Customer service staff is very friendly and accommodating. Communication to the service team is good, but sometimes I feel it limits the scope of the issues. I know it is sometimes difficult to analyze all that could go wrong, but I feel with all the technology and experience that the technicians have they should be able to recognize patterns of repeated issues. Multiple return trips to the dealership are unpleasant. The customer is never happy about it. And being in Customer Service my whole career I know the Service agents are also uncomfortable seeing those repeat customers coming back in. I do appreciate all of the efforts that are given. I applaud all of the help they offer. All in all I am satisfied with Shottenkirk Chrysler Jeep.

Excellent experience from the beginning. We have worked with Jeffrey several times now and always easy and no pressure. Willing to work the deal over phone, text, email and show up for competition of paperwork. Even closing manager was very thorough and nice and we weren’t in dealership more than a few minutes it felt like. Fair price on trade and purchase price I believe. Super easy and thorough. Highly recommend.

My salesperson was Winyara Renfro. It was my first time having a female salesperson. She met us in the parking lot after hours and invited us to look at cars. I found a car and Miss Renfro went the extra mile and suggested we do a test drive. I appreciated her professionalism, friendliness and patience. She answered all of my questions. I told her I did want to make the purchase and it was getting late and that I would return the next day. I did return the next day. Miss Renfro met me at the door invited me in. The entire sales staff was warm and friendly. I did not get the sense of high pressure sales which is a big turn off to me. We discussed the price of the car and it was not nasty. Miss Renfro helped me complete my paperwork. She even told me how long and what to expect with finance. It was one of the best car experiences I have ever had. I even went so far and invited Miss Renfro to an event of mine so I can introduce her to other people who might be interested in purchasing a vehicle. I want them to exclusively work with Winyara Renfro.

Shane helpful and professional, and appreciate all the teams efforts. This was a routine servicing/oil change, and inspection to see if Recall applied to my 4XE. With the ongoing issues with Wranglers (wobble and hybrid recalls) Jeep corporate should supplement costs to dealers/service centers to provide free car washes or other small extras to frequent, long time customers to help improve overall JEEP satisfaction. Jeep sales are down - the recalls are damaging the brand! Love my Jeep (I have a 2000 Wrangler & 2023) but feel like corporate/production is failing on quality parts & product. Get the JEEP LOVE back!

Amazing dealership experience due to their warmth, friendly atmosphere, and honesty. Significantly better than my local luxury car dealers. I worked on my purchase with Brian Napper on the sales side and Brandon Wright on the management side. I apologize, I don't remember the finance gentleman's name as I only met him that day but he was equally easy to deal with and warm and cordial. I live in South Florida so these guys are quite a ways away at least a 6-hour drive. Nonetheless, I was treated with respect. I felt comfortable even before I got there based on my telephone and email discussions prior to arriving. Everything was as they said it would be. No last minute additions to the paperwork to try hustle for extra profit etc. In addition to that, they saved me quite a bit of money (about 6K compared to greedy local Florida dealers for a nicer car and the same trade in) compared to shopping locally. They gave me top dollar for my trade which is a recognition of the level of maintenance I consistently do to my vehicles. Getting great respect, honesty from dealer, and saving money are the ultimate hat trick. I would not hesitate even for a second before recommending them to others. I was honest and upfront about my needs with them, and they were honest and upfront about whether or not they could meet them. They met my needs and more. Hats off especially to Brian. They respected me, and they respected my wallet. It doesn't get any better than this.

We had researched a number of vehicles ahead of time on the lot and reached out to look at them. We talked to Corey and, when we got there, two of the ones I had been looking at were sold. There were two that were still on the lot. We drove a Willy's and a Rubicon. We went out the door paying less than the amount advertised (including with taxes, titles, and fees). We are a few weeks in and the vehicle has been satisfactory so far.
