Never felt like I was being pushed to buy a car, not a single moment. All the staff gave authentic opinions and it made us a lot easier to make decision. Happy to be their customer. Gillian Barnes was awesome! She is vey sweet and not pushy trying to sell a vehicle like what I had experienced in the past with other salesman. Love that she took her time to sit in my car and set up all the features for me so I don't have to do it on my own. I never had that kind of assistant when I bought any cars in the past. She also offered to be available to answer any questions anytime regarding my car if I don't want to read the owner manual. If that is not exceptional service then I don't know what it is. Since 2006, I've owned Acuras and have been going to the same dealer for both sales and service. I began leasing in 2016 with the help of Daniel Michelena, who is a joy to work with. He is extremely pleasant, attentive, and helpful. My service tech Saili Triana is wonderful and and I hope she remains there while I continue leasing at Esserman Acura. I have always found the waiting area to be clean and comfortable as well as stocked with refreshments for clients. Another fantastic service visit on Monday 26 July 2021. This time it was a 4 wheel alignment n a check of the transmission for a service bulletin for hard shifts. Found out some dealer previously had over filled the tranny. Scanlon service department removed excess fluid and now my car shifts smooth as it is designed. Very impressed once again with their service personal. Clay Kvetko was my advisor this time and as expected was awesome. I just can't imagine going to any other dealership for my service needs.

Name is Mr. & Mrs. Barrios, we leave a 1 star because we are not allowed by this platform to leave a BIG Zero. Mr. Wesley Skyers sold us a car by lying to us. The car had transmission problems confirmed by Pembroke Pines Acura Service Manager where we had to take the car for continuing skipping gears as we told Wesly and he insisted it was the brand new brakes they had installed which in any case he never showed us the service report of the new brakes installed. Wesley and the Manager Debra Canter said Pembroke Pines Service Manager were lying to us about the transmission problem. The car was bought CASH, and Debra Canter said she was not going to refund our monies. Nevertheless, Miami Acura is blaming on Pembroke Pines and Acura Headquarters for letting us know Miami Acura should have not have sold us the car in such condition.

My wife and I took advantage of an accelerated lease renewal on a RDX yesterday and it went very well, much better than I thought it would. Salesman Connor Ryan and finance manager Gene Watson were courteous, informative, patient and very knowledgeable. They made the transition from our leased 2019 RDX vehicle to a 2021 a pleasure and non taxing on our nerves. I complement the Acura dealership for employing two top notched representatives. This is my second RDX and may not be our last.

TRUST THE REVIEWS. THIS DEALER IS PETTY, VINDICTIVE, AND DOES NOT FOLLOW FLORIDA LAW DESIGNED TO PROTECT CONSUMERS FROM DECEPTIVE PRACTICES. I placed a deposit for a vehicle on their manifest that would arrive 6 weeks later. I would later find out that they did not provide all the information required under Florida law to legally collect any deposit the car (purchase order, or written receipt detailing if the deposit is refundable, how long car would be held, etc.) A month later, I attempted to notify the salesperson, Nick Watson, through three different channels (the number he texts through their dealer CRM, his personal cell phone, and finally his work email) that I needed a car sooner, and could not complete the purchase of that vehicle and requested my deposit back. I received no response from him. After 5 days of no returned emails, texts, or calls, I show up to the dealer, finally get my deposit back, only to find out days later that they went ahead and ran my credit after they refunded me, a full 5 days after I first notified them that we wouldn’t be completing the purchase. Lesson learned. Trust the reviews. This dealership’s practices embody every negative stereotype car dealerships are known for. Find another Acura dealer with better prices and honest practices.
