I'll be going back again to JC Lewis for Sales and Service needs, not because they re always perfect, but because of how they responded when they didn't get it right the first time. I have to get special credit to Jeana, who not only sold us a new truck (which was a very good experience), but also paid attention when our service experience on another Ford F-150 was less than ideal. I'll also give kudos to a service department that takes ownership when they get it wrong and make no excuses. Back to Jeana... I appreciate that she took the initiative to reach out and make sure we were left feeling good about our overall experience, which went far beyond what she had to do in just selling us a truck. Integrity matters, and I experienced that first hand with her.

The Salesperson I worked with, Tom, was knowledgeable on the behavior and performance of the vehicle we wanted to purchase. Most importantly, I felt that Tom played the role of a fiduciary in the transaction, which was a key point in my decision to buy from this dealership. Tom went above and beyond, even checking on my service warranty with the service department to confirm everything! I would definitely buy again from Nalley VW!

I would like to give a shout-out to Franklin Toyota and specifically, Kirsten Smith in Service. My son's 2017 Tacoma was experiencing an issue with something draining his battery and after reviewing, the technician was able to find the issue and fix it. Kirsten kept me in the loop on a regular basis with updates. In addition, there was a recall on the back break light above the back window. Kirsten took the time to order the part and schedule a follow up to have that recall fixed as well. Great service!

They never offered me an extended warranty on the vehicle when I purchased it, but they lied and told the BBB that they did. This place is the worst, no eithics, morals or conscience. They will sell you a car and look you in the eye and say the car is fine and their mechanics have checked it and inspected. Nothing wrong with the vehicle and wave a carfax in your face stating how much service has been done. What they dont tell you is the truth...that water leaked into the car and damaged the computer module. That the vehicle is leaking fluids everywhere. That the suspension is broken and unstable. That the car is a safety risk. They take your money and how they sleep at night is a mystery. Karma will be driving that bus right through their door.

his post is based off the purchase that my parents just made from this dealership. I will say that the vehicle appears to be a pretty decent truck but for the price they sold the vehicle to my parents, they really got over on them. The vehicle was sold for a significant amount above the actual value of the vehicle which I under can happen with car buying negotiations. However, them selling the car $4,000 over what they had it advertised online for was absolutely insane. I wish that they had contacted me while they were there because they definitely should have gotten a better deal. Upon actually looking at and driving the truck I still feel that the truck is a decent truck but to sell the truck for the amount that they did they could have had the the decency to make some minor rights to the truck. For instance, the truck was sold with one key fob that only has one functional button. On top of that, the bottoms of the rear seats are missing and after speaking to my parents, I found out that they were unaware that the bottoms of the rear seats were completely missing. Photos of these will be attached to this post. Overall this post will hopefully make other purchasers a little more aware of making purchases at this dealership so they don't get screwed over. Yes it ultimately is the consumer's responsibility to do the research when buying a vehicle but some are not as informed as others and some are not as tech savvy as others. On top of that dealerships know more about vehicles than are advertised or made known. I just pray that others may seek more information when going thru the vehicle vehicle buying process and attempt some form of research to attempt to lessen their chances of being significantly screwed over. I really thought this was a good place to buy from before but please be aware.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Greg Moore at Rick Case Kia at Gwinnett Place, and I have to say, he’s hands down the best sales guy I’ve ever dealt with. From the moment we walked in, even though we were just browsing, Greg went above and beyond to assist us. He had just come back from his lunch break and could’ve easily brushed us off, but instead, he made sure to check in and see if we needed help—despite knowing we weren’t buying that day. We explained that we weren’t planning to purchase for another 2-3 weeks because we were waiting on an insurance check, but Greg didn’t bat an eye. He dedicated over an hour of his time, answering all our questions and walking us through the process. Even without a guaranteed sale that day, his focus was entirely on making sure we had all the info we needed. A week later, but still one week until the insurance payout was going to come through, we returned to get all the paperwork finished. Greg made the entire process smooth and easy, even holding the vehicle for us after we put down a very small deposit. There were a couple of minor issues with the car when we brought it home, but Greg took care of them immediately and even filled up the gas tank as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience. This was an overall fantastic experience, and I can honestly say I’ll be returning to Greg for any future vehicle needs.
