them to clean up the areas and proceed with the oil change and wheel alignment. When I droved away $205 later I noticed the car was not aligned. I spoke with service dpt. manager Nestor Diaz whom disrespectfully denied what happened.
