Went to the Subaru for a Forester only looking the first day. Our sales person Sarah Patrick spoke to us took time to show us a few Subaru's. After a few views we got some info and left . Contacted Sarah and said we're interested in the Forester and wanted to come in Wednesday she was off and offered a different salesman and we declined and made it Monday night surprise stop. During the sale we were never pushed or offered a different vehicle or stuff we didn't want Sarah did a remarkable job and we ended up with the vehicle we wanted and color . All in all I have never been to a dealership and left satisfied and worried I did the right thing this time there was no hard feelings or worries and would like to say thank you Sarah your the best and we will definitely look for you if we come back. Wow, what an experience! This has to be the most seamless auto purchase I have ever made. Onie, my sales person, was amazing, communicative, fast to respond and completely transparent throughout the whole process. I was not familiar with the dealership prior to my purchase, as they are about 70 miles from where I live. I found them while searching for a vehicle on an auto web site. I am glad I did. The entire process was amazing and Onie couldn't have been better to work with. Thank you Onie for an amazing experience.
