I came in for an oil change but unfortunately I picked a day the dealership was short-staffed , the wait was going to be 90 minutes . I was going to have to come back another day.
I was about to leave when my service advisor who greeted me Everton Brown had a quick huddle with some others and said he could re-arrange some other work and get me out in 45 minutes.
I said great as I had some shopping to do across the way at Tractor Supply.
He also suggested some eating spots for lunch, which I did.
The timing was perfect , I had just finished my meal when he called to say my car was ready.
It was 45 minutes .

My vehicle was towed to this dealership at the beginning of July. It took two weeks to look at it, and another 4 to finish the work. Three days later the same problem recurred and it took another month to fix. No rental until I got Chrysler corporate involved. The service advisors routinely make bold claims ("it'll be fixed next week!", "I'll call you with an update", etc.). They don't follow through. Bottom line, you have to call over and over and over to reach the advisor. There is no accountability from the dealer for quality. I purchased my car from this place and will never do business with them again.

I can't seem to get the service department or the service manager to respond to me. Answering the phone and responding is important! I understand supply chain issues, but I don't understand why that is an excuse to not respond to customers. I just spent 30 minutes listening to a phone ring. I've left voicemail for both Stephanie and Doug, but have yet to hear back. My next step is a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and Chrysler Corporation. I'm certain the latter will result in being told that each dealership is independent and there is nothing they can do. Customer service and customer care appear to be nonexistent with this dealership. Caveat Emptor!

On Monday August 2, my husband and I drove from Savannah to look at a 2020 Honda Fit. This was a used vehicle with around 700 miles on it. Hakeem was our salesman. I repeatedly asked if they had the original window sticker. I was not told no, so I assumed he was trying to get it. The advertised price was $20,000 on Sunday. They ran my husband's credit, but were unable to offer us a reasonable rate, which was strange since his credit score is over 800. They offered 4.5%. We contacted our bank and got a rate of 2.6%. Our bank pointed out that the advertised price of the vehicle was actually $19,500, it had been lowered that morning. So we gave that offer to Hakeem to give to the finance guy. Hakeem came back and told us congrats and we had a deal. We then went to the office with the finance guy to sign the papers. He told us that he was suddenly able to beat our banks' rate and it would be 2.19. Why was that rate not initially offered?? I asked again about seeing the original sticker price, and was told they weren't able to get it. We wanted the car and went to sign the paperwork. Remember our agreed to offer was $19,500, as our bank informed us that was the selling price. The paperwork had the purchase price as $20,000. We pointed this out and the very rude manager basically proceeded to gaslight us and tell us that it was because our bank was going to charge "dealer fees", it was the same thing, we wouldn't really understand. We were convinced that we must be wrong due to him making us feel stupid for even asking. We buy the car, drive home, but still felt a bit off about the experience. Sure enough, when we get home, we see that the car we just paid $20,000 for was advertised at $19,500 on every car website, including theirs! We immediately emailed and explained the situation and asked for $500 back, since we were purposely overcharged. It has been 48 hours and have received no response or acknowledgement of our email.
Do not trust this business. They do not honor their advertised price or accepted offer and will play with your credit to do whatever deal is best for them.
Within 5 minutes of arriving home, I was able to get a copy of the window sticker via the internet. I'm sure they had it and tossed it since they were selling it for more that the original sticker price!
We gave this business the chance to do the right thing, they chose to rip us off instead. Buyer beware. This rude finance guy is not trying to help you. He overcharged us by $500 and considering my husband's credit score, hid rates that he qualified for, and then tried to flip it like he was doing is a favor. No response to our giving them the chance to make it right has prompted the need to post this review, the first of many thar I will post on every website I can to warn the public of their deceptive practices.

As a customer of Springfield Chrysler Auto Mart Inc. located at 1500 GA Highway 21 S Springfield, GA 31329 I flew to Savanah from NY to buy a Mercedes-benz Metris from them. At the time of checkout, they assured me that the car was in perfect technical condition and that their service department checked everything, after that I left GA for NY. After 6 hours of driving Check engine, ABS, prevention collision assist lights came on . I immediately stopped at the rest area and sent a message to the company manager and informed about what had happened. I asked him for help as I did not know what to do and asked why they sold me a car in poor technical condition, although they promised that the car had no problems. He told me that I was in charge of the car after she left their territory and could not do anything. And he suggested that I go to the nearest shop for repairs. Since it was Sunday I only found a small repair shop in NJ. They hooked up a computer and did computer diagnostics and found many problems. Then I was asked to pick up the car and cancel the car loan. Mr. Scott said he couldn't do it. Having not reached NY, I had to leave the car in NJ and go to NY by taxi, since further control of this car was not safe. I also told the dealer all this and asked to cancel the deal, but he again refused and offered that he could send it to the Mercedes-benz dealership for repairs. As a result, the car was sent for repair, which was estimated at $ 2231, for which I have to pay. It turns out that I bought a car for almost $ 30,000, issued a loan, and still have to pay for repairs without a car for 3 weeks. Considering my bad experience with this dealership, I would not advise anyone to buy a car from them. They deceived me that the car is in excellent technical condition and when signing the documents they hid that the car has many problems. If you do not want to have problems with your car, do not buy a car from this dealer.

Over a week of messages and phones calls with no results. I guess once you buy the truck they don't care about what you need.
