The paperwork showed 32 all the way around but that was not the case.
Now i have been standing here 15 minutes and i will have to ask for my key back because it is taking too long.
They also need to improve the professionalism of the two ladies who help in the area. Very loud more interested in food and the weekend than customers.

Don’t bother with Langdale Kia if you need something done. I took my car the 2nd week of May for the AC not blowing cool air. They said it was a day and a half job. A WEEK GOES BY because they never diagnosed it correct in the first place and they had to keep ordering parts. I go to pick it up finally after it’s “fixed”. I pick it up just to see hand prints on the windshield, my dash screen is frozen, my stereo randomly goes black, airbag don’t work, horn don’t work, steering wheel buttons don’t work, to drive straight i have to have the wheel turned sideways, passenger sit is broke. Also why was anyone touching that if my AC needed fixing. Needless to say jeff was never helpful and was rude any given time me and my mother walked through the door. UNTIL he realized i took my car up there for the AC to get fixed and it came back with 7 additional issues. Then he wanted to be nice because he realized this is a huge problem. I took it back up there yesterday for this all to get fixed once and for all. Jeff calls my mom and says everything is fixed beside one thing. So we go pick it up and NOTHING IS FIXED. Matter of a fact I have ANOTHER dash light on! The first picture of my steering wheel you can see i only have one light on, on my dash. The second steering will picture you see the second one from today. I look over and realize Langdale Kia needs to give there mechanics longer lunch breaks because there eating french friends in my car. Now them saying my car was ready and finding more problems again and fries in my passenger seat is a JOKE!!!! Never take your car here, it will not leave the log the same!

I brought my car in 5 times between June of 2021 and January of 2022 due to a check engine light. I was told that it was the starter & battery, then it was a "false error", then "they couldn't look at my car on a Saturday because there was no mechanic", then it was the temperature gauge, and finally it was
the head gasket.
It took A MONTH for them to diagnose the issues with my car. They assured me that the head gasket repair was covered by my warranty and that I would only have to wait a few weeks to get the parts in.
When I called for a status update three weeks later, somehow the issue became the fault of a car accident that happened EIGHT MONTHS PRIOR; not only was it now the head gasket AND engine damage, but the car "wouldn't start" (even though I'd driven it TO the dealership), and it "voided my warranty". They wanted NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS to repair my car.
I got my insurance company involved, and it took them six weeks and THREE in-person visits (one from me, and two from the insurance company/their affiliates) to get my insurance company the paperwork they needed.
After SIX MONTHS, my car is still not repaired, and it has been a living xxxx. They didn't offer me a loaner or a rental. My car has been towed to me because they threatened to have it impounded and considered abandoned. Somehow all of this is due to a faulty replacement part (although the parts manufacturer has found no issues with the part after three rounds of testing...) In reality, this Kia just doesn't want to be held responsible for the damage to my car that they somehow couldn't prevent with FIVE TRIPS to the dealership.
The cherry on top? I'M STILL MAKING PAYMENTS ON THIS CAR BECAUSE I BOUGHT IT BRAND NEW. Please avoid this dealership at ALL costs. They're not worth the literal panic attacks!

Went in with my fella and we had already been pre qualified with our bank. Was not given the opportunity to even consider making a deal. We even suggested lowering our standards on car type, mileage etc. Still a no go, plus they came back with almost a $1,000 a month payment. What a joke?! Sent me a letter which is the main reason I had even considered doin a trade with the Kia we already had and was happy with. The letter offered $15k for our trade plus $1,500 towards an upgrade. Dealer offered $10k and wouldn't even consider $0 down. Our credit isn't that bad and income is semi standard. Anyways after wasting our time at this dealership we discovered a very nice Buick. Went on down to Alpharetta and within 2 hours we were on the road with an upgraded vehicle! To top it off $0 down, $12,500k on trade and payment within our budget. Didn't even have to put my fella on, I was approved on my own! Just thought I would share my experience since both times I have been to Calavan Kia I left with a bad taste in my mouth. Service was slow took 8hrs one day for a simple oil change, tire rotation and detail and they didn't even detail properly. Now sales left us with no deal. If your considering a trade or low monthly payments and have mediocre credit, no money down etc. Go else where because they won't even work with you here...Your loss Calavan Kia.

After 3 months appointment I went the dealer one of the advisor ask me about my car problem . I already told my complaints the person who setup my appointment ,but I repeat my car problem then she said no we don’t accept about engine problem.I keep telling her I was waiting for 3 months for this issue otherwise why don’t reject the first day of setup appointment, then she contact me with the service manager but he is very disappointing me “he side that you never spend a penny,” so that I really regret the day bought Kia . The vehicle has no service!!!

My Optima was losing power while I was driving. I looked under the hood and the battery cable was loose. I had someone tighten and try to give a jump but it still wouldn't start. I was 2 min from the Ed Voyles Kia - Smyrna dealership so I had it towed there. I waited until I was finally helped by one of their reps in the repair department. The rep told me it would be 14-21 business days before they could get to my car to even diagnose the problem. The rep also told me that there were multiple recalls on my car. I'm thinking because it's the dealership it would be fine. They had my car from April 8, 2022 - May 15, 2022. Fast forward to Wednesday, June 15, 2022 the car wasn't driving like it used to. It felt very different. The car stopped while my daughter was driving. It sat for a little while and was able to start so she drove it home. I checked the oil because of how it sounded and the dipstick was bone dry. No oil AT ALL! I thought that maybe the technician forgot to put oil in and bought 4 quarts of oil. The car took 3 of them. I called to speak to the manager of the repair department and was told he wouldn't be back until next week and left my name and number for him to call me back. After I added the oil my car drove perfect. I let my daughter drive and it broke down again on Saturday, June 18, 2022. This time you can clearly see there is oil all around the car. When she tried starting the car it was ticking and putting out black smoke. They had to have forgotten to tighten the oil plug. Now my car's engine is blown. I wish I had known that this dealership was known for doing bad work. I never would have left my car with them and would have had it towed somewhere else.

I own a 2021 Kia Soul. On June 13th I had my vehicle towed into Jeff Smith because my check engine light came on and engine started vibrating. Before towing it in I spoke with a tech from Jeff Smith about the issue and they said the soonest diagnostic appointment was June 27th but to go ahead and have it towed in and they would try to work it in sooner and handle any recalls. Kia corporate was also involved with this conversation due to delay in appointment and dealer not offering loaner, so I had to pay for a rental and submit for possible reimbursement. 3 days later I received a call from Jeff Smith saying my car was ready to be picked up. All recalls were completed. I asked if the recalls being fixed also fixed whatever was causing the engine vibration and was the check engine light now off? The employee stated that the check engine light was still on. I replied that the vehicle wasn’t ready to be picked up then and would still need to be diagnosed on the 27th because it obviously wasn’t fixed. On June 29th I called to follow up on appointment and was advised that my vehicle had been ready for pickup after recalls were complete. That there was no record of an appointment for the 27th that they were told by the tow truck driver it was brought in for recalls. Remind you both myself and kia corporate spoke with them to set the diagnostic appointment. For the check engine light not the recalls. So I was advised they would get too it as soon as possible …they were short staffed. Fast forward to July 27th I received a call that my vehicle was ready. That upon diagnostic there was no check engine light on therefore nothing to check. They had my car 6 weeks. During this time, they were never apologetic for the delays or confusion, never offered a loaner, and rude when I would call. I get there to pick up my car and the information on my paperwork is incorrect they had some random person’s address listed as mine. After having to request it be corrected, they handed me the keys and said have a good day. I had to ask where the car was before they even offered to get it. So now I have paid for a rental for 6 weeks for Jeff Smith to tell me my car has nothing wrong with it. So I’m left with a car still not fixed and out over $1500 for a rental while my car sat in their parking lot. First off I do not recommend buying a KIA! A year-old car shouldn’t need to be in the shop at all other than maintenance. Second, whatever you do , DO NOT take it to Jeff Smith! I have never been treated so badly by a company and after seeing the confusion and disorganization with the management and employees I can see why they had so many delays and issues!

Vehicle advertised was not what they had on lot. Doc prep fee is what dealer owner gets....highest in state. 899.99 on TOP of sale price. The "Hutchison Advantage" of 2799.00 is just road side assistance with VIN etched in discrete location in case of vehicle theft. Your insurance carrier provides that for less.
Car didn't even start for a test drive....and after jump starting, wouldn't start to even try the radio. Their financing is a joke....get a loan from the Gambino or Pelosi crime family first before trying them. Go somewhere else for a car....they sell auction bought base model vehicles with no power anything (manual window cranks and side mirrors) KIA Rio model in my case....for the high KBB value of a better equipped model. Truth is nice. I hate deceit. And deceit was all I got from this dealership.

I looked at the reviews and most of the bad ones focus on the service dept. This is another failure in that area. Maybe it is time to replace the people working in that area!
Make sure you verify everything they said they reported they did to carfax. My carfax stated Kia Carland did complete inspection on vehicle as well as replaced the engine air filter and the cabin filter. My wife and I loved the used 2015 Sonata we bought from them, after we got home with it I checked the engine and cabin filter and you could tell they were full of dirt and trash. I then took the car to my local Hyundai dealership and found out it had a busted cv axle. My dealership was not sure they would be able to cover it under warranty since it was just the boot that was busted, so it could cost up to $700. I notified Kia Carland and they told me they would only reimburse me what it would cost them to repair. Fortunately, my dealership(Autonation Hyundai of Columbus) was able to get the cv axle replaced under warranty so I no longer have to deal with Kia Carland.

Wow, first new car in 9 years (Kia K5 In-Line, premium pkg) Need to go to school to learn all the new technology and safety features. Justin was great help in jump starting me. Choose to finance with dealership because of rate. I don't have an "emergency fund' so wanted to protect my investment. Purchased Gap Insurance to protect against Total Loss over term of my lone. Kia has 60,000 bumbler-to-bumper warranty then Powertrain up to 100,000. I drive over 15,000/yr+ so purchased service contrast giving me bumper-to-bumper protection for 10 yrs/100,000. I now feel protected against unforeseen problems. I want service dept staff to know my vehicle so I"m sticking with Kia Atlanta South. Randy C

Do not do business with this dealership they ordered the wrong vehicle which I waited on for 7 months made no concessions, When I asked them to reorder my vehicle with the correct options. I asked them to do it at MSRP because I would have to wait 7-10 more months and a couple dealerships are still doing MSRP the GM said I suggest you take your business to them. Worst customer service I have ever heard of.
