I just purchased a Nissan Pathfinder from Sandy Sansing Nissan in Pensacola, and it was hands-down one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. This is actually my second vehicle from Keith, and once again, he delivered exceptional service. Keith is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about finding the right fit for his customers. He took the time to understand what I needed in the Pathfinder and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Shawn is the best at what he does in business and more. I met him on Thursday and we closed on Saturday. He and the team made this as seamless as possible. I went to him first, he had the vehicle ready, we did the test drive then went to talk business. He gave me numbers then the next few days I did my due diligence. No one came close to what he offered so I went back and closed the deal. This was my best experience in my life buying a vehicle. I only wish I could buy a second vehicle from him with this one. It was a pleasure dealing with Wallace Volvo! The entire staff was very professional especially, Aaron Amador! If you need to purchase a car, you would not be disappointed with Aaron. Aaron went over and above, even calling us back on his day off to make sure that we had resolution to an issue. He is very helpful, patient and knowledgeable even though our purchase was a used Infinity. There was no high pressure to purchase the vehicle that we ended up getting. The service department did a beautiful job detailing the car to look as good a new! This dealership overall has integrity and that is what we look for when making a major purchase. We are very happy that we purchased our vehicle from Wallace because they are trust worthy and stand behind their cars!

Very cooperative prior to sale. Purchased 2024 Genesis GV80 at a fair price. Drove over 3 hours to pick up car. Everything was resolved before I got to dealership. I dealt with A.J. Borges and sales rep Devon. Waited at dealership over four hours to close deal and car detailed. When I got home, realized front mats were missing. Waited to Monday to talk to A.J. Advised he would check with detailing for mats. I called back later pm Monday. He advised detailing did not have mats. I asked him how were we going to resolve. The printed official vehicle description specifically showed “ carpeted floor mats”. He said that was for a new car and hung up on me. If you buy from Wallace Genesis make certain the car is exactly as described as they will not stand behind their representations.

Positive: This dealership had a nice quantity & quality of vehicles. It was clean and spacious. Vehicle pricing is top tier. Negative: Our experience was very frustrating and uncomfortable. We drove 5 hours to get to this dealership because we felt it would provide us with the best experience (per reviews) and deal (per research), yet it did not. 1. Salesperson-Michael exhibited a subpar level of customer service. He was inattentive, unhelpful, and unprofessional. He was not welcoming and stayed on his phone texting/reading messages. He did not explain anything about the vehicle. When he pulled the vehicles up for us to look at them it was raining. He expected us to view them in the pouring rain. His excuse was there was no room under the overhang that customer view vehicles. Why, because another staff member's personal vehicle (per Michael's report- which was true Miata- tan cloth drop top) was parked under the overhang. My hubby drove us to the WAWA so we could be under an overhang and view the vehicle without continuing to get soaked. When we asked questions, Michael replied in an agreesive tone and his words were biting. I had enough and proceeded to let him know how his behavior was affecting our customer experience. 2. Now after signing the buyer's sheet is when we were informed that they had made a mistake with pricing due to sales tax. This now was increasing the price by approximately $2.5k. Not a cheap mistake. Mind you this was the 2nd buyer's sheet in approximately 3 weeks. You had my address and where I planned to register this vehicle at from the beginning. This was the final straw and we had to just walk away. We understand mistakes happen, but mixed with horrible customer service is a deal breaker for us. Would we have closed the deal with the mistake yes, but we refuse to give our hard earned money for poor customer service.

Having worked in the auto business, I am on to the gimmicks and tricks that dealers pull on customers. This is the most transparent and painless transaction I have had in Florida. A simple call to Ed Santiago to discuss a new lease and we drove away a few days later in our 2025 Outback. The car was nicely detailed and my wife loved the beautiful pearl white paint with ivory leather interior. The sales manager introduced himself (Eli Eid) and said he would do what it would take to make a deal. He was true to his word. I would highly recommend Subaru of Westley Chapel if you are looking for great experience. I hope the service department meets the same criteria and offers great service. Time will tell.

I took my Infinity QX80 in to get a diagnostic done after the check engine light came on for a p0174 code They supposedly fixed it and said it was good to go I paid them. 1200 miles later in another state I find out that the check engine lights back on for the exact same issue. I go to another dealership get a diagnostic and when I get home after 3 weeks because I needed to work they tell me that they're not going to rediagnose the car unless I pay them because another dealership tried to tell me that it was oil leaking on the wires to cause the problem
