There was an issue with warranty date that could of gone either way but, Michelle and Patrick resolved the issue. My car was ready in one day. It’s spring break and so I spent the day with my two and four-year-old grandsons. We were very busy at a museum and then I received a text from Buick and my car lit up that I had a low front tire. I happened to be in the neighborhood, so I stopped by my dealership on Sunrise Boulevard, and when the young man came out and saw the sleeping baby, he got three other men to come and very very quietly they fixed my tire, checked all the tires and my sensors. They even gave me a free car wash, which didn’t wake up the baby and delighted the 4 year old. I bought the Buick for its safety rating. I’m not a young grandma and I needed to know I had the best vehicle. I remember kindness, efficiency and smiles at a business , but I haven’t seen it for a while. KUDOS, to the gentlemen at Ed Morse Buick on Sunrise Blvd! Thank you.

I've been on the hunt for a used Yukon, low mileage, best price for about 6 months now and no one even came close to the price they gave me at Buick, GMC, Cadillac in Pensacola, Fl. Mr Pink went above and beyond to make my experience great and we worked out a deal in less than 2 hours basically over text message! The car was delivered to my house the following day. Purchased a truck from them 2 years ago and at the time of signing, Africa the sales person informed me there was an issue on car fax. She assured me it was for a front tire that hit a curb. I never buy vehicles with any dings on car fax but assured me it was just a wheel. I have the vehicle 2 years now and recently went to trade it in and was told it was in 2 accidents and had to be towed from scene! I was only furnished with 1 page of carfax showing the wheel. Now the vehicle is worth a lot less due to this, plus I was also informed it has a “potential odometer rollback”. This is the most deceitful dealership I have ever worked with. Please take your business elsewhere, you’ll be glad you did!!!

My most recent experience (getting an oil change and other routine maintenance) was similar to my previous experiences. I have found the service personnel to be prompt, courteous and accommodating, and helpful in ensuring my available coupons were used. The waiting area is pleasant with plenty of seating. This time after I left my check engine light came on. I called and came back an hour later, the issue was investigated and resolved. I was on my way in less than 20 minutes! Great service!

I just had my certified Enclave serviceman Dixie Buick and had a very good experience. They were quite busy, but the fresh chocolate chip cookies were a nice treat. The waiting area isn't plush, but there was a TV for those who were interested and besides the cookies there were vending machines and coffee available. My car was returned to me in clean order.

I took my car in for body repairs, as was suggested by the Toyota dealership. The original estimate was for less than $5000. Then it went up to $14,000 and ended up to be almost $20,000. I hit a pole in a parking lot, never even broke the headlight and the air bags did not go off, I was going about 10 mph. They sent it to a different mechanic who removed the engine so Bay could “fix the frame” and then the mechanic couldn’t figure out how to correctly reinstall it back. It sat in the parking lot for 3 months with the hood off where more damage to the engine was done. Bay argued with the mechanic about who was going to fix what and who was going to pay, and no work was done for months while the car sat there. They continued to lie to me about what was happening as to the repairs every week I called. The car took 6 months for the repair that was originally estimated to take 14 days. My insurance company finally sent someone to the shop to find out what was going on and discovered what was happening. Bay then had to send the car to the Toyota dealership to have the eigine fixed from all the damage done. It cost an extra $5000 which they passed along to the insurance company. The insurance company (AIG) say they’ve never had this happen where a company doesn’t get pre approval and just sends a bill for $5000. Bay refused to release the car until the insurance company paid in full. It sat there for a week while they came to a conclusion. Then Bay Body decided to take the car for a test drive the day we were headed there to pick it up and they found another problem. Fortunately they got it fixed, after I threw a fit. 6 months and $20,000 later we got the car back. My insurance company say if they’d known the final cost they would have totaled the car. They were horrible, they lied every time we called and ripped us off for thousands of dollars. They contracted a terrible mechanic and then didn’t want to stand by their decision. I recommend you don’t take you car there for anything!

You know, I’ve been at Conley’s several times, oil change, tire rotation, etc.. and they’ve been very good at what they do. However, this last time, I had an 10am appointment and they knew I would be waiting. They didn’t touch my vehicle until 12:30pm and were finished by 1pm. No apology, no nothing. Also, the “service manager” tried to upsell me on a full set of tires by showing me a little mud splatter on the side of the tire, and telling me it was dry rot. He must have been a “used car salesman” and put him in the service department because he couldn’t cut it anymore on the lot.

The engine light indicated it would slow down to 65 mph soon as we traveled north. We hurried to Sullivan’s which diagnosed faulty DEF tank. In 3 hours it was installed and we were on the road. Everyone was so kind and helpful.

I purchased pre-pandemic and got a car at a good price. The salesman didn’t know much about the car other than what was on the sticker. We did a test drive and then sat down to talk numbers. They paid off my trade-in which was fair. When the salesman came back with the numbers from finance, it was astronomical. I gave them the opportunity to be honest because you can easily look up the average interest-rate for your credit score and do an online calculator to find your payment. I asked to see the breakdown and simply let them know that the additional charges would not be paid by me. If they wanted to remove them, I would take the car. If not, I’ll leave. After much back-and-forth the manager finally said OK I got the car at the price I wanted. Can’t complain. It’s very simple by the car at the price you want. They either want to sell it or not.
