The advisors assisted me immediately, they kept me informed and reviewed the work that was going to be performed. While I waited I was offered snacks and a family friendly movie to watch. My vehicle was ready when promised and Somona processed my paperwork in a timely fashion and she even escorted me to my vehicle that was cleaner than when I brought it in. My vehicle was serviced perfectly. I would definitely recommend ALM KIA service department.

I went in for a routine oil change, tire rotation and a few other concerns that required them keeping my car overnight. Eric arranged a loaner car and for the next 2 weeks they took excellent care of me- no hassle, no fuss. And to top it all off, because I was still under warranty, my costs were minimum. It was such an easy experience! As long as I have a KIA, I’ll always take it to Carriage!

Do not believe what they tell you. I'm ridding in a dangerous car! They refuse to fix it. I was told I had a 100,000 mile warrenty. Now that it's broken they say I have 60,000 mile because im a second owner and the car has 62,000. I love the car but i do not want to be killed driving it either over something that should be covered. I will never buy or recommend Jeff Smith Kia in Perry ever!! It looks like I'm going to need an attorney! It's an 2012 Kia Optima.

I had an appointment at 8 AM arrived at 7:45AM to fix the recall item. Was told it would be one hour to replace the item, at 9:50 service person said it would be a minute for me to go. At 10:10 I final left.
Would not honor warranty - Unhappy
I took my 2018 forte in due to low pressure light coming on. Car only has 7,000 miles. They tried to charge me $200 to replace the tire stem and sensor. Would not honor the 5 year 60,000 mile warranty. Had to drive back to lake city to Roundtree Moore where I purchased it to have it taken care of. I was headed out of town and had to spend an extra hour and a half driving because this dealership in Valdosta is incompetent and unwilling to fulfill the warranty. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!

As we all know sometimes car salesmen are not your favorite people. I must say, though, that Karee Carter is a cut above the rest. As a repeat customer I was prepared to leave if I did not think I was getting a fair shake. Though I am sometimes difficult to deal with, Karee stuck with me and made the sale, which was a good deal for both myself and Sons. Karee's pleasant manner made him an ideal person for me to work with. I think he should be recognized for showing professionalism and not being patronizing. Karee is a credit to this KIA store.

I went into the service department on a Saturday with no scheduled appointment already thinking that the dealership did something wrong.... This is what, I at least I read from the Internet.. I guess we cannot diagnose ourselves. Jeremy went right into action and was able to fix a simple problem that I thought was going to take days. I was out in less then 15 minutes. Jeremy is great and although I self diagnosed myself it is rest assured that people like Jeremy are around to not only keep us honest but also fix simple issues as an honest reliable service Representative. Thank you Jeremy! You saved our holiday weekend!.

Worst car buying experience ever. I have purchased over 30 cars in my lifetime and actually sold cars for 4 years and have never had such a experience.
GM is a good guy and gave me a good deal but after 5 1/2 hours in dealership the sales person delivered the car to my wife in the pouring rain and didn’t have a clue about how to deliver the car and show new features. She recruited a experienced salesmen to help but he couldn’t get CarPlay to work either. I was charged incorrectly for state taxes. Just a sloppy experience.

I looked at the reviews and most of the bad ones focus on the service dept. This is another failure in that area. Maybe it is time to replace the people working in that area!
Make sure you verify everything they said they reported they did to carfax. My carfax stated Kia Carland did complete inspection on vehicle as well as replaced the engine air filter and the cabin filter. My wife and I loved the used 2015 Sonata we bought from them, after we got home with it I checked the engine and cabin filter and you could tell they were full of dirt and trash. I then took the car to my local Hyundai dealership and found out it had a busted cv axle. My dealership was not sure they would be able to cover it under warranty since it was just the boot that was busted, so it could cost up to $700. I notified Kia Carland and they told me they would only reimburse me what it would cost them to repair. Fortunately, my dealership(Autonation Hyundai of Columbus) was able to get the cv axle replaced under warranty so I no longer have to deal with Kia Carland.

They were totally nice until they had my money in their hands. Then, they dropped the ball completely. The tire pressure gauge was on and they took it to the garage "to have it looked at" -- it was still on when I left (they did nothing). I went to a tire store immediately and they topped up the air in the tires and the light went out - fixed.
I left my LoJack paperwork at the dealership, which would have been easy enough to drop in the mail to me, but they won't do it -- they keep saying I need to come back out there and talk to the finance guy. I've called, written emails, and have gotten no response whatsoever except "Come out here." I work all the time out of town and don't have time to run by to get paperwork that they could put in the mail. I'm thoroughly disgusted with the way I have been treated since they unloaded this car on me (I do like the car, though). I'll be looking for a car for my teen in the near future and will NOT be going back there. They need to figure out it's not OK to treat a customer dismissively like that. It was a lot of money for me to drop in one place and I regret giving a penny of it to this dealership.

I would recommend Evans Kia to anyone in the market for a new or used Kia. Hiram Smith was a pleasure to work with. His compassion through the whole process was so heart felt. We never felt rushed to make a decision that we weren't 100% comfortable with. From the test drive to showing me how to sync my phone and how all of the accessories worked Hiram was so understanding and treated us more like family. Jim Bignell in finance was very helpful as well regarding the extended warranty. Overall I would say this was the best car buying experience I have ever encountered and I would recommend that anyone in the market check out Kia of Evans and ask for Hiram.
