First let me say that we came all the way from SC to visit this dealership. I was extremely happy to see an extremely diverse staff which was a breath of fresh air. I've never seen a sales staff work so quickly or be so accommodating. My nephew is 7 and autistic and was with me and there was plenty of room and safety precautions for him to be comfortable while I shopped. He absolutely loved the TV and courtesy computer. This was a huge help as car buying can be a lengthy task. I came to buy a used Hyundai with over 47k miles and left with a fully loaded 2022 Kia Sportage for only a few more thousand dollars. To say I'm super stoked is an understatement. It’s been years that I’ve been trying to find a vehicle that I love and many times I’ve found something however was super nervous about the buying purchase and often chickened out due to past bad experiences. So recently this Thursday I put in an inquiry for a Kia Sorento that was located at a different address. That same morning I received a friendly call from Mr. Chan Jones, his smooth, warm and inviting tone over the phone made me feel at ease and gave me the confidence to go ahead and start the buying process. I was approved!!! Amen Mr. Jones went out of his way to get the vehicle that I was interested in and brought it to his Lithonia location that was closer to me and more convenient. The car was even better in person. He made sure it was detailed and cleaned for me. Mr. Chan Jones was so polite, professional and caring for what I want and focused on helping me. This is the first time I’ve ever had such a smooth and amazing experience purchasing a vehicle. Do you like playing games? Do you like your time being wasted? Do you want to test drive vehicles that have been used with coins, candy wrappers and pens on the inside? Do you like being told a car is sold but it’s not? Well this is the car dealership for you. Brittany Moorer and Keith Shepard were the two I dealt with. Apparently, it matters who is asking if a car is available, even though it apparently sold.
Long story, came in to test drive in the morning after not being called back the day before. Brittany takes me out to the car and it has some sold sign on the dash and she makes a big deal “oh! It’s sold!” And pretends to fake being on the phone with someone. But then also proceeds to tell me to look at the car. Apparently some woman bought the car but didn’t put a down payment on it? Like that is legitimate or believable. Then, she didn’t really know much about the EV car, how to charge it or the difference between the 2021 or the 2020. We come back to the dealership and they can’t honor the price online. False advertising. And then they keep you around forever trying to tire you out and go back and forth with the finance manager. There wasn’t anyone else at the dealership. No clients other than me, so idk. I left. I apologized to Brittany because I did leave frustrated and rudely because I was tired of being played with. She told me the car sold later that day. But then when I email Keith, apparently it only matters that he tells me it depends on who I am. Uh. A potential customer Keith? Idk. Go to Jim Ellis or somewhere else. Ed Voyles Kia does nothing but lie and waste your time.

This service department is a JOKE!!! I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. Told me a bunch of lies making me think that they had fixed my car. Went to get in my car and the lights were still on. Gave me the run around. I ended up leaving my car for them to fix the issue. Got a call the next day saying that it would be 2 weeks before the part would be here and also what they told me they fixed the day before they didn't fix it and it would be 2 weeks before that part is in as well. The service guy rolled his eyes at me as I was talking to him. Huffed and puffed at me while trying to talk to him. Just gave me bogus info to try to get me out of there.

Was quoted $14360 for 2021 Soul LX. Did credit app and was denied. After talking to lenders, I found out Hutchinson had tried to get $18990 on the loan. No wonder I was denied, and glad I was. Seems this (padding the quoted price) is a common practice at Hutchinson Auto Group. It puts undue money in their pocket at the customer’s expense. This is dishonest and is no less than Theft by Deception. I’m so thankful the lenders turned me down because they prevented an unscrupulous dealer from ripping me off. Advice: Buy elsewhere.

I bought a Telluride from Teno at Ed Voyles Kia of Chamblee. It was the smoothest car purchase I have ever experienced. Everyone in my family and all my friends will be told what a great experience this was. Questions were answered, promises were kept and the whole process the day I bought my car was one and a half hours. My car is a dream and I can't say enough good about it. There is no other car on the rode I would rather drive. Teno is superior in his ability to explain the features, deliver on his promises and be available every step of the way.

I would recommend Evans Kia to anyone in the market for a new or used Kia. Hiram Smith was a pleasure to work with. His compassion through the whole process was so heart felt. We never felt rushed to make a decision that we weren't 100% comfortable with. From the test drive to showing me how to sync my phone and how all of the accessories worked Hiram was so understanding and treated us more like family. Jim Bignell in finance was very helpful as well regarding the extended warranty. Overall I would say this was the best car buying experience I have ever encountered and I would recommend that anyone in the market check out Kia of Evans and ask for Hiram.

My wife and I bought a 2021 Kia Rio for our daughter back in May. A week after buying the car we’ve had an issue where the car intermittently won’t start, it’ll turn over but won’t start. I don’t think we should have this issue with a brand new car. We’ve taken the car back to the dealership three times, all three times they haven’t been able to fix the issue. They’ve told us we need to bring the car in when the issue presents itself. Having to run back and forth to the dealership is extremely inconvenient and they don’t offer us a loaner vehicle or anything when we have to leave ours with the service department. I wouldn’t expect to be having problems with a brand new vehicle a week after purchasing it. I’m dissatisfied with this purchase and the way the dealership is handling our issue. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with purchasing a new automobile and I will never purchase another Kia or any vehicle for that matter from a Hutchinson dealership.

This is an update.
I was told my vehicle would be done in four hours but wound up waiting 11. What's more I provided a kit I bought since I was planning to do the job myself and I had on hand all the belts and parts recommended. The kit was in my van and I told the service personnel that the kit was there so they would use it.
My kit was not in my vehicle when I received it but upon inspection the belts that I can see are not new. It makes me wonder if they used any of the other parts, except, perhaps, the timing belt. I don't believe the water pump was replace because there is no sign that the liquid in the radiator was changed or touched in any way.
These people are not honest and I will see if I can place a complain in the Better Business Bureau. I need to find out if they did not do as was agreed since I want to make sure that if anything happens to my vehicle, they are responsible.

I looked at the reviews and most of the bad ones focus on the service dept. This is another failure in that area. Maybe it is time to replace the people working in that area!
Make sure you verify everything they said they reported they did to carfax. My carfax stated Kia Carland did complete inspection on vehicle as well as replaced the engine air filter and the cabin filter. My wife and I loved the used 2015 Sonata we bought from them, after we got home with it I checked the engine and cabin filter and you could tell they were full of dirt and trash. I then took the car to my local Hyundai dealership and found out it had a busted cv axle. My dealership was not sure they would be able to cover it under warranty since it was just the boot that was busted, so it could cost up to $700. I notified Kia Carland and they told me they would only reimburse me what it would cost them to repair. Fortunately, my dealership(Autonation Hyundai of Columbus) was able to get the cv axle replaced under warranty so I no longer have to deal with Kia Carland.
