The entire team was honest, professional, and welcoming throughout the process. When I spoke with the General Manager on the phone, I explained that I live a considerable distance away, work long hours, and had very limited time to spend at the dealership. He encouraged me to give them a chance, and I am so glad I did. The team had everything prepared before I arrived, including having the tag ready for the vehicle. All I had to do was sign the paperwork and drive away. Most importantly, everything that was discussed over the phone was exactly what I received when I got there. That level of honesty and integrity is hard to find, and I truly appreciate it. The owner was also incredible and even provided additional discounts for me as a first responder, which meant a lot to me and my family. Thank you to the entire team at Osteen in Nashville for making our dream a reality. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free and trustworthy vehicle-buying experience!

He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer all my questions. Kenny made the entire process of purchasing the vehicle super simple and he was certainly a pleasure to work with. I had a couple of items added including a spray-in bed liner and a tonneau cover. Wild Willie’s did an amazing job. My vehicle was all fixed up and ready when I took delivery. Took my Avenger in to have the transmission fluid changed and also to check out a bearing noise, they found the bearings that were making noise and replaced them. It's a 2012 with 140k miles, drives & runs like a new one!

We had researched a number of vehicles ahead of time on the lot and reached out to look at them. We talked to Corey and, when we got there, two of the ones I had been looking at were sold. There were two that were still on the lot. We drove a Willy's and a Rubicon. We went out the door paying less than the amount advertised (including with taxes, titles, and fees). We are a few weeks in and the vehicle has been satisfactory so far.

Purchased a 2023 Jeep Cherokee Overland 4xe from Athens Dodge Chrysler Jeep. After signing paperwork, the vehicle was damaged while in their possession during cleaning/prep. The damage included deep gouges and a puncture in the bumper. We documented everything with photos. Instead of taking responsibility, repairing the damage, or offering any compensation, the dealership refused and forced us to unwind the deal. Very disappointing experience, especially after driving over an hour to purchase the vehicle. Buyers should thoroughly inspect vehicles and be cautious, even after paperwork is signed
