Let me say that Lucas Golden was very polite and was a very easy going person. When I walked into Kia, I wasn’t expecting much especially after my experience with Toyota. Lucas got my information, showed my dream car, work with me and my deposit of what I had on me, and even helped me find insurance to put the car. I am beyond grateful to have had him as a car dealership associate. Prior before me coming, Lucas called me every other day to check up on me and helped me understand the process more and more. Now, he has helped me get a car off the lot. Overall I give him a 5 out of a 5.

Mr. Kelvin Thornton was an amazing Car Salesman. I was struggling all over the place to trade in a van. I have been denied all over the place or I had to put down an extreme large amount of down payment. I thought that I was gonna get the same experience with Kia of LaGrange but Mr. Thornton did not quit and help me through all the process and now I am a proud owner of a 2018 Kia Soul. I was origionally in the market for a BMW, but being left with a sour taste from the lack of effort to work with me for the best deal and not to mention current Bmw reliability low reviews I took a walk in to Kia Auto Sport of Columbus at the last spur of the momment. I was met by Derrick Riley, and from the start I told him to give me the best price, out the door with no BS. "I help you, you help me". And he did. Within just a few hours, in time for lunch, I drove home in a new Kia Optima S, the first car I walked up to.
I am so glad I decided to give Kia of Columbus and Derrick a shot. Derrick worked to give me the best deal possible. Unlike like Bmw where they reached a point and wouldn't budge, even the finance rep Mr. Betts at Kia did his best. Derrick was involved in all aspects of the sale even helping connect ing my phone to the car's media system and ensuring my wife was happy with the car I chose as well. To this day when I have questions and call, he is there to answer them and takes his time. I played the game to test his professionalism, knowledge, patience and honesty. Well mannered, spoken and clean-cut. First good impressions are always important. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I'd recommend a Kia to anyone who is looking for a reliable, quality, good in value for your money, with a great warranty, car. No regrets up to this point.

We were under a time crunch after our vehicle got totaled. And we had been to several dealerships with either novice or aggressive/condescending sales people. Car shopping is frustrating under the best circumstances. We found a vehicle (2017 Kia Sedona) at a great price in their online inventory and I made an appointment for a test drive.
My wife and I were immediately impressed with our sales rep. Brian Hinson was so knowledgeable—he knew every feature of the van and was able to answer all our questions about warranties and financing. He was also attentive to our needs instead of trying to force us into a sale, a simple courtesy we had not seen elsewhere. He worked with us on some options like roof rack rails, and we had to push a little for a preferable interest rate (shop around for this first, kids). And we drove home very happy.
As we were finishing up, we realized that there was only one key. We were told that a replacement would cost about $175, so we figured it would be easiest to just pay out of pocket (we were ready to go home by now). It turns out it was actually going to cost twice that, but Brian stayed with it and ended up finding our original key and shipped it to us. It’s unlikely that that would happen to you, but I was impressed that he stuck with it and resolved the problem.
I hate car shopping, but this was one of the best experiences I’ve had.

The service department is AMAZING!
I broke down on I-95. Turns out my fuel pump went out. I originally had it towed to a local mechanic shop... that guy screwed everything up! He then drove it to mike Murphy Kia (keep in mind, it should have been towed)!
Thank goodness the service department wouldn’t let them drive it off the lot. Turns out, the first mechanic changed the wrong fuel pump, broke the fuel line...and then blamed it on a RAT!!!
Dan and the rest of the service department went above and beyond to get my vehicle up and running again. In fact, they told us they had to change an o-ring that the first mechanic broke/damaged... it was supposed to be in on Tuesday. My husband and I drove down that day, as it would only take a few minutes to fix/repair once the new part came in. Well the new part didn’t come in and we were 2.5 hours from home. Dan and his team graciously took apart another Sorento they had on the lot, so they could put it in m my car!
This dealership by far has the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with!

Service department is terrible. Every time I bring my car in for problems such as water in a light they do not fix it right the first time and I have to bring my car back. I live 45 minutes away and this happens every time I bring my car. I brought it 3 times for my sunroof, 2 times for one light with water in it and now I'm going to have to bring it back a second time for another light with water. It is a waste of time. Do your job right the first time! When you have a repeat customer that has had problems other times you should make sure that customer is ratified.

I was told that there was an 80,000 warranty on my vehicle, I purchased the vehicle with 46,*** miles on it. After reviewing my paper work I was charged $1,900 for the warranty that I was told was already on there. When I left the dealership I asked the finance manager after all was said and done how much I was paying for the vehicle, he said $17,000, when in reality it’s almost $23,000 so basically I bought a $13,300 vehicle and I’m paying $23,000 and my apr is only 8.6%.

I looked at the reviews and most of the bad ones focus on the service dept. This is another failure in that area. Maybe it is time to replace the people working in that area!
Make sure you verify everything they said they reported they did to carfax. My carfax stated Kia Carland did complete inspection on vehicle as well as replaced the engine air filter and the cabin filter. My wife and I loved the used 2015 Sonata we bought from them, after we got home with it I checked the engine and cabin filter and you could tell they were full of dirt and trash. I then took the car to my local Hyundai dealership and found out it had a busted cv axle. My dealership was not sure they would be able to cover it under warranty since it was just the boot that was busted, so it could cost up to $700. I notified Kia Carland and they told me they would only reimburse me what it would cost them to repair. Fortunately, my dealership(Autonation Hyundai of Columbus) was able to get the cv axle replaced under warranty so I no longer have to deal with Kia Carland.

Well what can I say about this company..... Best experience from beginning to end! Dina first off is an angel in all respects. She was like an old friend I was just catching up with and she is the only reason for me going to this dealership. I felt from the moment I spoke with her that she was in it to help me not about money. I will always be appreciative and ever so greatful for all she did to change my life for the greater good! No words can express my feelings about my new friend. I have never in my life been treated like a friend or family by a dealership. Not once did I feel like they were all about the money. From beginning to end I was greeted by smiling faces and everyone seemed to love being there. No sale or amount of money can make that happen or even make it show to strangers walking in the doors its something that just shows in people. To all the folks who helped make a miracle and sheer blessing come to life for me and my 7 yr old daughter THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS!!! I would recommend Evans Kia to anyone in the market for a new or used Kia. Hiram Smith was a pleasure to work with. His compassion through the whole process was so heart felt. We never felt rushed to make a decision that we weren't 100% comfortable with. From the test drive to showing me how to sync my phone and how all of the accessories worked Hiram was so understanding and treated us more like family. Jim Bignell in finance was very helpful as well regarding the extended warranty. Overall I would say this was the best car buying experience I have ever encountered and I would recommend that anyone in the market check out Kia of Evans and ask for Hiram.
