The greatest Acura Dealership! I cannot give enough stars for this stellar team. They went above and beyond to repair my vehicle after an unfortunate incident at another dealership. The service team, amazing technician, Steve and Service Manager Dennis Petersen made a commitment to investige the problem and worked tirelessly to correct it. The General Manager James Slezak was involved as he had heard what the other Acura Dealership in West Palm Beach had sabotaged my car. This was all done in a short term as they were committed to getting my vehicle back on the road. As i was walking through the sales department I was greeted professionally by Eric Bennett, He saw that service was slightly busy and offered to get my paperwork started. True Teamwork! And when i asked where the restrooms were, I was walked to them, not pointed in a direction.These are the small things that make a difference. These are the cleanest restrooms I have ever seen, Its worth the trip just to see them.
Coggin Acura even offered me a service loaner and explained they have valet service where they will come and pick up your Acura and drop off a service loaner. This is true service!

I had blown roof speakers in my 2020 RDX. Rick got it taken care of pretty quickly but
I nearly took a star off for having to call back after about four business days to check what the plan was. If I could, I'd give 4.5 stars. He was going to check into how the speakers could be removed. He did a great job once committed to the task. Two roof speakers were replaced at no charge and it only took a few minutes in the waiting room.

Horrible experience. Had my vehicle for 3 months and 3 days and you would think that Auto Nation Collision Center would communicate.................You think wrong. It was so bad, that I owned two (2) Porsches and upon getting my vehicle fixed and returned to me and immediately traded in my 2016 Porsche Cayman S with only 11,927 miles for an American manufacturer.
Every week I called after 1 1/2 months without car. Always a different story. Blame this, blame that, etc.....They never texted or e-mailed to tell me progress of vehicle.

I brought it to a different body shop and they wanted $5000 to fix the problems AutoNation created. my rear bumper which was replaced with a new one was GLUED onto the quarter panel. Allstate finial totaled out my car they said it was too expensive to fix the problems AutoNation created. I will never use or visit another AutoNation company.

Thanks to the genius service tech I was told I didn’t have any problems everything was fine. Sure didn’t seem fine when I couldn’t get in my car. Acura’s solution, carry both keys or unlock it manually. Glad I paid for the key replacement program. I guess I’ll have to lose the key to get any help. Poor service!!

I was informed that the master cylinder needed to be replaced and the service department had me stay overnight in Miami in order to replace the part. I drove the car to Gainesville on Monday, September 28, 2020 and on Wednesday, September 30, 2020, my car's traction light came on, my brake pedal is hard, and the car will not move.
When I called Miami Acura on Thursday, October 1, 2020, I was told by the service department that they are not responsible for the car. I then called again today, October 2, 2020 and was told that the current issue has nothing to do with the master cylinder repair that was performed on Monday, September 28, 2020.
