We have been a customer of TonyBellomio’s and Proctor Acura since 2006. We have purchased several MDXs and a TL from them. The MDX is the only vehicle we have ever purchased in 45 years of marriage and lots of vehicle purchases that we have consistently come back to purchase. This last year has been very difficult as my husband has dementia and Tony and Myron worked with me through some very difficult issues resulting from his illness. I want to thank Mike Leyden for being a straight forward and personable sales rep! My husband and I went in to look at a Red 2017 certified TLX that I had researched. I called the day before and spoke with Mike. He checked the lot to be 100% sure that the vehicle was still on the lot and it was. We were coming from over 2 hours away to see some cars in that area. We set an appointment for the next day for us to test drive this particular vehicle. We arrived the next day and drove the car. I liked it very much but my husband still wanted to do our due diligence and look at a few other cars at other dealerships. Before we left, Mike got us the final cost of the vehicle and let us know what our financing options would be if we went through them. (We were preapproved with our own bank but wanted to see if we could do better.) My husband and I also had another vehicle in our sights at a competing dealership. We did not have a good experience at this other dealership but that is another review entirely. Anyway, after considering our options I really wanted the Red TLX at Phil Smith Acura. I called Mike and let him know that we were coming back to close the deal. When we arrived Mike set us up with Mark Isaia the financial Manager and we closed the deal. Everything went smoothly and I got to drive home in my new car the very same day! I want to thank Mike Leyden for being patient with us during this process and please if you go into Phil Smith Acura ask for Mike. He was very straight forward and honest with us and worked to get us the best deal possible. I LOVE MY NEW CAR! Also a private message for Mike if he sees this review; GO PATS!!!

Service Department Is The Worst (Charles Cintron)!!! I brought my vehicle to Fountain because there was a knock in the engine, but it was going to be covered under warranty. Warranty cover rental up to 10 days, they took 20 days to fix it because they were down one mechanic and wanted to split the difference on the additional 10 days which means we would split $449 which means I would have to come out of pocket for $229.50 in addition to my $200 deductible. After battle is out with the GM John, we agreed I would pay 1 day rental of $38, plus the $200 deductible which I had to pay anyway. A month later they charged my credit for $229.20 to pay for half of the overages due to their fault. I am in the process of disputing now. Fountain GMC you suck!!! I am writing to the BBB and I have everything documented, along with the warranty company's timeline which corroborates with everything I said.

My first experience with my local Acura Dealer.
I bought my 2010 Honda Pilot 3.5L EXL from Treasure coast Acura with a brand new 100 month Acura battery. The battery is just over 36-months old, by the build data sticker 11-14. The battery seams to have gone bad. I called in to bring it in to have it tested. Talked with the parts department and they directed me to the service department for some reason, after describing my problem.
When I was transferred to the service department and talked to Spiro. I asked to get instructions on how and when to bring it in. They asked where the battery was purchase from and what vehicle it was on and he promptly told me that we don't have Honda Pilot parts, we are a Acura dealer. Then made the example that you do not go to Apple store for Android parts. We do not have Honda parts here. It must be his first day.
Bottom line is if you don't have a Acura, even if it is the main manufacture of the vehicle HONDA, don't ask these guys to do anything..

Bought a new MDX a couple of years ago and had an ok experience from this dealership. Our salesperson was great.
Contacted same salesperson at same dealership. Worked deal for trade-in and agreed on number for the car we were wanting to purchase. Got financed through my own bank. Even gave deposit to salesperson.
At 6:30 pm (was supposed to pick up car next morning at 10:30 -I live a couple hours away from dealership) was contacted by salesperson to say the dealer sold the car we already put a deposit on to a different person because they made more money with the other deal.
ACURA DOES NOT STAND FOR ACCURATE - Dr Dee
Had rear view camera replaced since it had minimal color on screen.Anything green was brown, etc. Received the Acura back with same problem. Fountain Acura's response was bring it back in so it can be compared to another new vehicle of same model. Wow, what a solution? Does that mean if other vehicle is free of problem I can keep new vehicle or they swap out the system and another new car buyer gets screwed? Before buying an Acura TLX "Google" the vehicle and you will change your mind on selection.
