Davis Acura does everything right. Kerry is the person to talk with if you want to buy an Acura. Highly professional, knows everything about all the models, very low-key, explained everything concisely but thoroughly, and was just so easy to work with. I recently sent a message to your online sales group in regards to the status of a car listed. I was called and told it was indeed in stock. I also received an email and Text. That was great.
I liked the response. I replied to the sales person via text because i was at work and gave him the numbers that i needed to be at. They then sent me the paperwork to complete digitally. I completed that. I was then told they would be able to meet the numbers that i had given them. So I made the 2 hour trip down to pick up the car. I came in and the process was smooth until we got to the numbers. They were no where near what we had discussed.
After completing the purchase that evening i drove the car home. While driving the car home i noticed a major safety issue. the right headlight was not lighting a portion of the road. The front collision sensor was false alerting and even triggered the breaks to cut on abruptly. The dealership was closed so i couldn’t turn around. It was 10pm. There were some other more minor issues that should have been addressed by your certified and multi point inspections. The emblems were falling off the back. The seat has a metal bar right at the part that your leg bends over. The rear speaker is blown. The rear seat belt clip is on the driver side is almost under the seat. I was able to pull recent service history and was able to find that the seat was pulled to replace the fuel pump. The seat belts were never pulled back through the seat when it was reinstalled. The rear passenger door would not open from the inside. The light behind the auto ac button is out or the auto option for the AC has quit working. All of this is occurring on a 2019 Acura TLX A-Spec with 7k miles on it. This car was originally sold as new at this dealership and then returned and resold to me as a certified car. I am beginning to think that it was a bought back lemon.
I called your dealership the next day and they told me to take it to my local dealer. I was okay with that as i did not want to drive another 4 hours to deal with them.
I took it to my local Acura dealer. They were upset that I had brought them this train wreck of a vehicle. The first thing they asked me was why don’t i take it back to them. They never did the certified inspection.
I have called and tried to talk with the manager. He was rude and condescending.Called me a liar. I have the service repair order to prove they sent me home in an unsafe car.
I would not suggest buying a used car from them.

To Respond to your response on yelp and google. I WILL SAY IT AGAIN! YOU did not represent the vehicle correctly and even David (Used Car Manager) admitted to my face it should be wholesaled. I signed an as is on the car due to YOUR inspection of what needed to be done. Not the $7k worth of work you failed to mention. Oh and the rear brake pads you said were at 2mm were at 7mm. I am becoming a tech... however that makes it even worse that you guys did what you did, Here is my question I trusted you to be upfront as fair as any needed repairs... you failed. So would you have done this to your wife that drives your kids around in said vehicle? Yeah im sure you would.
I’ve been holding off on writing this review to see if MANAGEMENT would ever have the decency to return my call (Eventually they did). Be very VERY Leary when buying a USED vehicle from these crooks. So here’s how it all went down. I had called on a 2006 Toyota 4Runner after a call with Andrew Kenimer he ended up bringing it to me because my other car broke down. He called his boss who ended up running my credit as my mother was helping me pay for the vehicle. I was hesitant to do so as I knew we would work a way to get the money to them (which we did of course) so wasn’t too happy about that. Well after I was able to get my car towed I walked down the street and had a back pack on to come give the vehicle a test drive. It needed some work (or the work they said it needed) wasn’t horrible so I said I would come back. (Here’s the best part I guess the showroom floor was talking about me saying I looked like a mess and wouldn’t be back) jokes on them. So here’s where it gets worse. They had a list with a few things that were wrong with the vehicle. Well they weren’t horrible but had to take care of them. They wanted $968 for two hub bearings when the left was already replaced. Replaced other side for $350. Trying to squeeze more money out of me. I don’t think so! So after a week goes by my front brakes start squeaking. Time for pads I suppose. As well as when I hit the brakes over 50 steering wheel violently shakes. I get under the 4Runner and realize both boots on the steering rack are severely torn and the rack itself is not stable. They have charged me almost $11k out the door for a vehicle that’s worth $7000 at best. What a waste. Here’s where it gets even better. Having it 2 and a half weeks realized something was wrong. Took it to Toyota to have an inspection done and they came back with $7k worth of work. That was NOT DISCLOSED!!! What a horrible experience. Please don’t do what I did I am going to regret this for year. Oh and Andrew and Kyle Clements, David, and any of the other managers since you sell horrible vehicles. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Bought s brand new 2020 car and has lots of mechanical issues and I wasn't even offered as a courtesy a loaner car. Was told they will get back to me when parts arrive. Again a BRAND NEW CAR, with mechanical issues!!!! I was brushed off and sent my way. After reporting to corporate, I get a call from sales manager.....she didn't have a clue about my case. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY HERE.
