Jael is very knowledgeable and knows her job well. She's very friendly and personable and took the time to answer all of our questions. The process was easy for us and didn't take very long. Buyer beware! Stay away from Audi Clearwater! We purchased a 2023 Audi Q5 in February 2025 and have had the same problem since then. We brought the car in three times for service and they told me it was corrected. I met with David, the dealership manager and explained the situation to him. He said there will not be a fourth time we will trade! David went back on his word and we had to bring it back a fourth time. Now they tell me there's nothing wrong with the car. Don't trust David or service. They are incompetent.

I just want to inform you of our total displeasure with Wesley Chapel Honda. We purchased a Honda CRV on October 10th. We purchased this vehicle which had damage to the rear trunk and had small dents on the passenger side door as well as the passenger side rear panel. When we purchased this vehicle we were guaranteed that these damages will be fixed in a timely manner. We dropped the vehicle off on October 13th. Here we are November 3rd, and we still don't have our vehicle. Now I received the first payment due in November. This is no way to do business if I knew that it would take a month to fix the damage to this vehicle, we would have NEVER purchased this vehicle. Also you stated that we should receive the license plate in the mail. We have not received that either. Very disappointed with how Wesley Chapel Honda conducts business. I don't feel this falls on Ed Osbourne because he has tried his best for us to get our vehicle.

My overall would be a 4.5. I am only knocking off . 5 only because the physical buying process took such a long time. I thought we would have all the paperwork ready to go when we got there. Part of the time was us checking the car and doing a test drive, so I can't fault for that. But we got there at 5:30 and left at almost 10. However that being said, I would still go there again . I HIGHLY recommend James Foreman. I tried to deal with several dealerships all over the state and all they did was lead us on and play games. James was the opposite of that in the best way ever! He made sure that we were happy every step of the way. He did not play games sent us videos and a ton of pics and helps out our third party inspection service. If they could streamline the purchasing part of it, it would have been perfect. Honestly I would completely recommend them. Everyone we met was great to deal with and very helpful. Augustine the sales manager, BJ the finance manager, and of course James Foreman our salesman. Next time we are in the market for a car, despite the travel time, we will absolutely go back to Coggin.
