This was my first time buying a brand new vehicle on my own. I was nervous and cautious, but knew exactly what i wanted. I went into the dealership with pre-approval in hand worried that they would still run my credit through numerous(12) finance companies as the last dealer i had purchased a used car from did; Will assured me that he would not do that as i already gotten pre-approval on my own. He did ask permission to run through 1 specific company because they normally have better APR, he did that and went back to my company with a counter APR and they beat their APR. He never pressured me into anything or try to push something on me i didn't want or a payment i wasn't comfortable with( He didn't try to take advantage of the fact that i was a woman, as others might have done) and was very patient because i was nervous if i was doing the right thing (It's a big decision) and answered all my questions. I went home to think about it, he called and text me that night to see if there was any questions he could answer to help ease my mind. I went back the next day and got my car, he spent nearly an hour going over everything about the car and all the features, called again to make sure i was happy with my purchase.

I had a great experience with the Nalley Kia service department, despite the car problem that caused me to go there in the first place. I had an issue with my Sorento as I was traveling I-20, and had the car towed to Nalley. Tyler was my service associate and he did a great job of keeping me informed and up to date on the progress. The mechanics and staff are very knowledgeable, competent and honest. I would highly recommend Nally Kia to anyone needing service on their vehicle.

Just wanted to let people know I bought my 2015 Kia Sportage at the Kia Mall of Georgia. At 43000 miles on it and they told me that he had up to a hundred thousand mile warranty on the vehicle when I bought it. Even when I looked on their website and found this car it also stated up to a hundred thousand mile warranty on the vehicle. When I took it a few days ago I think it was Wednesday. About the timing cover leaking oil they told me that I had no more warranty on the car. That's a warranty only went up to 60,000 miles. That is not what I was told when I bought the car. I felt like they did not tell me the truth so I will never go back to the Kia dealership again.

Went in 10 am to get quote on showroom Kia Soul went back with quote 12 noon same day manager came to me an said it would cost $2 thousand more to buy the showroom car. I showed him the written quote from sales manager, he would NOT honor there own quote less than two hrs. old. I had already called wife to tell her I was buying the car for her. I have called Kia consumer affairs. They can do nothing except call dealership. Buyers beware they will also try to keep factory incentives and the Mil. Discount.will try to hide it in the internet price.

He stayed in contact with me and when I came into the dealership...he made me feel like I was a VIP customer. This is an update.
I was told my vehicle would be done in four hours but wound up waiting 11. What's more I provided a kit I bought since I was planning to do the job myself and I had on hand all the belts and parts recommended. The kit was in my van and I told the service personnel that the kit was there so they would use it.
My kit was not in my vehicle when I received it but upon inspection the belts that I can see are not new. It makes me wonder if they used any of the other parts, except, perhaps, the timing belt. I don't believe the water pump was replace because there is no sign that the liquid in the radiator was changed or touched in any way.
These people are not honest and I will see if I can place a complain in the Better Business Bureau. I need to find out if they did not do as was agreed since I want to make sure that if anything happens to my vehicle, they are responsible.

On 10/10/2019, I purchased a used 2019 Kia Sportage that their online ad stated came equipped with Android Auto. I drove the car home that night and tried to get my phone connected to the Android Auto, but I couldn't get it to work. I'd never used Android Auto, so I thought I just didn't know how to do it. I took the car back to the dealership the next day to get Eddie to help me getting the Android Auto working, and he takes one look at my dash and says it doesn't have Android Auto. I show him their online ad, which was still up, and he saw clearly that it stated the car was listed as having the Android Auto. He suggested I reach out to Kia Corporate. So back and forth with the dealership and Kia Corp, and the dealership finally suggested that the best they could do was buy my car back and "offer" me a different car that DOES have Android Auto. Of course, that car would cost more, "Android Auto's not free" they say. But the car I bought for $XX,XXX was supposed to already HAVE Android Auto. This is a classic example of deceptive business practices and FALSE ADVERTISING, which is illegal. On Atlanta West's website, the owner claims to run a "transparent business with integrity". THAT'S A LIE. I've looked at their other used cars online, and there are others that claim to be equipped with Android Auto and they have the same radio unit that mine has in it. This shows CONSISTENT UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR. This is not a one-off mistake! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I would recommend Evans Kia to anyone in the market for a new or used Kia. Hiram Smith was a pleasure to work with. His compassion through the whole process was so heart felt. We never felt rushed to make a decision that we weren't 100% comfortable with. From the test drive to showing me how to sync my phone and how all of the accessories worked Hiram was so understanding and treated us more like family. Jim Bignell in finance was very helpful as well regarding the extended warranty. Overall I would say this was the best car buying experience I have ever encountered and I would recommend that anyone in the market check out Kia of Evans and ask for Hiram.
Don't' trust what they report to CarFax - Mmay1588
I looked at the reviews and most of the bad ones focus on the service dept. This is another failure in that area. Maybe it is time to replace the people working in that area!
Make sure you verify everything they said they reported they did to carfax. My carfax stated Kia Carland did complete inspection on vehicle as well as replaced the engine air filter and the cabin filter. My wife and I loved the used 2015 Sonata we bought from them, after we got home with it I checked the engine and cabin filter and you could tell they were full of dirt and trash. I then took the car to my local Hyundai dealership and found out it had a busted cv axle. My dealership was not sure they would be able to cover it under warranty since it was just the boot that was busted, so it could cost up to $700. I notified Kia Carland and they told me they would only reimburse me what it would cost them to repair. Fortunately, my dealership(Autonation Hyundai of Columbus) was able to get the cv axle replaced under warranty so I no longer have to deal with Kia Carland.
