They did a great job diagnosing the problem and providing an estimate pretty quickly but then the part they needed wasn't available and it took a week to get it. I have an older truck 2017 so I was happy they were able to find the part and fix it. Been running much better ever since. Gotta hand it to the mechanic that drove it and identified the issue.

He was not high pressure, but was very responsive and made me feel valued as a customer. I almost bought a Lincoln from another dealer in Normal, but was treated so poorly that I cancelled the transaction. I am so glad I did! Outstanding customer service from their Service Dept! They helped ensure that Ford Motor Co honored their drivetrain warranty to replace the transmission on my 2019 Fusion. Furthermore, Ford Motor Co had originally denied my claim for tow truck and rental car expenses because I did not book the reservations through Ford, but Michelle stayed on Ford and got them to reimburse me for both expenses!
