My last service was excellent. - jorge@naples

My last service was excellent. Steve was very helpful in getting the issue resolved. I was afforded a loaner car since it would take several hours to fix the problem. Thanks again!

I did extensive research in the process of buying a new - kenmarx23

I did extensive research in the process of buying a new vehicle. What surprised me was how much difference there was in the dealer experience especially because I was shopping in the so-called luxury SUV market. Unfortunately, even some these dealers still use old high pressure, gotcha tactics that turned me off so much I didn't even want to consider the cars after having a negative dealer experience. Then I went to Key Acura of Gainesville and met Angie. No high pressure, great knowledge of the vehicles, test drives without restrictions (even offered to let me take it home if I wanted after we settled on price). After the purchase there were a couple of service items that needed attention and there service manager, Joe, his staff and Louis the General Manager, all did whatever they could to create a positive buying and service experience. I've now owned my new car for over 2 months and am very happy with it and the experience I had at this dealer. Highly recommend!

My husband and I came in for service on my current car - M.I.

My husband and I came in for service on my current car and we decided to check out the new ADX and Integra while I waited. I wasn’t expecting to buy a new car that day, but after talking with Luis and Crystal, I ended up driving home in one! Crystal, the sales manager, connected us with Luis, who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and informative without feeling pressured. They are very understanding and patient. He took the time to answer all of our questions, showed me the vehicles, and let me get a feel for the ADX and Integra. I really appreciated how they went above and beyond to make the entire experience easy, comfortable, and stress-free. The whole process was a pleasant surprise, and I’m very happy with my decision. Thank you to Luis and Crystal for making the experience such a positive one. I recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

I arrived at the dealership check in lane for my ACURA to - FAL18

I arrived at the dealership check in lane for my ACURA to be serviced, and was immediately greeted and checked in. Their waiting area is exemplary. Very wide, open very well lit and windows to the outside also sofas, comfortable chairs some small tables with seats next to each one if you wanted to have a snack or read a book or whatever you had a choice. They also have quite a few desks with chairs, not huge desks that you would have in your own home obviously, but they are personalized so should I say privatized so that you feel that you are working alone there. One of the employees who happen to pass by while you were sitting if you were looking up, they would not smile say hello. Everyone was very welcoming. That entire waiting area as well as the ladies room were immaculate, and they are constantly going through and making sure of that it is maintained. The customer service representative who was the liaison between me and the technicians was Zeek. A friendly, professional, welcoming, informative, and all around good natured individual who made my visit there a relaxed one. I truly appreciate his expertise and look forward to having him as representative to me in the future.

The car-buying experience at Fountain Acura was truly - mrrobertpalmer

The car-buying experience at Fountain Acura was truly painless. From my initial contact about a vehicle to meeting Steven Rivera in person, the level of care and responsiveness was outstanding. Steven made the process straightforward, offering helpful and realistic guidance every step of the way. I would highly recommend him to anyone searching for a vehicle. I will also add that Sebastian in finance was very helpful as well. The only minor feedback I have to provide is the detailing completed before delivery as there were a few minor areas missed (rear cup holders in 3rd row, toothpick under 2nd row).

I would like to express my appreciation for the staff at - carbuyer81223

I would like to express my appreciation for the staff at Atlantic Coast Acura. I had reached out to sales consultant Jefry Tavarez, who was absolutely phenomenal through continuous communication (English/Native Spanish) and honesty. If you ever feel overwhelmed with the car buying experience, I would highly recommend Jefry (Sales Consultant) to assist, as he helped me every step of the way. He is personable, professional, and attentively listens to help you find the correct vehicle for your needs and lifestyle. Not only was the pricing great, but the sales and vehicle service timeline was exceptional; the sales manager (Tim Walker) also personally went above and beyond to ensure a smooth sales process.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had an outstanding experience at Acura of Melbourne, and I can't praise my salesman, John Conrad, enough! From the moment I stepped into the dealership, John was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect vehicle. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences and guided me through their impressive lineup. John's attention to detail and deep understanding of the Acura models made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. He answered all my questions thoroughly and never pressured me into making a decision. John’s professionalism and friendly demeanor made car shopping feel less like a chore and more like a fun adventure! Thanks to his help, I drove home in my dream car, and I couldn't be happier. If you're in the market for an Acura, I highly recommend visiting Acura of Melbourne and asking for John Conrad. You won't be disappointed! Thank you, John, for making my car-buying experience so memorable! 🚗💨

Avoid going to this dealership. - adeellaeeq

Avoid going to this dealership. These guys are not honest. Specially the salesman Ben - Bahman Pishgou. He list the cars from dealserhip on his facebook account for less money and when you call him he does not mention anything and ask you to come to dealership to make the deal.. I found a car on his facebook page and asked him about it and he made me come to the dealership. I drove an hour to get to the dealership and as i was about to get there he texted me telling me that the car is over 50k now , and then i called him on it telling him that i can buy a brand new one for that price so he said go buy new and hung up on me. Not only that but before all this, i spoke with internet manager Adrian Perez and he told me the price too over the phone and told me oh we do work with our customers but you have to be present on site for us to make a deal. Alter all this communication i drove that far and was then told that the price is now higher. VERY Disappointed on how i was treated. A dealership is represented by how they treat their customers but they clearly dont care about their customer service.

Avoid this dealership. - steve.kurtzman

Avoid this dealership. I bought a used Tesla. Needed the wheels replaced. They replaced the wheels with defective studs/lugs. The wheel literally almost fell off. Also, I paid cash for the car and I still do not have the title or plates after 2 months. No one takes responsibility for no one communicates. I have been trying unsuccessfully for the last 6 weeks to get someone to get me the title and plates. No one helps. I will never do business with this dealership again. Extremely disappointing.
