Great car buying experience, going in to a dealership for the first time I didn’t know what to expect. Nicholas greeted my girlfriend and me out front and was a great help throughout the process. Very understanding, patient, and engaging. We told him what we were looking for and he helped make it happen. Aside from the experience we absolutely love the car, it checked all of our boxes and had even more to it than we were expecting. The color is perfect, it handles great, gets up and goes when you need it to, brakes are super responsive, just enough room to take it on long trips, and the mpg is insane. Thank you Nicholas!

I arrived at the dealership check in lane for my ACURA to be serviced, and was immediately greeted and checked in. Their waiting area is exemplary. Very wide, open very well lit and windows to the outside also sofas, comfortable chairs some small tables with seats next to each one if you wanted to have a snack or read a book or whatever you had a choice. They also have quite a few desks with chairs, not huge desks that you would have in your own home obviously, but they are personalized so should I say privatized so that you feel that you are working alone there. One of the employees who happen to pass by while you were sitting if you were looking up, they would not smile say hello. Everyone was very welcoming. That entire waiting area as well as the ladies room were immaculate, and they are constantly going through and making sure of that it is maintained. The customer service representative who was the liaison between me and the technicians was Zeek. A friendly, professional, welcoming, informative, and all around good natured individual who made my visit there a relaxed one. I truly appreciate his expertise and look forward to having him as representative to me in the future.

Steven made the process straightforward, offering helpful and realistic guidance every step of the way. I would highly recommend him to anyone searching for a vehicle. I will also add that Sebastian in finance was very helpful as well. The only minor feedback I have to provide is the detailing completed before delivery as there were a few minor areas missed (rear cup holders in 3rd row, toothpick under 2nd row).

Avoid this dealership. I bought a used Tesla. Needed the wheels replaced. They replaced the wheels with defective studs/lugs. The wheel literally almost fell off. Also, I paid cash for the car and I still do not have the title or plates after 2 months. No one takes responsibility for no one communicates. I have been trying unsuccessfully for the last 6 weeks to get someone to get me the title and plates. No one helps. I will never do business with this dealership again. Extremely disappointing.

Avoid going to this dealership. These guys are not honest. Specially the salesman Ben - Bahman Pishgou. He list the cars from dealserhip on his facebook account for less money and when you call him he does not mention anything and ask you to come to dealership to make the deal.. I found a car on his facebook page and asked him about it and he made me come to the dealership. I drove an hour to get to the dealership and as i was about to get there he texted me telling me that the car is over 50k now , and then i called him on it telling him that i can buy a brand new one for that price so he said go buy new and hung up on me. Not only that but before all this, i spoke with internet manager Adrian Perez and he told me the price too over the phone and told me oh we do work with our customers but you have to be present on site for us to make a deal. Alter all this communication i drove that far and was then told that the price is now higher. VERY Disappointed on how i was treated. A dealership is represented by how they treat their customers but they clearly dont care about their customer service.
