From start to finish, everything was as described, there was no sales pressure, goofy sales seminar tactics, or silly dealership games...just a very professional environment that focused on me, the customer, and gave me the time needed to make an informed decision that worked for both parties. I highly recommend asking John Tiner for your sales representative. He was just the kind of guy you want to work with. Knowledgeable, helpful, genuine, professional...not a sales robot spewing a bunch of baloney.I am from out of state, 80 miles up the road in SC. I have made plenty of long trips over the years to various dealerships only to be disappointed and have it be a huge waste of time. Very few make the cut. Not so with Athens CRDJ and John Tiner. I have to give Oliver Espinosa in Finance a huge thumbs up too. It's hard to find a good salesman, even harder to find a good finance guy!! Give them the chance to earn your business. To start with the receptionist seems annoyed I'm trying to find out if there is any recalls on my 2023 Jeep Still seemed annoyed She said she doesn't see any recalls on it I asked how much a diagnostics is she said a diagnostics to find out what my Jeep is stuttering is $225 In hindsight 225 cost more than to replace all the spark plugs and spark plug wires and does not go towards any fixing Other places offer a $99 diagnostic fee I asked if I got a diagnostics at another place if I can take it to the Jeep dealership and have them fix what is wrong with it She said no they do not accept other places diagnostics so you can't just go to that dealership and request something to get fixed without paying $225 on top of what you know is wrong with it? For instance if I know that my Jeep needs spark plugs and spark plug wires which is spark plugs are about $20 each that's $80 for four new ones and the wires typically you can get them with it it'll cost about $150 all together for everything you mean to tell me that they're going to charge me an additional $225 to diagnose it on top of their labor and on top of the parts make that make sense Will not purchase any more Jeeps through here or send any family members to here Thanks for showing your colors Southern motors And let me be clear I took my 2015 Jeep here for a recall before Southern motors bought it out and had a way better experience to the previous ownership then just the simple phone call did. Extremely unimpressed

I know the first place i look when buying cars out of state is the reviews. So i want to say that i bought a 22 Nissan maxima in GA , from AR. Luis was my sales person he was so very helpful. He kept me up to date about everything and gave the best customer service. My car was delivered, they were also great and kind and gave 100% customer service. We have had the car about 2 weeks and haven’t had any problems! Our daughter loves it. Luis checked in on us after we received the car.

Would not recommend working with these people from service to sales, terrible experience. They are money hungry vultures that have no regard for the people they are working with. They care about making a sale and getting paid. Literally the worst customer service I’ve dealt with in my entire life. I work in a customer service oriented industry myself and I have more compassion and sense to make sure my customers are fully aware and taken care of even if that means additional work to include making a simple phone call or a verbal check when in person. Phone calls aren’t even something they know how to answer because again they don’t actually care about the customer so it makes sense that they wouldn’t bother to give someone a call. An 88% recommendation rate seems like an exaggerated lie to me because there’s no way people can think the people that work here are actually helpful. Thorsten Naperkowski had little to no regard for anything I had to say and instead continued to try to downplay. He barely was able to find the information related to my vehicle yet he’s a manager. If you can, go anywhere else but here.
