I have been shopping for a car for over a year. To find the car I wanted in my budget wasn't easy. I was looking 3 different makes/models. One day while driving I saw the Acura TLX, and I loved the look. I actually test drove and almost bought the Audi A4, but in the back of my mind I wanted to try the TLX. Salesman Ron Comrie was amazing. He as not pushy and let me enjoy the experience of test droving the Acura ILX and the TLX. Fell in love with the TLX. Andrew was my service representative. He was extremely efficient and really had a way of diffusing my stress. On arrival to leave my car to replace the starter, we realized there was a nail in my back tire. He was very caring and helped me move items to the loaner then called me at every step of the way which I appreciated. He even let me use the fax machine. I couldn't have been more satisfied during what has been a very stressful period. Now I can drive to Tampa knowing that my car is reliable.

Friendly but incompetent - Pierre
Not only was my problem not fixed (and paid for in full) but the car was in worse shape after it left the garage. They created a drain on my battery. They claimed that the problem was the battery. I purchased a new Acura battery from them and a week later the new battery was dead again. They do not answer phone calls. Ten days with the new battery, the car cannot be boosted. I am still trying to get their attention with no success.

My first experience with my local Acura Dealer.
I bought my 2010 Honda Pilot 3.5L EXL from Treasure coast Acura with a brand new 100 month Acura battery. The battery is just over 36-months old, by the build data sticker 11-14. The battery seams to have gone bad. I called in to bring it in to have it tested. Talked with the parts department and they directed me to the service department for some reason, after describing my problem.
When I was transferred to the service department and talked to Spiro. I asked to get instructions on how and when to bring it in. They asked where the battery was purchase from and what vehicle it was on and he promptly told me that we don't have Honda Pilot parts, we are a Acura dealer. Then made the example that you do not go to Apple store for Android parts. We do not have Honda parts here. It must be his first day.
Bottom line is if you don't have a Acura, even if it is the main manufacture of the vehicle HONDA, don't ask these guys to do anything..
paid for an oil change service that was not done. - drigo29
iv'e taken my car to this dealership for 10+ years with no issues..took it in to inspect a noise coming from the front end and an oil change..i was told what the noise was and how much..it was way too much do i told them NOT to do anything but the oil change..
picked the car up the following day and said that the oil change was the only thing they did,so i paid for it..following day,i decided to check the oil dipstick and to my surprise,the oil was dirty/black..also checked the oil filter and it was old and dirty..who knows how long it's been there..
confronted them about it and they basically said it was a misunderstanding between serve and techs..smh..
now i'm wondering if any of the other services I've taken my car there for were actually done..they lost my trust and will never take my car there again..
if you take your car there for any kind of service,always make sure its done before you pay!!!

I will like to warn potential customers about the risks of trusting this dealership service department with your maintenance needs.
They are scammers that practice deceiving techniques. I was at the dealership for a simple oil-oil filter change and a four wheel alignment. The service advisor informed that the vehicle has a rear main engine seal leaking. He also added that the oil pump was leaking as well. He quoted $1,600 plus shop supplies and taxes. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. My garage kept 2006 Acura TL has only 55,000 and has been well maintained. We never observed evidence of any oil leak on our garage or drive way. I asked the service advisor if he could show me the leaks. There was oil on the undercarriage but I realized that the oil was new and not coming from the car. They had sprayed new oil over areas of the undercarriage to create the impression of a leak. I asked for them to clean up the areas and proceed with the oil change and wheel alignment. When I droved away $205 later I noticed the car was not aligned. I spoke with service dpt. manager Nestor Diaz whom disrespectfully denied what happened.
